  • Stress vs muscle mass

I do feel like people who have been through a lot of stress. It somehow builds muscles by itself.

Maybe it is your body telling you that you are on the right path. I do have a theory when people have been institutionalised their muscle grows naturally when you are under a lot of mental stress. It could be a way of your body protecting you from predators.

  • Lending a hand

No matter if you are a consumer or an employee, we should strive to do the right thing depending on the environment we are in.

Lending a hand means spending some of your energy or money which I talked about in my previous blog:

    Looking after yourself and helping

When we already have enough money, it is kind to share the money around so you leave a better community or society a better place than before.

  • Bullying vs mental health

When someone has an ego, they would surely pick on the innocent. Maybe the bully just had a bad upbringing based on their world experiences.

It does in fact contribute to depression if you are being bullied. When you are bullied usually it is best to stand up for yourself in order to gain the respect of your peers. After all humans are predators in nature as men are the hunters and women are the gathers.

  • Community unconcious/unconsciousness

I guess when you start out with a brand you have to create a community. This community is like a money pit to you like selling a brand and putting it out into society.

All we know is that people do not forget because they are either not moving on or just in the community based on their expectations and principles. Like I said in the previous blog, the host eats all their supporters and turning them into loyal companions is similar to an ant colony.

Unconsciously when there are supporters in the community engaging, others may follow because sometimes it is the fear of losing out or just wanting to participate. When there is a group of people together then the host will be unstoppable and it may or may not be a linear path up towards stardom based on the host’s purpose. Though if the supporters have the same purpose as the hosts because their knowledge may be limited but just the host has a skillset based on what the supporters really want.

It is similar to solving a problem in society. When you try to solve a problem then money will follow.

  • Unconscious rewards

I guess you could say it is dopamine. There are many ways you can unconsciously gain rewards. This can come in the form of dancing, hand movements or either tone. Because a lot of words are unconscious most of the time as people go with the traffic or using their position to do their jobs.

As unconsciously the host performs some voodoo actions in the form of movements or sounds. This can create a ripple effect to the bottom feeders to support their host unconsciously because in their minds, that they think they have to in order to survive in society.

I guess it is similar to being a CEO (host) as everyone below the position supports the CEO and the company and what it stands for.

We cannot see, but it comes in the form of tones, movement and sound mixing together to create a reaction where the host gets the rewards
  • Passion and making money

I guess you can say passion is energy you put out into the community. When you put passion out into the world, attention follows which means money follows you too. I mean there is good and bad attention in the world but when it is moral attention, it causes less drama and minimises stress.

You can say money is energy as souls come to you to give you more energy so you can continue your journey. Of course as you receive money, you can experiment what works and what doesn’t until eventually you can be more precise in your magnet skills.

  • Non Hierarchical

I guess not everything is perfect but all we can do is make the most of it with tools within our society or community. If you are struggling to get a job or a stable income, there are a lot of tools which you could use such as social (emotional) or physical tools (virtual or reality).

This only works if you are willing to improve and learn and not stay stubborn (willing to take risks). Of course when you take risks, it is more responsible to do it in a legal and moral way to minimise any guilty conscience.

Examples can be picking up bottles or just doing any creating on YouTube if you are struggling for income. But those based incomes are not for the weak because the income you get can be a bit less in the beginning then eventually you will have a system similar to starting your business.

  • Stimulate the community

What would you do if you won the lottery?

What I mean by is reusing the money gained from the lottery and putting it in the community. The community could be the world because of the internet, but mostly giving tools to people that are in a bad spot to help them make money.

I believe in the longer term if someone is given tools like a pen or phone to experiment then they would make money over the long term.

There is a quote of “If you can feed a man a fish for a day he will be full for a day” and “If you ask a fisherman how to fish, you will be full for a lifetime”. I guess it goes something like that.

Of course I will buy tools, and give a full days food to a person as if you help one person, you help a thousand.

  • Illusion of hope

I guess when you had a lot of bad luck in the past or present. You just need a little push and luck to move forward into your plans. It is mostly just slowly solving a problem within the community, it could be mental health or just pushing a product out.

With the luck we get, it is more about establishing a brand meaning sometimes you may need to be an actor or maybe be a genuine person to make your own brand.

One person can be a brand meaning yourself can be a brand. The branding can come in a lot of forms like picking up bottles for recycling and reducing waste for example. Another example is social therapy, like talking to people socialising while getting paid which mostly works on social media platforms in a live stream. Socialising with people based on your personality can solve a problem because it solves the problem of being lonely. With problems such as social media creates a lot of people leaning into their phones which human interaction through the phone is essential, whether back in the days without smartphones we had in person talking within a variety of community groups. These days there are still community groups but the vibes have changed.

  • Engagement and mental health

I mean engagement can be monitised as well. But combined with mental health is a factor as well. Socialising can be a good way to interact with another person without wasting time for another person meaning no strings attached (safe environment). Since we have our faces glued to the screen (I am one of them) our worldview can change depending on the stuff we watch. It is similar to propaganda in a way but having more real life experiences and not virtual experiences can actually help us with what we need to know about people a bit more.

It is like nazi Germany made their prisoners watch propaganda on TV and chanting, and when faced with a real life situation, their bodies would react on its own which is not what it seemed like.

So engagement in real life is better for mental health as dopamine levels will not be as fried as you can control your dopamine and attention levels. That is probably why the mental ward restricts phone usage.
