I guess in our modern terms society is ADHD. We now have phones to keep us having a lot of dopamine which ruins mental health depending on the type of things you watch.
For example porn provides an artificial dopamine which usually it is best to quit but I guess we all have vices to pass the time or to reward ourselves. Also smoking can also be an addiction used to pass the time.

These are the things that will satisfy our mental cravings.
