  • Keeping the mind busy

    What are you passionate about?

Well I guess everyone likes money, even though I like making money as well. Money is important to look after yourself but does not ends meet.

What I like doing is doing different things at once like reselling, doing deliveries and such, such. The reason I like doing this is that it keeps my mind active trying to juggle different things at once.

Maybe eventually give it to another person to do the task for me in due time. This is also allowing them to contribute to society by doing a service.

So basically I am passionate about business where everyone benefits emotionally and financially at the same time.

  • Being an inspiration to others

There is a big mental health crisis in our society, probably to start with your own community first. You may not see it but probably it is a feeling in our environment where we place things.

Our modern society now has made everyone fear for our safety because of what is going on in the media. I guess everything looks safe and sound but it is probably a safe bet to look at people’s intentions in their mind. It is invisible.

But how we handle it together is we should try and inspire one another, it doesn’t matter if you are a child or adult. Everyone has a role to play in our society.

We should strive to give our best to fulfil a better society because of that… There will be few theft or break ins which everyone is trying to survive. It is best to share our wealth not only for our personal gain but more of giving to others while looking after yourself. Instead of dividing the wealthy and non wealthy we should try our best to bring them together.

However whoever solves this problem will be rewarded in the future. It is more to do with decentralisation where the community or society is thriving in their own way.

I will leave this to another day…

  • Making sure everyone benefits

It is mostly financially and emotionally benefits from what they do. I guess this comes in terms of vulnerable people as we do not like taking advantage of people.

There are rules in the government that we should follow like tax offsets or even investments. I think financial stress is the biggest cause for mental health and starting from vulnerable people is a good way to start. With so many tools online in how it  helps us or other people, we continue to have newer tools to make the world a better place with fewer conflicts everyday. Sure there will be new issues in our community or society everyday but my focus is more of a minimising financial stress  which makes our mental health decline. This decline is due to the food we eat or the lifestyle we have because of financial issues.

But we should all work together for a better tomorrow, which I am trying to do my part. The better mental health, the better the innovation we get and also a safer society. We should strive for a decentralised society where money is still involved.

  • Having self respect

If you are lacking self respect yourself the whole society will not respect you.. well maybe unconsciously. It is because you give off the vibe that you do not respect yourself or look after yourself.

I myself do have some things to work on like quitting porn but I am probably addicted to the stimulation. I know it is bad but it is just hard to get it out of my system. I tried it years ago… Which went well for a couple of months then my urges hit me sending me to the mental hospital. I am not too sure if you are supposed to let out those urges but I will leave it to another story.

Having self respect is not about having a flashy lifestyle or buying expensive products but it is mostly about meaning. From the time you were born, what given purpose were you supposed to do to change the world? It could be anything that solves the problem of the community. Small things like selling and reselling could be one… It does not look like a skill but it helps the one person who needs the product on hand urgently instead of waiting for the product to arrive.

Another example could be offering gardening or labour services to another person which will greatly contribute to another person’s time to finish the job. So basically saving time for another person.

If you can achieve this, then you will probably have more self respect for yourself. This will not be instant but will be gradual.

  • Trying to live a stress free lifestyle

What’s the one luxury you can’t live without?

This is a concern to financial, emotionally or spiritually. When I have financial issues it is mostly in how I can maximise my profit or money but sometimes my emotions get the best in me because if it is too expensive then the other party may not buy. For financial concerns I put my money where it can grow instead of leaving it stagnant so I maximise my finances while maintaining my lifestyle. My lifestyle is pretty much minimal but when it comes to something that has the chance to go up in value I will probably buy, that is if I do not need the money.

Emotionally and spiritually I tend to reflect on my actions and how I could make it better. This comes in terms of socialising in making the other party themselves feel better. When they feel better I internally feel good, with a spike of stimulation I get knowing I helped one person without having their resources taken away.

But what is better is living positive spiritually, is having a calm state of mind which is luxury in my case.

  • Going outside your comfort zone

I feel like whenever I put myself in dangerous situations, the smaller things in life do not phase me. Maybe whether it is a money situation or places where it is unstable. I’m not sure…

I think it tends to be your personality, if you have an unthreatening self like a giving  soul which is based on the body language you give off then you will be spared. But I guess you could be taken advantage of, so what I think is mostly base your intentions internally instead of externally where people can read your intentions. It is hard but it can be learnt. As well as that you must have a principal you go by so you will minimise the external factors that happen around you so to save yourself some stress and time.

This could include following the rules or doing something that is morally right.

But going outside your comfort zone like taking a cold shower or just experiencing the good and bad makes you a more rounded person in society and you have more stories/knowledge to tell to pass on the message, even if one person is inspired.

  • A personality

If humans had taglines, what would yours be?

If I had a nickname it would be watapple. Watapple stands for fun in whatever I do. Not thinking too much about the outcome and just going along with it, saying too much and not saying too much at the same time. Basically half truths right at the moment. If you say half truths it is basically not lying.

In our society there are a lot of lies which can affect our mental health because everyone in the party finds inconsistency in what you are saying it could drive the person nuts thinking about it. I like to have clear conscious in what I say so I don’t feel guilty or rethink what I have done so I don’t think about the past.

I know this method is dangerous but this could make the world a better place emotionally with mental health issues running rampant.

We are always meant to live in the future thinking or present planning our next mission to what is to come in life.

  • Keeping an active mind

We are always supposed to be moving whether it is physically or emotionally. If we stay stagnant our mental health is affected which will make us think of the past too much thinking of the good times. I think this will make our anxiety or depression skyrocket as we think too much of our past instead of looking forward to the future. As I said anxiety, when we think too much of the past, we will not like change as change is part of evolving as a species. If we think too much of the past we may not be able to handle our future stresses.

That is why it is important to be curious to the world around us to minimise our mental health issues. I mean some people can learn fast and some people cannot but we should strive to keep evolving our minds to keep us young and fresh into our older years.

Strengthen our minds better than the day before
  • Being healthy emotionally

What are the most important things needed to live a good life?

To live a good life it is best to live with positivity. Positively I mean good emotionally when you detach from outcomes you cannot control. If someone makes a mistake in front of you, if it is a small mishap, do not take it seriously because no one got hurt. Every life form is important as it gives you humanity.

I think a lot of things whether it is things people say, most people take things too serious when it comes to work. I mean do the job or service the best you can but if you stress about it then your mind will go haywire afterwards thus not performing at your best later on. You also get too tired easily as the stress uses up energy from your body from overthinking.

Once I overthinked too much and it landed me in the hospital which ironically made me worse but it’s mostly to do with yourself and how you should tackle your issues internally.

But yea… The less stress, the less detachment makes you a bit younger emotionally and physically as your body does not go through a lot of pressure which makes you look a little older.

  • Spending time to recharge

Who do you spend the most time with?

I used to hangout with the boys more frequently but now… Just once in a blue moon. Maybe it is because it is my lifestyle or just that they are busy with their own lives.

But most of the time I like hanging out alone in my thoughts to recharge or to self reflect on how I can do this specific thing better than the day before.

I know it is not good for your mental health if you are constantly isolated because you tend to get anxiety and depression longing for connection. So at times I try to get a social connection around me, just trying to avoid small talk with one person at a time. I do like meeting people but when conversations get repetitive I just back out… Why?

There is no meaning towards how I can improve myself and I just get stuck in the same cycle over and over again.

With time alone, I like to pursue my own passions or just chill in my thoughts in the outdoors where I get a bit of fresh air while thinking about my next move. This isn’t about stability but it is more about experiences.
