My favourite history is the spartan warriors. They are known for their professionalism and discipline. It is good to always improve yourself even though it may not seem like it but doing the tasks everyday will compound later on.
It is also good for mental health in a way as you get the drive and purpose to make your specific goal.
I think ever since I was about 18, I found this music that has an electronic feeling in it maybe it is my paranoia or just a gut instinct but I fell in love with it. I mean loving non tangible objects or feeling intangible objects should be a love and I feel like if the object is a soul or life we should care for them instead of what society tells us.
Over the years the hardstyle or party music evolved into a happier feeling. If you listen to the 90s trance or old school hardstyle it has a darker feeling, maybe it affects our mental health? We will never know… but the feeling of the hardstyle music today is more of a euphoria feeling, more like a happy feeling.
Either way electronic music helped me in my dark times and is helping me to recover on my mental health journey. There could be other factors but most of it is gut feeling.
Somehow I like to travel if there is an incentive to get my brand out there. I do not really go to have fun, I mean I did but I found it unfulfilling and also I gained weight.
The country I want to visit one day is America, it does not look good on the news but maybe a trip there for one or two weeks would be fine.
If I can travel while getting my brand out there (Watapple) then in my world the society or community will be a better place. Mental health should be talked about more freely in our community, online and offline.
I mean there is always improvement in whatever you do. You should strive to improve yourself to provide a better service or just become a better person. Even I implement these words or actions.
Each day we should strive to be a better person whether it is collecting bottles or working at a job. It is basically making a community to society a better place by providing your services or just keeping the streets cleaner from bottles.
Of course we should do it if there is an incentive because that is what keeps us motivated to do the job.
But as long as I am living and improving myself day by day, I am satisfied.
My meaning of retirement is having fun while making money. It is not a whole lot but a plus if there is extra spending money. I like to put my effort in what I am passionate about like putting in money for a cause that benefits both me and the product.
I mean we were always meant to do something or else we grow old quicker. We should use our minds often to keep it running and not stagnant. There is a time to rest but most of our time should be maintaining our minds so we can experience the joys of life and have stories to tell ourselves.
Creating something is hard but what I think is mentality. Everything we do is pretty much a give and take. We should strive to have a giver mentality. Every living creature likes to nurture something whether it’s dogs or cats. If we do not have anything to live for we would just be depressed because we have no communication or presence.
Sometimes writing blogs about mental health or my thoughts really keeps me going to achieve my goals because I think there is a problem to be solved in our society or community. Mental health is not talked about in person a lot but there comes a time where we really should talk about our feelings in the next generation to come because of the internet now.
Right now there is a lot of tension going on then ever before so we all need to work together to create a better mental environment for all living creatures while being resourceful at the same time as our population increases on earth.
But yes, my thoughts are we should be of service to everyone even when we are not getting paid because some things are priceless to give out.
What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?
My oldest thing I use is my car, the other things I use are a bit newer as they break down or I lose it. When it comes to collectibles it is older than my car but I do not use it. It is mostly for personality in my room. Somehow when you put different things in your room, it creates a specific vibe, could be homey or other traits.
I use my car daily mostly for business purposes, to make money of course. My car is used for agile purposes in order to create the purpose that needs to be fulfilled. The purpose is making people with mental health issues or vulnerable people a chance to be their own boss.
My car has been pretty reliable so far… Without much maintenance, just an oil change or a top up of fluids which I can do myself.
What I mean by that is sharing your money. I like to share my money when I am getting a service or product. I feel that if I give my money for service it will make people improve their products. Some products may be simple and do not require skill but I think it is about the passion you give to the service. Not everyone has passion but it will motivate business or the vendor to do better slowly and that will snowball to the others as well as others will follow suit.
I think this will make mental health a better situation for all the consumers.
Somehow, I like chilling with people with mental health issues or those that are not fortunate. I usually donate to homeless people wherever I can when I walk past them but I do not talk to them, just not to disturb them. Most of the time, I guess it is just a feeling.
When I chill with people that are on assisted mental health housing or are looked after by services, they somehow feel interesting and carefree after you get to know them. I guess they are carefree well you know… But anyways it is probably their excitement that gets me sometimes or their vibe.
When I was in the mental hospital there were all types of people and most of them were interesting people. Some I would talk to them or some I just observe their vibe, bit mentally simulating but boring at the same time because there is nothing to do other than eat, sleep, walk, and most of all, medications.
It is notable that there seems to be a mental illness in our society like anxiety or depression. Sure! There are people that may not be right but there are more people that are right. Those with anxiety or depression may be lost with their identity.
We may have internet but we are lonelier than ever because we humans need physical interaction to make ourselves happy and to feel a sense of community. We cannot really fix mental health but I am sure there are healthier ways to heal our minds and get on with our lives instead of having medications all the time.
I think to fix the mental health crisis is to encourage everyone to have an identity or a principal they live by so they do not overthink what they were on earth for and get on with their lives peacefully.
