  • Security and mental health part 3

    Illusion of environment

I guess in a way, the environment we are in can make a difference towards how we act upon some things.

With the environment as your tools, being social and playing around with colours or letters can make a big difference in protecting yourself.

  • Security vs mental health part 2

    Emotional frequency

Security can come in a form of cash flow or either a house

We should all strive to be emotionally correct but in the system designed to make you think inside a cage.

Lone time and listening to music out loud can have a special impact which is stronger than illicit substances.

  • Security vs mental health

We all need security whether it means more money or having bodyguards around you.

The security is most important as it makes us who we are on the inside.

  • Long term…

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Well we all can’t predict the future. But seeing yourself in 5 years may be more realistic as the shorter the timeframe, the less bludging to yourself.

We can actually achieve more in a year if we all strive for our purpose and try for excellence.

  • Addiction vs mental health

I guess, when we have an addiction all it is mostly that someone is struggling to put them in words.

When we speak too much, we should keep it at a medium (minimum).

When we smoke it is usually that we need it to pass the time.

  • Non verbal vs mental health part 2

    Emotional frequency part 2

Usually it is best that you follow instructions or just don’t in general.

Of course for frequencies, sometimes it could be trauma bonding which is hard to get rid of.

We have systems for a reason, which is to keep the economy running

My blog, watapple mental health should be another way that works for your personality to be in a specific group of your choice.

  • Communication through emotions

I do think when you hear a specific word it may affect you but I guess there is more than that.

Words, emotions and frequencies of wording.

    Talking with purpose…

Of course you talk with purpose but in a way you cannot predict what people will say but read between the lines of wording and emotions.

  • X vs mental health

X marks the spot in some ways.

Although when you have an X, usually it comes to passive aggressiveness.

We can always work together whether you are at home or outside or either in an institution.
