Coping mechanisms…

We all have copes, for example like hobbies or addictions. If we have an unhealthy habit it is best to try to avoid it. But if you cannot then slow it down. I know it is easier said than done but try to feel the difference between when you have consumed it and unconsumed it as long as it does not break the bank. We need money to look after ourselves.

If having hobbies does not break the bank and makes you feel good in the moment, go for it! It supports businesses and the local community around it. That is the role we play in society, that is to build and try to make the surroundings prosper.

But somehow we do need to look after our physical health, so… I am a vaper which I should stop but it helps me cope with these anti psychotics I am on while trying to work out what to do in the future or presently.

I do compare differences when consuming and not consuming, I just weigh the benefits and cons, but my focus is geared towards the more purposeful side.
