  • Illusion of money

I guess it starts by buying food or a home to stay at. Rent or buy, but similar. But when someone purchases something, it feels like there is an invisible force that they own the product.

Start by doing deliveries for a while and you will get the logistics a bit. When you do deliveries it is a bit like the other end purchases the item and the supplier makes the item but the delivery man acts as a middleman.

When you are on the road, and picking up the product, you can feel an illusion of the buyer owning the item. That is why on delivery applications or boxes say handle with care.

This sounds like a spiritual thing but it is an illusion force.

Middleman outside the black circle, black circle is consuming their own product
  • Anxiety and money

We all need money to live in this modern world. In fact it has been around for centuries.

But I think what causes anxiety mostly is about paying the bills. What happens when we do not pay our bills and it ends up piling. If we do not pay our bills and we have responsibilities such as children in the house or we have someone living in the household that depends on us to get things done. We would feel the urge of anxiety internally because we do not know when our next paycheck will come. Then there is the fear of the unknown because there is more than one mouth to feed too.

Sometimes the decisions we make do affect us, whether it is getting into debt or overspending so we do not have a cushion to give us time to reciprocate.

  • Anti-psychotics and mental health

I mean some of them may be beneficial to you but I would say all of these are just bait or trying to scam you out of your money. Anti psychotics like illegal drugs are pretty similar but legal and illegal it means the government can have a piece of the pie as well which makes it legal.

Sometimes I do feel angry because of what kind of fees are involved to taper off but, maybe it is something I did in the past or I said something that put me in a bad spot. Of course I do need support, and am glad to have some but I guess there are some things you should stay out of so you do not dig yourself a grave that you cannot get out of.

With mental health, it all depends on yourself instead of asking for help. Of course if you do go for help, they’ll help you but it comes with a cost so it is best to try some self therapy most of the time, as I said “So you do not dig yourself a grave you cannot get out of”.

  • Cleanliness and anxiety

I am writing this because I have something on my mind with experience.

Whenever I touch some body’s hand it sometimes feels sticky, and I just wonder what causes it. Some people told me and the internet studies would say it is anxiety but I guess it is understandable. A few years ago when I had anxiety and not doing well, I always felt sweaty even on a cold day, so I am trying to figure out the logistics. Also it could be when you have a high fever and are trying to wear as much clothes as you can but I see sweaty palms with short sleeves t-shirt and shorts.

Sometimes it makes me feel dirty when I touch it but maybe it is how the person takes care of themselves with their diet which is the main factor in my opinion.

But anyways, you cannot prevent it but more like a trial and error to maybe stop the sweaty palms which is all in the mind or overthinking.

  • Environment and mental health

I guess if we work or we spend most of our time in an area with external factors.

This could be a warehouse because of its loud noise in the background like forklifts or the dusty air. If we spend our time there a lot, depending on our personality or character and upbringing, we could develop mental health issues caused by these factors. I am not saying it will happen but it is possible that it will happen. Everything comes at a risk anyways which depending on your risk tolerance it could be low and eventually building up.

But if you stay in the environment for a long time, you could adapt to the environment but it is only a handful that will bear it.

  • Doing our part

What’s the first impression you want to give people?

First impressions do count towards the relationship with the person. I mean I have burnt bridges before but I do this as a learning lesson to myself. There are many people and businesses in the community which we can develop our relationships with. The first part is harder but it gets easier overtime.

When we do our part it is more about developing ourselves or to do our part in recycling something or to do a job for someone to make ourselves useful in society. Of course we have to do something we hate at first which we do not realise at first but I guess as time goes on, we might look into or create other opportunities for ourselves aligning with our values.

Even when I do ubereats, I think it would be temporary but my mindset thinks that my jobs help small businesses or businesses in general get their product for them and also to get sales for the businesses from what the customer orders.

Parts of what drives the community and businesses
  • Sickness and mental health

I guess I have experienced this myself, I don’t think I am the only one but we all have different experiences when it comes to having a sickness and mental health. When we are sick it is similar to us doing nothing over a period of time where we overthink things and maybe start to hallucinate while our eyes are shut.

Even if we have similar sickness our hallucinations may be different to everyone, sometimes positive or negative. If it is negative then our mental health may be affected since we may lock into that thought process. We all should be talking about these things because the human mind can create millions or billion worlds for us in our minds because we all do not think alike.

Our minds can come up with different scenarios even when not taking drugs
  • Recycling middleman

What food would you say is your specialty?

I like good food, in fact any food. I am not picky but I like to use money as a middleman to get a product I am craving at this moment. Of course there are different types of flavours and how it is made depending on the machine or packaging because one bit of touch affects the texture or taste at the same time.

It does feel good using money as a middleman to spend because we all have to spend anyways, for emotional value (collectibles) or physical value which is food.

  • Independence

What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?

I guess when you have freedom in your work, you tend to get energised. What I mean by that is when you have no one to listen to but yourself.

With this path you need self motivation for this to work. Yes, you may make less in the first few years but if you are consistent then it will get bigger and bigger the cash flow.

I am more interested in the mental health side as there are a lot of opportunities for everyone involved. They do not have to be in mental health but mental health is mostly about people. When there are people prices of collectibles or intangible assets will go up and for the food part, more people will be supporting their type of businesses which benefits everyone involved.

  • All we can do is support people

What major historical events do you remember?

I guess when there is a major event like the 2008 market crash or 2020 COVID event, we should strive to do our best in our role to make the society as stable as possible.

We should not let fear control us because that is when we do not know where our funds went without realising it. Even with major events, I remember I just stay calm because fear makes us make bad decisions which we regret in the future.

For our mental health we should stock up on backup tools even if the major events affect us even, if the events do not affect us much with some tools we have like knowledge.

What we can do is stabilise the community is throw money at food and services we like to reward ourselves and also to recycle ♻️ the community like plastic bottles or cardboard to make the streets cleaner than what it was before.
