  • Travelling where I am

Share a story about the furthest you’ve ever traveled from home.

Somehow I do not like to travel for holidays but for work. I like to see how people work and work together to achieve a goal.

I think it should be universal in a way because everyone wants their younger offspring to do well, just like we should set a good example for everyone.

But anyways, someday I would like to travel to other places to see people to get a different perspective or perception.

Here in Australia it is mostly multi cultural but when visiting other countries, the culture would be deeper than that.

  • Making people laugh

What brings a tear of joy to your eye?

I guess laughter cures depression in a way. But when everyone is stressed or angry, they need a laugh to laugh all the stress away for their own mental health’s sake.

  • Leave my legacy

    Why do you blog?

My brand is mostly mens mental health because if men are happy then women will follow. But us men have to improve ourselves first before we can make women happy.

Mostly because women are nuturers and men are hunters.

I think in our modern society things have been exaggerated with a lot of misinformation about our DNA or our thinking is probably why a lot of things are in a mess.

I mean in our modern information age I think there are ways to become like our caveman days but in a different way. Hard to say but I guess it is about experimenting with your actions.

  • Neutral

How are you feeling right now?

Somehow I like helping people I guess at the expense of myself but I do put myself first usually. There is a quote as help yourself before you can help other people.

We all need to look after each other in a way with food and water which should be cheap because it is a luxury. With money it is a plus because it shows that you solved other peoples problems therefore you can spend it on whatever you want.

Mental health is a big issue in a way when we do not have the right nutrients in our body which makes us do silly things if left untreated. This is not about going to the hospital but about looking after yourself because people cannot diagnose you but yourself.

  • Experience in the internet to the world

What was the last thing you searched for online? Why were you looking for it?

I search many random things on the internet and do random things. I guess most of my experiences are to expand my knowledge of something consciously.

Maybe somehow I knew them unconsciously but I did not act on it because it would ruin my soul and therefore it would make me feel like a zombie.

I consume my time into what is interesting as there is a lot to learn from the product like the internet on a specific person like Tai Lopez or 1M or any self improvement talks.

My target market in my word for mouth is men as they are willing to give a bit more than what a female would so I can proceed in my mental health business.

  • Living everyday like my birthday

What’s your favorite time of day?

I guess there is no limit in how you do your work or rest but I guess if you are striving or moving towards something then so be it. Just let your work take control, usually it is best to think for yourself because everyones bodies are different with different personalities. Like I said in my previous blogs that there are 7 billion different bodies in the universe with different perspectives, it is mostly about experimenting.

Even for mental health sake, it is best to experiment all different kinds of things because you do not expect the same work with different results most of the time

  • High on learning

Tell us about the last thing you got excited about.

I guess in a way that knowledge is power because I always ask questions when needed then if someone wants to know something about me then I will say it. I guess it is about passing information around in order to create a better society.

However, I do look forward to the future as I am always learning and pushing boundaries to see what the future entails.

  • Air quality

I think I have realised, the air we breathe has an impact on our mental health. This is because if you are not getting enough quality air then your brain tends to slow down.

Quality air makes you alert and ready to rumble so you do not put violence on anyone else. It is understandable, everyone makes mistakes because the other party is not understanding. But I guess it is how we make of it and keep turning money while looking after ourselves as well.

When our nose is not getting enough quality air then our bodies tend to go on survival mode which violence will come after because we cannot have our say in what matters in our society.

  • Extracting information to expose the truth

    Create an emergency preparedness plan.

Hard to say but I think it is about working with each other whether it is in services or financially. But somehow, everyone always says I will get in deep trouble but playing dumb is the fun part while following the rules and being a man of my word.

Well everyone is a man of their word somehow, but I guess there are two meanings to it which is hard to understand.

I guess I am speaking from personal experiences. We all play a role in society to make the world a better place.

  • Bad smell makes mental health worse

This is hard to say but when something smells in our area, it tends to affect our mental health as in it would feel like the person is in like an institution caged in instead of freedom.

I guess it makes people or in our society think that we are closed in whereas we are in an open air.

Dirty smell makes us do crazy things but I guess it is part of psychosis everyone is having these days.
