  • Pokemon cards

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found (and kept)?

I like to buy them in packets and opening them because you never know what is going to be inside. It is the unknown that makes me excited. In a way it is good for mental health as it keeps the happiness going.

But some cards in the packets can be worth something so you also get your money back in a way or even more.

I like to collect them for the artwork and the type of Pokemon because I used to watch Pokemon back in my days and this fulfils the nostalgia.

But who knows… I may sell them or just keep some until my death just for the funtimes in cards.

  • Being useful to society

No doubt when you think you are useful, then you will think you are useful.

There are always jobs and things to do in our community while getting incentives. The incentives are what motivates us most of the time. Incentives can be a form of money or something that satisfies our cravings even when we give something in return. It does not have to be a form of money but money is what gives us a reason to live most of the time.

Being useful can come in being a blue collar or white collar worker because everyone has a role to play in society. It is not like we can multitask only if the business is small enough for you to handle.

Of course if you want to expand and make more rewards then you will need to sacrifice a bit in order to get the bigger reward. The reward can be money or legacy in which can be passed down in generations to come.

  • Use of leverage

In our mental health I guess money is usually a factor into our well being. It is good to get educated about money not finance but money itself. Finance is mostly theory but does not teach you how to multiply your money.

There are many ways to leverage your money, it could be a form of house, stocks, cryptocurrency or any other illiquid items like Pokemon cards or silver, etc.

Being able to use leverage and having backup options to always have work makes you unstoppable because you will always have something to do instead of being at home scrolling through your phone. But leverage is being able to take risks at first because in a way, everything is a risk.

  • Illusion of energy

Types of energies, which is an illusion

When we have a calming energy as in like a calming vibe. This includes body language, or voice tone.

It tends to make people comfortable with you. In a way it is stoic, just as remaining calm at pressure. Life can be stressful as people’s energy can tend to be chaotic at times and even worse when there is news about a market crash which makes everyone fear for their lives psychologically.

We should use all the tools we can even if we break the rules ie. Not following social norms. But as long as it does not harm or bother other people it should be fine.l if you pay for a space or product then it is all yours.

  • Knowledge based improvement

What podcasts are you listening to?

I mean there are a lot of improvement based podcasts. But any podcasts that provide value to myself, get a listen to. Even when I listen to them ads popup so, I sometimes just let the ad sit in the background so the podcaster can make some extra buck.

As for the podcast I listen to is mostly about finance but a mix of economy, self improvement like details of how to find purpose in this world and keeping up with the modern society podcast based.

Listening to podcasts helps me portray the society in a different light and helps me get my head out of the sand and think more rationally in a business sense. It also helps to listen to some environment green theme podcasts as it helps to understand the broader view of society of what I am trying to achieve in mental health.

With not as much resources doesn’t include money but mostly manpower for my purpose, because my business model is a bit complicated. It is mostly making everyone work together. While I do have some form of manpower, it would be nice to have something behind me in what I want to achieve but maybe I could leave that until my future me.

  • Sickness and mental health

I guess I have experienced this myself, I don’t think I am the only one but we all have different experiences when it comes to having a sickness and mental health. When we are sick it is similar to us doing nothing over a period of time where we overthink things and maybe start to hallucinate while our eyes are shut.

Even if we have similar sickness our hallucinations may be different to everyone, sometimes positive or negative. If it is negative then our mental health may be affected since we may lock into that thought process. We all should be talking about these things because the human mind can create millions or billion worlds for us in our minds because we all do not think alike.

Our minds can come up with different scenarios even when not taking drugs
  • Productivity and mental health

I feel like when people are depressed or in a state of unconsciousness or maybe some will hear, mental health labels.

We should not define people by their mental health labels but label them as people with different personalities. Of course not everyone has the skills or knowledge to help someone through their hard times but if given the right knowledge the person will prosper.

When the person prospers there will be a lot of spending into people and businesses which benefits everyone in a way because one thing that is universal is money because we need money (middleman) to eat, peace of mind and house ourselves.

  • Having cravings

Cravings are a part of mental health. If we are not getting our satisfaction from food or whatever, we will feel depressed because it is depriving our wants. We do not need it but in society, we have a lot of wants as people and as people we should be supporting business or people whenever we can without breaking the bank.

If we are constantly locked up and treated like animals we would all be depressed and will probably do something we would have any thought of when our minds were healthier.

  • Helping other succeed through your experiences

It takes a special kind to wanting everyone to succeed. Of course everyone has different personalities about having money or having purpose. It is mostly how our experiences shape us most of the time.

Even if we are wanting experiences, we all need to go out into the field (practical way) and do whatever until we pinpoint whatever our skill or purpose is. We all need to evolve from our previous experiences as the society will move on whether you like it or not.

Helping people succeed could be a form of work or sharing your knowledge. Keeping a job or getting a promotion is more about what value can you bring to the company or business whether it is aligning values with the business at a more efficient price or time while still maintaining its value.

I think it is more about mindset because you should help with no catch whether it helps another person or not. It is not like they will do what you do, but I am not saying they will not do it, more like if they have the capacity or resources to do it which likes a lot of your time.

That is why I like to just go in to a place randomly because it is already established and gives me the tools to make it even better. This is not about the economy struggles or society struggles although we can reduce it but more like perseverance in the person. Young or old, there is always a market to market your skills and talents. With internet and AI these days, there are a lot of tools at your fingertips to start learning whether it is theory or practical. Of course you learn more if you action the niche so you know what you are talking about based on your experiences.

Lending a helping hand through knowledge

  • Solitude

    Do you need time?

I guess we all need time to think things through alone. But we all should have some fun from time to time like socialising. But I guess when we socialise in our adult years like in our 30s, all we can talk about is work most of the time and what we are doing with our lives. This is probably to show the other person, what we are doing for the society instead of being a couch potato.

When we are young like in our early or late teens we can be a bit reckless because time moves slowly at that time. While as we age time seems to fly faster as we age. Also the society tends to be more lenient on people under the age of 25 which then increases in difficulty after the age of 25.

Not sure what the factors are but probably to show society that there is always a price to pay living on this earth.

Also, everyone should be living with a purpose to avoid burnout and crashing out so we can aim for our goals, not what society tells us to do. Of course what we see on social media gives us a purpose in what we want in our lives in our earlier years but after fulfilling that goal, we tend to get sick of it because it may feel empty and soulless like partying or girls like that.

But all that gives us a base of our achievement because we have money and knowledge so most will use that to change their direction to make the society a better place for future generations. It could be spreading the word about something positive or trying to solve a problem which society needs.

We evolve from our experiences and want a new experience or adjusting lifestyle.
