  • Stay curious part 2

    Stay curious

Staying curious, no matter how old you are as you should constantly be learning to avoid falling back within the society or community.

It would depend on how much resources we have in order to learn a specific niche.

With the internet, we can learn things cheaper and it would be free to learn the knowledge put out by specific people. But of course we learn better when we attempt to do a specific thing.

  • Stay curious

I mean being curious about improving yourself.

This is not about ears dropping but being on your own personal grind.

Of course depending on the environment you are in, there is some curiosity that may land you in deep trouble. But being curious is more about staying true to yourself, I guess it doesn’t matter if you don’t mind getting in trouble or not.

If there is a purpose or aim in what you do, trouble or not trouble can make you happier, money or no money itself.

  • Invisible forces part 2

    Invisible forces

It would be another thing to experience invisible forces which would be similar to psychology.

This is usually by taking advantage of the situation or by solving a problem which no one can figure out. It is like a computer hacker hacking the system which uses knowledge.

When you see “lord of the rings” or playing a rpg game, it would be similar to that but in the modern society sense.

We can all be Harry potter, making mistakes and improving at the same time
  • Fruits vs anxiety

Fruits provide a healthier way to control anxiety symptoms. Even when on mental health medications such as anti-psychotics or anti depression which they cause acid reflux. Some medications make you hungry after having them which is why apples are a healthier alternative.

Eating fruits gives a good source of healthy natural vitamins combined with sunlight during the day. Although we cannot control anxiety but by being careful what we say as what we say can stick to you, manifesting as what you are saying.

  • Logical behaviourism

This would be similar to starting a business or either a cult. Those who either believe in what you are doing to make an impact to society or the community at large could succeed either with money or without money.

Our beliefs are based on how the business is run in order to succeed in our own way.

What we believe in can change the course of our future
  • Invisible forces

Of course with our human eyes we see what we see.

What we see is what we usually get. Invisibility is how we say it in order to get everyone’s good hearted in order to support someone.

There is a skill involved in this in order to extract one thing and into another just like starting a business based on what the purpose is.

  • Placebo

Sometimes when we do not have the knowledge of something, we tend to think of it as a placebo.

This is such as doing nofap or medications. We would need a longer time frame in order for us to believe in the placebo.

Although learning can be fun, knowledge is power.

  • Depression vs mental health

In this age of technology standards. We are alone faster than ever. We people are meant to be social face to face to have the natural high.

Having hobbies like the picture above to reduce depression in this modern society

That is why now there is social media for convenience, but face to face will always be the best because you can feel the emotional connection.

Too much of one thing can cause depression

For example full time work, sometimes routine in the same job for years can make us depressed when we are sitting in a controlled environment (white collar jobs).

  • Illusion of safety

In these modern times, not like WW1 etc. This would be psychological warfare instead of physical.

It is like making money in psychological warfare in a way because there are copy cats businesses trying to get a piece of the pie.

An idea can turn into psychological protection (Stability)
  • Dopamine and mental health part 2

    Dopamine and mental health

There is artificial dopamine and natural. With artificial, we may have withdrawals if we keep on watching something that is not normal or very exciting. It would be similar to an adrenaline.

If we keep on taking on artificial dopamine, it would take a while to get in its natural state depending on how old you are.
