  • Suppression

    Hello…

Suppressing emotions can be a good thing or a bad thing. We all suppress in one way or another. Even I suppress something…

Whether it is emotionally or purposely, sometimes it is a good thing because what comes out of your mouth or writing can affect you positively or negatively.

If you have something greater than what is in your environment, don’t say it yet because it hasn’t happened yet, but you probably believe that your purpose or goal will be met, thus leaving a mark in people or the world.

That is what I am trying to achieve.

But I guess it is best to use your purpose based on your principles so you have fun memories in your soul.

  • Scarcity

    I wonder about this…

If we have a scarcity of financially or emotionally it tends to affect our mental health in a way thus us getting help from it then just getting a label from it to make it even worse…

When we have a financial scarcity, we tend to overwork ourselves by doing something long hours or just dreaming to the point of us doing something we regret. When it comes to emotionally I think it’s the environment around us because not everyone dreams of big money but one thing is for sure that if you seek help for it, then it might become worse as medications or advice we get from professionals could be like a hit or miss. But I think the best thing to do is talk about it through blogs (online) to see if anyone else is going through the same thing.

Advice/giving out knowledge is priceless is all I am saying. Lending a hand doesn’t hurt anyone, but I guess it kind of stops profit.

  • Mental health illness labels is how we interpret things

I have been of this lately…

What if our mental illness or label that we get is the way we think that are outside the society norms of what we think is normal.

Maybe… In games or mediaeval times there have been wizards, and all types of fantasy characters. What if… Those types of characters have been turned into mental illness labels.

I guess it’s like a spiritual thing or what we are sent to earth to.

To give like personalities to life on earth. I think it’s our right to be like this because it gives us purpose in life instead of suppressing it.

  • Mental illness is sensitive to emotions

I want to write this because it has been on my mind for a while.

When you hear mental illness it means bad. But what if there they were sensitive to emotions, that is why they get violent because no one wants to hear them out.

Maybe its principles they have that they live by?

Sure living by your principles gives you a purpose to make the world a better place.

I will give an electronic music to listen to and see what you guys think.

  • Finding purpose and mental health

We all have reasons that we should take action. But everything we do has a purpose whether it is consciously or unconsciously.

Well my purpose is to make a world educated on mental health, because there is a large stigma around it. This could range from:

    You are crazy

    Or

    You are delusional

    Or

    You are lazy

Theres all sorts of names. Then those doctors/society just giving out these labels on us. If its a friendly thing its ok, but when it comes when you actually get a label from professionals, they just brush it giving us these nicknames where it could affect us emotionally thus making it worse for us mental health.

If only if they could understand where we are coming from, it would make our mental health better. I think mental health can be healed by talking about it instead of them asking questions as if they were the interrogators.

Maybe! My theory, is mental health, they/we are sensitive to tones or how people say things. This is similar to frequencies, bit hard to explain but you should get what I am trying to convey.

As for purpose, we should strive to become better versions of ourselves so we can influence the young/old saplings to mirror our actions positively to our mental health.

    💪💪💪💪

  • Keep it simple

I found that living in a fast paced environment can really affect our mental health.

I think it is because we are afraid of being left behind the things we want to do. (I have done this) Yes! I think life is not easy because you will have to put in the work after getting out of school to observe the real world so you would get the hang of doing things that would benefit society.

I on the other hand, I am trying to bring mental health awareness out, for education or knowledge purposes. I am still learning.

I think for mental health some people do things that are not acceptable by society unconsciously or maybe hopefully not consciously.

But in saying this, to have a better mental health is to find something you are passionate about. For me I like servicing people just like “how can I be of a service”. Most people I talk to about their mental health seem to be geared into the service area. So maybe my conclusion would be “People are happier when they are serving people”.

  • Mental health is what you feel

We feel that we should suppress our inner selves, it’s probably why we burst out of control when we release it, while we suppress them all these years.

I have been suppressing my inner thoughts or trying so hard in my early 20s in order to make it in society. I have been thinking… Whatever I do, does it impact positively or negatively to the person I am serving/communicating to.

I want to help people learn/gain knowledge on what I try to say sometimes while not forgetting my principles in what I do.

    My principles are:

    Pay for a service/product

    No stealing

    No hurting one another

We need people in the local community or the world to contribute one way or another.

So its like when we pay for a service/product in a business, we are contributing to the development of that area or the business. I like to think that!

Our presence helps to boost the community of that area or business. Even by donating clothes, we are contributing to someone who has no clothing in that region or individual.

This could in fact, if related to mental health, us humans have an innate need to help someone or something.

But I guess we all have different perspectives on how we feel in the moment.

    Art of Giving
  • Your appearance is your mental state

    Human Body

I may have discovered this, your body produces energy based on your lifestyle and shapes the way you look.

This is pretty hard to explain but whatever you are doing or what actions you take your body produces energy in return for your muscles and body fat. So if you are consistently worried or have anxiety your body will consume fat in your body, this makes you look like a drug addict.

This is also mental health related as anything you do in life could eat you up so it is best to take care.

  • Doing something you love

When you take the time to do something it will be good how you want it to be because you put a lot of passion into it.

Well for me I like doing business, and here in my blogs I am letting out my inner thoughts and maybe give you guys some perspectives.

As for business I like to do everything at once in the cheapest financial form. Not that I have employees, I am independent.

I tend to have a feel for the environment when I do something I love, not sure if it fosters my creativity, but I like it!

When I work at a normal job, sometimes I just feel like I don’t want to do it anymore because independence is creativity.

I feel like working at a job affects my mental health whereby if I am independent my mental health is more stabilised.

Maybe it’s just my creativity showing…

  • Thoughts on mental health and food

Mental health is complex, there are issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and many more.

These can occur when there is a burnout towards our modern society hierarchy. These can include social media or working or other forms of unhealthy behaviours like taking artifical consumables.

We should be working towards a more natural feeling of colours, food/drinks and a naturalistic feel to the environment. I think what causes these issues is our modern society has been driven by more profit and has forgotten a natural feel thus creating an artificial feel to spike our dopamine receptors. Once the high (artificial dopamine) begins to fade, we see all these mental health issues come about. I would guess it is similar to having cocaine, if you know what I am talking about…

This is hard to solve but probably in your area try to get a feel of artificial consumables and natural. Of course you pay for them, then eventually they will fade out with people not buying these consumables once they don’t feel right about them. Leaving the manufacturer to invent something more to the markets taste as in more natural and not damaging.

Most of these issues are in the developed world but I guess other worlds would have similar issues as smart phones take over. As technology/knowledge grow, our more of a natural modern diversity grows thus improving our mental health at the same time.

At the time of my writing, this could change.
