  • Turning unconscious to conscious

    I do believe there are some things we may do unconsciously that may be bad because we all live in a bubble 💭 so we can strive as we get older.

    Conscious or not… We should strive to have better mental health which is doing our jobs or living via our principles which tends to be universal at times.

  • Not being perfect

    What makes you nervous?

    I mean sometimes, I do have a feeling of saying something wrong or doing a wrong action which gives me a jumpscare for some reason.

    It is similar to the law of attraction, just showing the goals or the next approach which we can fear the unknown like all humans.

    To stay comfortable of the unknown, we should do at least one activity a day to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

  • Unconscious actions

    Similar to the above blog, sometimes depending on how we lived, can make our body do unconscious things.

    Even when we are doing you unconscious things and end up being positive because we humans have a positive body.

  • Music as a means of communication

    When we need to say something but cannot.

    Use of music may communicate how we feel inside of minds playing music at present.

    This can be powerful depending on how we can leverage it.

  • Giving without changing personalities

    We should all strive to give our 100% but I guess when you put too much effort into one thing, the next could be more difficult to complete a task.

    With personalities the older we get, the more crystallised we get in our personalities because, it takes sometimes to build.

  • Finding meaning in what we do

    Of course we need to build a foundation to how we should improve ourselves and protect ourselves which is the goal for my blogs.

    We all need to find a purpose in what we do but we can change the timeline for the greater good to challenge the society.

    As a whole it is important to challenge the society so we people or animals can improve within the box (society or community).

    Personality reading

    I guess it comes from us trying to play a character we see on television or the internet.

    When we see characters similar to watching a tv show, we tend to get all excited and more motivated to work because we can count work as holidays.

  • Advance

    There are a lot of ways to advance in life.

    More about taking different types of knowledge, experiences and skills together to achieve your goal.

    With mental health that people are making it complicated which should be simple just like the caveman days.

    Our brains aren’t wired to absorb information in a short period of time.

  • Managers vs mental health

    We can only do so much as an individual. But unlike artificial intelligence, the game has been changed a little but just mostly the white collared jobs.

    We people would feel happier if you are working outdoors just like the Amish people 

    The Amish people we hear about are having community and outdoor work at the same time.

    With managers this would be similar if the person is controlling it but artificial intelligence would take care of the nitty gritty.

    I guess in a way, it is more about generations fighting with each other but also we have different experiences.

    With different personalities during each generation allow us to showcase our talents in a way.
