  • Food for thought part 53

In the society geared towards money such as fiat. We tend to praise it like a king. Of course it does buy us essentials but it is more satisfying if you change your mindset a bit.

Act like your money when you buy something is supporting another person to live another day.

  • Life is a risk

We should make the most of what life provides us. For example trying out everything we can so eventually we can use those experiences as a passion for our future selves. There will always be a blind spot where society has not found but based on your personal experiences.

To do so it is best to start as early as possible, so we can protect our future selves too.

  • Fruits vs mental health

Fruits will always be around as long as someone is willing to produce it. Of course there are different techniques on how fruits are managed.

Even on medications, I have eaten fruits which helped with muscle regulation. I would say Kiwi fruit would be the best to help stop vaping thus stabilising serotonin. An apple does somehow give me strength so I can be bothered to work while on medications.

  • Food for thought part 52

Even by starting from ground zero when you had a good career for about a few years transitioning into another field because you have a few skillset to work with.

Mostly it is doing something that you are passionate about like the mental health area (which I am interested in).

In challenging mental health and the medications that come with it, it is supposed to harden you up so you can face any difficult challenges in life.

  • Positive vs negative

I guess you can say when we have bi-polar as a label, it would be similar to a ying and yang.

It is similar to two-faced but we are human after all. It would mostly be our fight and flight response. Either way, we should sometimes be careful what we say or if any interactions create value to another party.

  • No pain no gain

We all need to experience hardships so we can appreciate what we have. In the west where since it is a developed country, there will always be a problem to be solved whether you are in a developing or developed country.

Having hardships such as putting your body into stress mode like cold showers can go further ahead than your peers since your body and mind can endure stress.

  • Lifestyle

How we live in society or the environment can impact how we portray ourselves and affect our frequencies.

There are a lot of pathways into how we can show the world ourselves since we have a public mentor such as the internet. Of course it would not be as good as a personal mentor but, the internet is free and full of information and people.

Different types of lifestyle can impact how the world sees us
  • Adding value to the community

Of course if we want to make money, we have to do it by adding value to the community or society.

It could be being attractive or either solving a problem within our community which people would pass on their energy (money). But mostly solving another person’s problem will be long term as your skillset increases.

  • Programming

What I mean is consuming dopamine content within the fingertips.

With the attention economy where you have more chances to earn money when you gather enough attention. Of course there is good attention and bad ones. Being a bad one can wipe all the earnings you have been building that turns into dust. But I guess with what society dictates, it would be similar to how the masses of society think.

  • Neuroplasticity

We should start as young as possible to learn a skill. It can be a generalist or specialist role.

But what we should achieve with our skillset while we are young is to try and maximise the skills we have in order to fit in, in a money obsessed society.
