  • Communicating mental health

    What are your biggest challenges?

I mean there is a lot of topics to talk about regarding mental health. There is no path to the mental health but little complicated usually.

Mental health is mostly striving for a better society and in return better mental health for us. Mental health includes finances, cleanliness, and other factors that should involve clean and natural things.

In this society there are not a lot of natural foods and drinks because they are added with other ingredients. Natural for me is grown, picked and made to eat but I guess some ingredients mixed together can make a better reaction.

  • Adding value to mental health

Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?

I guess doing business is a part of everyday life, just like socialising or greeting someone with kindness or respect. We should strive to do what is necessary to make the world a better place with social credits in place. With these social credits in place, we can learn from each other and grow at the same time.

Of course time is valuable to most of us, but we should learn how to leverage our time to make it even better with AI and robots coming into play in this era. We should not fear the AI or robots taking over but embrace it to make our lives easier and flexible for us.

I, for one is still learning the mechanics of AI tools which can make my life easier and those around me.

  • Staying too attached

I am not saying that you should not commit. But sometimes we need time to rest as humans if we are doing too many things at once. Being too attached to one thing can have some consequences because it could be a downfall which is why it is best to spread your eggs as much as possible.

There will be a question when doing too many things at once you may not learn about a specific subject too much but I guess it is better as safe as possible. It is best to start slowly one thing at a time then gradually go into a different subject as you do better. But commitment is better than no commitment at times so you can solve a problem which can make you wealthy both financially and emotionally.

  • Alcohol and mental health

I guess as men we need something to release. It could be a dopamine hit or we just need a reward circuit for our hardwork. Although if we have too much of the reward circuit such as dopamine we tend to lose ourselves like slothing around.

We men should keep on moving and striving in order to maintain our appearance and mental health combined. I would say females have it easier but I guess they have their own problems. I am not a female so I am not the best person for that subject.

When we have alcohol while on nofap, it makes us a bit vulnerable which can help us write or maybe we have been conditioned to be always alert when we do not drink alcohol so we cannot afford to be vulnerable in this society. All we can do is make a better future for the upcoming generations with social credits around us in society.

Alcohol gets us in a more emotional state so we enjoy reading into people’s stories in a book or learning (vulnerability)
  • Musical environment

    Sounds and words from everywhere

I guess this can stem from a virtual or reality environment. This can be based on a tone or people use their words online and offline as well. For example words are just hierargipics which we were programmed from a young age to learn the meaning of them.

In the reality environment, we can do stuff that we cannot control like scratch ourselves or give off signs that we do not realise. This may be similar to gangstalking but most likely to protect yourselves as well in my experience. When someone gives off a sign or signal, they are most likely protecting yourself from the external force that may be bothering you. This is the case in the mental health ward.

By watching live streams I have learnt that some tones or sounds may affect the person positively or negatively by impulsively giving or tapping something when an emotional thing is triggered. Of course in this society there will always be winners and losers but it is how you make the winners and losers within yourself.

But mostly this starts from using a specific tone based on the environment you are in which can be from a professional environment, reality or virtual environment.

  • Generating options

We all should live in an abundance mentality. But to first get the mentality is to try different things like experimenting. This can help you so that you do not rely on one source because in this modern world of AI and other factors, nothing is 💯 stable. Of course there are some things that are stable but nothing is stable when you rely on one thing.

Generating different options include, having different jobs or having different relationships. No matter how big or small they will all snowball into a greater thing. We humans need something to do or else we end up having depression or unstable mental health because we do not have any disposable options at any point in life.

  • The childhood

    What makes you feel nostalgic?

When I look back on my childhood, everything seems more similar because we do not have as many responsibilities as we do as adults. We can experiment more and also we have time by our side. Of course as we get older time seems to go a lot quicker for some reason, maybe it is consciousness whereas in our childhood, we would be unconsciousness.

In our childhood, it is simpler because the younger we are the more information we can absorb and put it into good use. When by good use it could be revolutionary instead of just doing with the flow. As it is revolutionary we have some to experiment and learn so that we or they can have a better future. All we adults can do is contribute to society and hope that the next generation will change the world for the better so that we can keep moving as a society. Also to find solutions to put our current Earth’s resources to good use and by that, it will increase the price of our collections as adults.

  • High blood pressure and anti-psychotics

When we get high blood pressure it is usually when we do too many things at the same time. Or maybe it is when someone makes us angry.

I do think I created a source of tools in my blogs to help everyone with their mental health.

I remember before taking these medications, I would usually feel calmer when doing things without the use of vapes. I vape because it makes me feel more comfortable and lets me control myself even though it is bad. These medications have shown studies that it blocks some receptors so I am assuming it slows you down, most likely the body. I have experienced these as well, but I could be wrong or it could be different for everyone’s lifestyle.

  • Passion with a reward

When we do something we care about, we tend to get rewarded faster. It is because we do not tend to care about the money too much and care about the social impact, what we care about. Or maybe it is because we do not spend the money on vices.

I guess when we do something we do not like, we tend to use the money into gambling or waste the money away not using the money is leverage for more cash. Of course when we get a stable income in years, we tend to fall into bad habits nowadays, which will reward us less because we are not leveraging our money.

When we are passionate about something, money usually follows and the healthy dopamine hits come by as well as it fulfils you.

When we do something we are passionate about, we are also creating a legacy
  • The magic frequency

Of course when you match the frequency to match another, you could either take advantage of it or not. The frequency of how you speak is important because it will either impact the person positively or negatively.

Of course if you hate society and what the state of it now, your frequency will lower thus you will think the society is out to get you. If by the opposite then the results will be the opposite. This is similar to the law of attraction but not by thinking positively but by contributing to the society for the greater good.

Contributing includes, working at a service job with a mindset of feeding people or recycling bottles with a purpose, if there is social credit built up within recycling. Basically, anything you can give yourself social credit that will raise your frequency of the tone of your voice.

Combining these frequencies will have the biggest impact
