  • Lifelong Learning: How Continuous Education Maintains Cognitive Health

Lifelong learning represents one of the most powerful approaches for maintaining cognitive vitality and protecting against age related mental decline. The process of acquiring new knowledge and skills throughout life creates ongoing neural stimulation that promotes brain plasticity, builds cognitive reserve, and maintains mental flexibility. Understanding the neuroscience of learning is important for anyone seeking […]

Lifelong Learning: How Continuous Education Maintains Cognitive Health

I like this blog, as the writer seeks the relationship between brain function and mental health at the same time.

  • Dress and dancing

In my previous blog, of how the structure of colours can influence our decision making… Dress and dancing also influences how dopamine hits. This also gives a sense of happiness or sense of belonging if we look in the mirror because it matches our personality.

Influences of the internet have this gift of influencing people to gift to them based on how they are dressed and their movements giving a healthy dose of happy pills. I don’t mean drugs but an emotional undetectable brainwave which they are called influencers or celebrities in a way.

Colours in a dress is also important and how the dress is designed will have a more impact of done in a certain way which punters have a talent for to influence decision makers. I would say it is similar to giving the influencer a rating out of 10 but they get some form of compensation instead.

  • Different methods

    What could you do differently?

I guess I cannot turn back time but right now that I have more experience in the field would save me a lot of headaches in the past but I will take it as a learning lesson. Of course in all areas of life we have to make mistakes in order to grow both financially and emotionally.

Right now in the future we would wish we would have done something differently but sometimes we tend to get greedy if things are going well for us. With experience we can lower the greediness and proceed with precision.

  • Present and future

Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

I do think about the future and what is to come. Watching podcasts or YouTube videos sometimes gives me anxiety which some podcasts have fear based creators which can make me unmotivated to do things because of doom and gloom. I try to keep constantly moving in real life so that I can observe the reality between the virtual and physical world.

I tend to tell myself that we will be fine because we people always find something to do whether it is a new job or new markets that emerge telling us that we need different skills or on top of that skills that build on top of each other which the present beings have to learn.

The newer generations will be using a different skillset which is out with the old and in with the new.

So that is why regarding mental health we should be constantly learning and adapting to new skillset or else we end up stagnant at old age because there are no guarantees of a lot of pension in the future. The future is unpredictable.

  • Dopamine and mental health

We as humans should be constantly moving or else we stay tired and motivation starts to fade. If we keep moving we tend to build momentum. But of course there are times to rest but constantly moving like being repetitive to a job or work can build up overtime to greatness.

Sometimes things may not go as planned but we people can adjust and find other ways to do a specific action. Doing something and achieving a goal one by one gives a healthy amount of dopamine instead of having artificial dopamine like watching porn or doing drugs.

We cannot stay away from them but we should use those as a tool to strive for greatness even though they are bad for you.

  • Adding value to mental health

Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?

I guess doing business is a part of everyday life, just like socialising or greeting someone with kindness or respect. We should strive to do what is necessary to make the world a better place with social credits in place. With these social credits in place, we can learn from each other and grow at the same time.

Of course time is valuable to most of us, but we should learn how to leverage our time to make it even better with AI and robots coming into play in this era. We should not fear the AI or robots taking over but embrace it to make our lives easier and flexible for us.

I, for one is still learning the mechanics of AI tools which can make my life easier and those around me.

  • Staying too attached

I am not saying that you should not commit. But sometimes we need time to rest as humans if we are doing too many things at once. Being too attached to one thing can have some consequences because it could be a downfall which is why it is best to spread your eggs as much as possible.

There will be a question when doing too many things at once you may not learn about a specific subject too much but I guess it is better as safe as possible. It is best to start slowly one thing at a time then gradually go into a different subject as you do better. But commitment is better than no commitment at times so you can solve a problem which can make you wealthy both financially and emotionally.

  • Musical environment

    Sounds and words from everywhere

I guess this can stem from a virtual or reality environment. This can be based on a tone or people use their words online and offline as well. For example words are just hierargipics which we were programmed from a young age to learn the meaning of them.

In the reality environment, we can do stuff that we cannot control like scratch ourselves or give off signs that we do not realise. This may be similar to gangstalking but most likely to protect yourselves as well in my experience. When someone gives off a sign or signal, they are most likely protecting yourself from the external force that may be bothering you. This is the case in the mental health ward.

By watching live streams I have learnt that some tones or sounds may affect the person positively or negatively by impulsively giving or tapping something when an emotional thing is triggered. Of course in this society there will always be winners and losers but it is how you make the winners and losers within yourself.

But mostly this starts from using a specific tone based on the environment you are in which can be from a professional environment, reality or virtual environment.

  • Generating options

We all should live in an abundance mentality. But to first get the mentality is to try different things like experimenting. This can help you so that you do not rely on one source because in this modern world of AI and other factors, nothing is 💯 stable. Of course there are some things that are stable but nothing is stable when you rely on one thing.

Generating different options include, having different jobs or having different relationships. No matter how big or small they will all snowball into a greater thing. We humans need something to do or else we end up having depression or unstable mental health because we do not have any disposable options at any point in life.

  • The childhood

    What makes you feel nostalgic?

When I look back on my childhood, everything seems more similar because we do not have as many responsibilities as we do as adults. We can experiment more and also we have time by our side. Of course as we get older time seems to go a lot quicker for some reason, maybe it is consciousness whereas in our childhood, we would be unconsciousness.

In our childhood, it is simpler because the younger we are the more information we can absorb and put it into good use. When by good use it could be revolutionary instead of just doing with the flow. As it is revolutionary we have some to experiment and learn so that we or they can have a better future. All we adults can do is contribute to society and hope that the next generation will change the world for the better so that we can keep moving as a society. Also to find solutions to put our current Earth’s resources to good use and by that, it will increase the price of our collections as adults.
