  • Elements of personalities

I guess fire, wind, water, earth and air can work together towards a greater purpose.

With each personality with different elements, one can play their role in life whereas maybe some elements can land them in trouble.

We should always treat everyone kindly or respectfully as everyone has a role in life (different elements).

    Bullying vs mental health

Specific elements are good in a way but I guess it is how their experiences shaped them.

  • Social listening

This would be similar to what I have written in my previous blog:

    Social communication

Listening starts with looking at body language or signs, people put up. We may not know what it means consciously but unconsciously at times.

Although listening is part of communicating someone’s problem at present.

Use of both ears and eyes to improve your social or emotional intelligence
  • Unconscious discipline

I guess we all have an unconscious when we develop the habit into adulthood.

Habits we develop can make or break us. Mental health is a complex factor with a lot of complications.

Discipline is the ability to stand strong and try to not lash out. I do know that I am not perfect but as a human with human-like experiences.

    Money is a tool

Use of money as a social tool

  • Mental health can be fun

In a way the society at large treats people with mental health labels as not capable.

In my experience they are capable but not in society standards when on the outside.

Natural sunlight and socialising with a purpose in an institution can be fun
  • Sharper eyes

When you are in school you tend to learn how social environments influence your decisions. For example if you grew up in a privileged area your experience may be different from those who grew up in rough areas.

Women on the other hand tend to have sharper eyes when dealing with people but sometimes they may play a character. With men, men should have to adapt to their own principles in order to make rules to make a community for both boys and girls.

Different personalities with different types of eyes of personality
  • Environmental factors

There are different types of personalities with different environments. It could be out in the wild (suburbs) or in an institution.

Either way one will take either path, depending on the choices they make and eventually adapting to it.

Some may be a professional at an institution environment or some may be good at looking after themselves in the suburbs.

    Internal factors for mental health

In this blog mental health is more about the anxiety induced factor which tends to be spiritual in a way.

Below here is a mix of different personalities working together to achieve a goal just like food.

    Different ingredients create a reaction

Bi-polar or depression can be socially engineered into the right way with the same principles
  • Common decency

This would be similar to the previous blog:

    Common interests

It would be wise to usually have manners but if you do not self-reflect on what you have done, damage would have been done and it is hard to turn back on what you have done. But mostly a lot of people from different races and personalities would have similar decency.

  • Stress vs muscle mass

I do feel like people who have been through a lot of stress. It somehow builds muscles by itself.

Maybe it is your body telling you that you are on the right path. I do have a theory when people have been institutionalised their muscle grows naturally when you are under a lot of mental stress. It could be a way of your body protecting you from predators.

  • Boredem

In a way whenever we are institutionalised, we always need to be doing something. Even in the community or society we would need to do something or else we get left behind.

That is what I am afraid of, if I relax for a little bit, I feel like I will be left behind in old age and get dementia.

I see many people saying there should be a balance but I think working is more important than staying stagnant.

Boredem combined with medications make you a zombie so a bit of dopamine helps counteract

Below is a previous blog that boredem requires engagement.

    Engagement and mental health

  • Actively working to achieve our goals

What activities do you lose yourself in?

It does not have to be just one person doing the job but multiplying together to complete the tasks.

For me I like to guide people in a way where you help another while we help each other to achieve a goal. We all have a role to play in society.
