    I have been looking at tiktok feeds that play the frequencies which are supposed to make your mental health better due to the distractions we have nowadays.

    I have tried it myself and somehow frequencies can heal or destroy you.

    When we take medications and somehow move our bodies, it puts our bodies in stress mode.

    It does take effort to move while on medications but somehow your body is bigger muscle or fatty mass.

  • Unconscious loyalty

    There is something that we may not figure out consciously. Just like we would feel guilt as we hurt another lifeform of the same species.

    If it means you get paid money,   someones our guilt goes out the window because we put a lot of emphasis into money.

    I guess, not everyone will be loyal to a plan because there are so many distractions just like social media and information at the tip of our hands.

    There is so much information that we will get confused when we are trying to plan something.

    What’s a moment in your life that felt like it was straight out of a movie?

    I am not too sure, if it is daydreaming but as people, we like to dress up in our favourite characters from any tv shows or movies.

    Just like there are impersonations of Donald Trump is we probably feel at home or just having a laugh.

    Helping hand

    Above is the first blog about giving a hand to someone that needs help.

    Whenever we sell something or something with a price tag, we are helping the giver or receiver to solve problems. But with any money you get from the giver can either be dirty or clean money to the receiver, but I guess any penny counts.

  • Working with your personality

    It is like when you grow up you want to be a policeman or another role.

    Of course we people like to work with our strengths when we get older because it is a part of our life. We would eventually get bored of it but changing things a little bit can make a big difference in the long run.

    For our healthy mental health, we should give criticism so we can all grow. But I guess it mostly depends how young you are because younger people are prone to have more time and less responsibilities.

    Even as friends we should give a little advice as a friend would do.

    In this illusion of hope, stories that are either true or not, the past can create hope for the future of your own.

    With what is created in the past can be replicated in your own future depending on the understanding in our human functions but in a different perspective.

    In terms of food. There will always be somewhere that will upsize the previous meals.

    It could be a change in the market place as another meal has demand.

    This goes for another demand that has or just being a first mover in the market which the  host does things differently overtime.
