  • Putting too much effort

    I mean putting effort is a good thing but when you are bombarded with a lot of stimulus, it can be hard to recover from.

    Usually it is best to stay out but our dopamine receptors react to the stimulus causing a build up until something happens.

    I could be wrong but this is my opinion because usually it is best to stay away from high simulations but when you need it then you need it. For our mental health it is best to minimise the risks to our bodies.

  • Within ourselves

    I guess within ourselves there will always be a war inside us because we were meant to find something to strive for.

    For our mental health we should suppress the bad to good but when we are young it is easier to adjust which gets harder as you age for some reason.

    I guess it is a habit.

  • Not end of the world

    What would you do if you lost all your possessions?

    I guess if you lose everything you worked hard for, I guess you would be sad and frustrated. But one thing is for sure… Frustration makes us make bad decisions.

    What would be recommended is to kind of set a goal not a plan but kind of working towards the goal one at a time. There will be minor setbacks but that is part of the journey.

  • Generalist

    What skill would you like to learn?

    It isn’t learning a skill too much but mainly tasting free of chemical foods and being a all in one trade.

    I guess it is about looking after everyone while looking after myself as well. We all have to look after ourselves one way or another but when something happens, then it happens for a reason. It is like karma builds up overtime which eventually you cannot back anything up as the damage has already been done.

    This does refer back to mental health because when things are not doing well then there will be chaos everywhere and around us.

  • Every living being matters

    What aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in?

    I would say, everyone has a culture to listen to. But it is mostly if you do something bad like an action, then the morality starts to build up overtime then you will end up in the gutter.

    I would say people who have been innocent or just trying to run from the world are mostly hospitalised because information has not been discovered about a specific thing. The internet has only became public in the year 1990s, which there is still a lot of information to be discovered if we work backwards in terms of human health.

    In some cases like work we should move forward but I will leave that to another blog.

  • Learning about the natural way

    What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

    I guess in a way, it is not our fault for doing something good which eventually becomes destructive. But there is always a way to eat naturally even though sometimes your taste buds are numb.

    So eventually, most natural foods should be eaten whether natural or not, eventually the chemicals will be out of your system in time. This is the problem I am trying to solve which is related to mental health.

    Mental health should be about nature as in which right now in our modern society, technology should be used as a tool for learning not socialising. This is similar to reading a book but in digital form whether it is social media or not.

  • Brands with an impact

    What brands do you associate with?

    I guess everyone had a different way of supporting a brand. But supporting a brand is about the money, most of the time. It is not about the money to such but it does show that money talks in a business sense.

    When words people show when you support a brand, it will eventually slow down as the society moves as a different market approaches.

  • Staying educated

    What things give you energy?

    Yes, I like learning from books to real life scenarios. But most of all, it is best to stay in school or try and learn even if you get a low grade because you never know which information will come in handy when you are older and with responsibilities.

    I, for one have a few responsibilities but I try to keep it as minimally as possible even when it piles up.

  • Boring

    What would your life be like without music?

    We all need music in our life in a way to stimulate our minds. It helps us think sometimes for our next steps or either to relax us from a hard day’s work.

    It is essential for our mental health as well as a way to not feel lonely but I would say music are like activities we do.

    Of course there is always a price to pay when we do activities.

  • Live everyday like it is your last

    How do you celebrate holidays?

    I am not saying you should go to trouble but mostly to have fun with people and be friendly with them. It is about what you put out is what you get out in society.

    Money will always be an issue in society but food, water and shelter is essential for our development.
