  • Accidents? Or Saving us?

Have you ever broken a bone?

I have fractured my one wrist before from riding a scooter downhill.

It was not a good experience after that because I was unable to do something I wanted in the next few months.

What if maybe… When we fracture or break our bones is the universe of saying, we are going too far with our stunts before it gets worse.

Or… It could be our bones are fragile.

Anyways… It could be our unconscious selves saving us before we get hit or even worse lose a life. This does relate back to mental health as maybe our bodies react this way unconsciously.

    It is a complex subject.

    Still a bigger lump

  • Different environment, different emotions

When I go to different places, it is a vibe I get. Sometimes it is more relaxing and sometimes it is not. Maybe when we are in congested areas we feel it is more stressful, while the opposite is more relaxed and chill.

If we hang around a more stressful area, we tend to get more stressed or we somehow get this migraine in our head. While we see greens when we go to the environment our mind stays peaceful.

I think our human mind finds nature like trees or grass peaceful and relaxing for us. If we are in the city where there is a lack of trees our minds tend to race.

Even with how the environment is portrayed our emotions react to the environment around us.

I think we humans are naturally adaptive whether it goes positively or negatively.

The world that we live in that is natural is always best
  • Personality traits in mental health

I think in mental health, or if you are out into the mental health system the people that act the way they are that are not in societal standards we get labelled as having something wrong.

What if it is part of our personality? And how we are shaped by our environment. Sure the community needs to be safe but putting on people on medications does not help as a lot of people complain about them.

I think when we ask for help then being put on these medications, it just makes us worse as an individual creating a non-safer community in our society and not innovating ourselves. We should learn to think for ourselves before taking these artificial stimuli.

If professionals have taken these drugs we would listen to them but they are just learning from the books mostly without having actual experiences about them.

We all have personalities that define ourselves and it cannot be solved with chemicals.

But who knows? These drugs could be karma related drugs.

    We are Complex Beings
  • Adapting

What sacrifices have you made in life?

While I had an almost comfortable living, I tried to make myself uncomfortable by taking cold showers and learning as much as I can in my early 20s because your 20s are still young. Cold showers have health benefits. The main thing about cold showers is learning to be comfortable by being uncomfortable is what trains you as well.

There are about 40 more years to live freely at this stage, could increase as innovation makes place depending on how fast it takes place.

So that is why I am buying and collecting anything copper as it is a technology innovation tool. The better mental health we have the more technical advances we make. Right now in this day and age, we are relying on technology year by year.

I think what is best for mental health is using technology as a way to further your well being and also for convenience.

I think what sacrifices you make most of the time is how you learn and adapt to the situation because everyone is different.

Looking for ways to be outside of the box

  • Do what makes you feel good

I don’t mean you should go ham on what you are feeling you want to do on food and material. Just a little bit that helps to support one another because there are plenty of other people around willing to give a little. We are just fulfilling our role or doing what makes us feel good.

I mean too much of something is not good for your mental health and will need to keep changing to adapt to the market. Just a tweak.

If you want to be minimalistic or spend, go for it just don’t give too much without looking after yourself.

If you have too much, the direction of making the other person feel good is just priceless even if we are giving a little bit.

One man’s treasure is another man’s treasure is what they say.

    Goodies
  • Supporting simple businesses

What’s the oldest things you’re wearing today?

For some reason I like to wear generic clothes that look like I have no personality, just random full colours of clothing.

I like to think, I am supporting small family run clothing businesses or I do shop at the flea markets for second hand clothes. It makes me feel good that I am supporting another person just trying to sell their used clothes.

I don’t shop a lot but I shop for things I actually need. Who knows… Maybe I will buy clothes from the flea markets and just donate my clothes to the clothing charity box.

I will wear them a couple of times then just probably just put it aside and donate it.

Clothing is a human need of our society as it keeps us warm and at least some fashion taste on the outside.

If the clothes ain’t broken, then it could be used again or resold.

    Generic clothing is my favourite
  • Fear makes us physically sick

I have been sick my whole life. Not the emotionally sick but the physically sick. I don’t feel like there are any symptoms, it is a bit complicated.

I think if you have a lot of fear and anxiety and you are trying to suppress it, you blow your nose pretty often. It does look like you have something wrong to the other person but to yourself… There is nothing wrong.

I feel like when you hold back your fears and anxiety you tend to show some symptoms of sickness but you are not sick at the same time…

But I guess if you have a healthy mind you get a healthy body…

Balance… So your whole body functions
  • Finding Peace…

When I do something I love, I tend to find peace in what I do. Why? Because I am passionate about it.

When you are passionate about doing something it gives you a sense of euphoria you cannot describe. It is like you are walking with purpose. This may include just writing blogs or making money solving a problem in the community or maybe just having fun in general.

We all have a role to play in society. Don’t think that you are useless just because someone said so…

If you have work that you are passionate about, you shouldn’t be useless but useful because you are inspiring someone else to be better than the day before. Of course we need a job to pay our bills so we can support ourselves.

But if you want a different route then try to solve a problem then eventually you will make money from what you are passionate about.

  • Learning from each other

Are you a leader or a follower?

Knowledge is power but you have to think about how sometimes knowledge can be priceless whether it is from random encounters.

Everyone has the right to be a leader or follower, it is what makes us have a purpose in life. But I like to be in between a leader and follower because it opens my mind to a variety of perspectives. Noted how I said there is one world in a person. There is a lot to learn about from someone because it is how it shaped them.

No matter if you are successful or not, it is always helpful to lend a helping hand to someone emotionally as it could offer them a new perspective or knowledge in life.

    In between two worlds
  • Unmotivated…

When I start to feel unmotivated, I try to find opportunities to do something like finding a one day gig. The gig I found is the application called “Airtasker”. The application allows you to post and find odd jobs like helping people around the house or odd deliveries.

The purpose of this is to serve the person wanting the job done in exchange for currency, so I could further expand my project or look after myself.

Being unmotivated can factor like the food you eat or the environment around you. It does get tough if you are actually unmotivated but you shouldn’t let that stop you.

Me? I am on medication at the moment and it makes me feel weak and unmotivated but I try to not let it stop me. I mean everything has a price. I counter that by vaping. It is not a good habit but I find it helps me keep grounded in getting someone else’s job done.

Unmotivated could be a mental illness thing but I think! It is the type of medication you are on.

There is always stuff to do even if you feel there is nothing to do, it is just taking the first step then the rest will compound itself.

    No finish line.
