    What makes you nervous?

    I mean sometimes, I do have a feeling of saying something wrong or doing a wrong action which gives me a jumpscare for some reason.

    It is similar to the law of attraction, just showing the goals or the next approach which we can fear the unknown like all humans.

    To stay comfortable of the unknown, we should do at least one activity a day to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

  • Lessor demanding work

    How do you unwind after a demanding day?

    I guess we usually have a 9 to 5 job we need to go to. These times are usually demanding because of the amount of people up and about.

    To create less tension is usually about taking hours outside the 9 to 5 while working full time still so that we get a variety of environments and times to enjoy ourselves.

    But maybe it is different to each personality.

    Personality reading

    I guess it comes from us trying to play a character we see on television or the internet.

    When we see characters similar to watching a tv show, we tend to get all excited and more motivated to work because we can count work as holidays.

    There are a lot of ways to advance in life.

    More about taking different types of knowledge, experiences and skills together to achieve your goal.

    With mental health that people are making it complicated which should be simple just like the caveman days.

    Our brains aren’t wired to absorb information in a short period of time.

    With the way our society is going, I do think we all have a bright future ahead as young people are learning the ways not to hurt other people.

    With the uncertainty at the moment, we should keep fighting until we can change the system a bit.

    I guess when people/friends put you down probably because they either want the best for you or stay trapped in the cage.

    Well… It does seem sweeter when you kind of beat them in their own game sometimes.

    But these shouldn’t have to be vengeful but more about encouraging.

    Of course we all make mistakes, but the more mistakes you make, the harder it is to come back from the mistake.

    Similar to a snowball effect.

    Making mistakes does affect mental health depending on how big of a size of heart you have.

    We should stay calm when mistakes are done so we can self reflect on it

    We all have something to strive for. Food for thought is about gaining control in our lives which many are struggling to look for answers.

    All we have to do is work as a team which makes one more competent in their fields they work in.

    Of course we should be doing something we are passionate about.

    When you are having fun, it is usually that you get a healthy dopamine hit instead of the artificial hits from watching porn. Those artificial hits from watching porn can really affect how you see reality.

    You can have fun but too much fun can also affect mental health.
