A lot of what we see in society is non verbal whether if someone is sending signs that they are in danger or either working with someone.
Of course we should start as early as possible to learn these signs as the younger we are, the less ignorant we are. If we are younger we are more open to information taken with us, but we should also be weary to what information we take so we don’t end up in a bad situation. When we are strong it means we have gone through a lot but I guess in this society of psychological games, it is mostly verbal and non verbal.
We should strive to increase our non verbal detection also our emotional intelligence to protect ourselves.
