I find that when I am in a relationship with my goals or purpose. It gives me a healthy spike of dopamine.
Don’t get me wrong… I have some healthy habits like vaping or energy drinks and even some porn, I am a guy with needs sometimes.
But my purpose mostly is to educate everyone about mental wellbeing because it is important. It kind of lowers suicide or anxiety, gives people hope that someone is not alone.
But nonetheless, find what your calling is in life. Could start with little things as whatever action you take can compound overtime, just like putting money into an index fund or an investment. Could go up or could go down, just like finding your calling is an emotional rollercoaster because there is no path to what you want to do.
