  • Money is like lifepoints

Have you ever wanted money? Yes! Money is important. It helps us buy food, water and a place to stay.

I have been thinking, when you work for money, it becomes your lifepoint. Just like a game you need food for lifepoints but for real life you need money to buy things in order to live in our modern society.

It’s like when you have a lot of money, it means you have leveled in life. But that is subjective. Having money or making money is about giving value to another person whether it is for nostalgic purposes or if they need to get the job/product done! They will fix you up with more lifepoints. But it is a bit more complicated than what I’m saying now.

  • Overwork affects our mental health

When your mind starts wanting this, wanting that it gets a bit too much.

I have overworked/over think to myself that is probably why I am the way I am.

I think it is people trying to make you see the reality of things in how they think but I think it is how to perceive things is how it will go. It’s only when there is a barrier like when people try to stop you, affects your mental health rather than encouraging your path.

But who knows? This could end up as a disaster or it could lead to greatness.

It’s ok, it’s best you continue your path as long as it does not get you in trouble with society or family members. If it does look after someone be it emotionally or financially, I think it will have a great impact.

It all depends on what you define overwork. It probably means what you are destined to do in your soul. The marketplace will eventually solve itself.

Everything has a price to pay but maybe do so when it benefits something?

  • What we listen to affects our mental health

Do you hear the opinions people say?

It’s probably best to do something that would be best for your mental wellbeing.

Whether it is music or people’s comments, we should start to think of our well being, mentally. What is best, even though the type of music you are listening to is trash to others, start to try and what you can do for others with the type of music you are listening to. The type of music you listen to or create can have an impact on peoples minds. This can probably affect you positively or negatively, but for sure, always educate yourself in the action you are doing or else society will eat you up.

What I am saying, anything you do can build up for a lifetime because as you grow older it is harder to bounce back. It’s possible but, it’s best to serve the community with wealth and what you have to offer. I try to stay within my roots, but who knows if I’ll change for the better or worse.

For what is best for mental health as you get older is to contribute knowledge/services to the world like everybody is your children ready to learn. I guess it’s how we got to this point, of technology advances or different types of marketplaces because of us identifying a need in the market.

Giving different perspectives to people that have problems could be a good factor because people like what is comfortable. It’s not shifting a new strategy, it’s offering a new perspective in what they do. I did say that there were 7 billion people, meaning 7 billion worldviews. A YouTuber named “Nero Knowledge” is a good one for people to see how peoples actions affect themselves or other people.

Music/Tones/Meaning can affect us in ways we don’t know
  • Proving value to society

I have been meaning to spread knowledge about this.

In a world where we are reliant on other people (I am a victim), we should build on top of other peoples work to make it work in our own unique way, the way we like it to be while promoting our value to society. We should not depend too much on the government on handouts, while I am not saying you should not rely, everybody needs help in one form or another in order to keep the economy going and spreading our wealth to others.

In our human psyche, most say we are meant to reproduce. Yep! Of course

But we should treat other people whether it is strangers or acquaintances as our own children because it is like we are looking out for each other in a form of payment. This is whether you receive knowledge/product/service in return as you give something to help another to look after themselves.

Although if it is your own blood and flesh, giving them just enough as a gift  so they can prosper is also good enough.

We all have a need to look after ourselves, Yep! So every time, whatever I do, I think what I do will impact another person whether it is positively or negatively they will still stand on their two feet and still go on with their lives.

After all the marketplace is always evolving, and we should try to give everyone the best opportunity they want. The path to life is what you make it of, it will not be linear but just like emotions fluctuating, and its our job to keep it stable so our impact can help fortunate/unfortunate people grow.

I on the other hand, have a few side hustles which I am trying to turn into an all in one business (Its complicated), while trying to help out the economy/mental well-being in my area. Maybe in the world… But I guess its too big thinking now

So right now I am just trying to spread what I know, out into the world to see the impact of my work. Not everything is perfect, but there are healthier ways around it.

  • Medications on mental health

In this day and age of money grabbing. The modern age society has found a way to make money off our emotions which can never be sold. Our emotions are things you should not change through anti depressants or anti psychotics. Other forms of entertainment are fine, like social media but those should be used in moderation, even though it may be hard to keep away from.

Other forms of pharmaceutical medications are ok as well since they don’t change the brain structure and the way you think. Although there has to be some kind of care when consuming these types of stuff.

The types of clothes, colours, food you choose reflects your personality although things like anti depressants and other forms of psychiatry medications can affect what you choose as well, based on my experience.

So based on mental health I will show a collection of clothes that might/should be sold because there should be a mix or fun and reality as well.

The world is not colourful and rainbows, but…. I had an ok life.

    Colourful…
  • What we consume affects our mental health

In this age of the internet, the internet is filled with endless entertainment. But that comes with a price.

We have to selectively choose what we consume, but what we consume is saying how should we know!

I did write something about how we should consistently improve ourselves to get that satisfaction. Like a dopamine rush if you say!

Porn is an artificial dopamine rush whether achievements are more of a natural rush. It’s like comparing an achievement to conquering a quest or something.

Why porn? Porn hi-jacks your brain like a drug addict over simulating your brain to the point it destroys itself slowly which could take months to recover.

Theres this book called “Your brain on porn”

They give their experimental/research on how it affects our mental health without us realising because its just visual (I’m a victim of this).

As for mental health, be the best version of yourself you can be even when you are on porn.

  • Keeping up with mental health

I believe humans are meant to work, not like just sitting around doing something. If you do nothing just sitting around watching tv or clicking buttons on a computer screen depression or anxiety will creep up, maybe it might make you feel like you need medications. NO! You should not need to have medications.

Being outside of the house or the apartment can give you clarity and allows you to reset your mind with all these distractions from modern life, especially the internet.

What would be a good idea is to use the internet or your phone as a tool. A tool to hold money or make money and also to provide value to people on the internet. What I mean by providing value is offering  a product or solution to people and selling it like digital products or reselling using platforms such as eBay. Even that you could just use your creativity to spread knowledge on the internet so that your work will not be for nothing.

Providing value to our fellow people

The book I have provided above will illustrate “if you can solve a problem to others” then your value within marketplace will go up in value.

I’m saying, humans are always meant to be improving and growing which ironically keeps us young for some reason. If we are growing and improving, our minds stay nimble and sharp even at an older age.

    Can we solve a problem?

I will talk more about this in the later stage…
