    Moving together means frequency moving together, working towards a goal.

    Anti depressants/ psychotics healing method

    It has been proven to be true in a way, but with a lot of misunderstandings this theory would be true.

    But in a way some medications can be used in a way to humble the consumer.

    There is a quote “Strong men create good times and weak men create hard times”.

    There are some good ones and bad ones

  • Developing your skills part 3

    In the community, there are always tools out there to develop your skills, whether being poor or a rich person.

    In the book “Man search for Meaning” by Viktor frankl talks about being down in the dumps and having hope to lift everyone up.

    With the tools in the environment whereas verbal or non verbal or also tangible can be used as a tool to help yourself.

  • Elements of personalities

    I guess fire, wind, water, earth and air can work together towards a greater purpose.

    With each personality with different elements, one can play their role in life whereas maybe some elements can land them in trouble.

    We should always treat everyone kindly or respectfully as everyone has a role in life (different elements).

    Bullying vs mental health

    Specific elements are good in a way but I guess it is how their experiences shaped them.

  • Tiny trust

    Whenever I give something out, it would have to be incremented at times because you never know if the job is completed.

    But trust is usually earnt but when things do not go in your own way, then it is better to have this mindset of supporting them.

    Social credit is a big thing which all depends on how it is done in an environment you are in.

  • Conscious discipline

    Well, in the world of madness which takes generations to fix and make it right. Maybe 🤔 discipline like a cold shower will train your discipline to handle stressful situations.

    But I guess if you do not have money or are getting free money, there is always a catch to it because you abide by their rules.

  • Tradaries

    I guess it is not about not helping someone but mostly to do about what your passions are.

    My passion is to help as many people as possible as there is a saying “you help one person then you help a thousand people”. But passion most of the time lies in giving back to the community.

  • Community focused environment

    In each institution or each company there will be people with similar values or not. If not we either have to force ourselves so that we can have food on the table.

    In each environment, different personalities but just a tweak, so that others will not be as stressed since our brain matures at around 25 for men but women it would mature earlier.

    Sharing as a business

    There should be sharing of different personalities in all races.

  • Social listening

    This would be similar to what I have written in my previous blog:

    Social communication

    Listening starts with looking at body language or signs, people put up. We may not know what it means consciously but unconsciously at times.

    Although listening is part of communicating someone’s problem at present.

    Use of both ears and eyes to improve your social or emotional intelligence

  • Social communication

    I guess no matter the person’s experience, we can still achieve our goals. It may not be the same objective but usually we would have the same principles.

    With social communicating in a way when someone feels good when they are down.😔

    It is a good idea to guide them without changing their personalities too much as the brain develops as you grow older.
