  • Dopamine and mental health part 2

    Dopamine and mental health

There is artificial dopamine and natural. With artificial, we may have withdrawals if we keep on watching something that is not normal or very exciting. It would be similar to an adrenaline.

If we keep on taking on artificial dopamine, it would take a while to get in its natural state depending on how old you are.

  • Healing frequencies part 5

    Healing frequencies part 4

How the person or music, the way it is spoken or sound can either make the person chaotic, calm or emotional.

  • Being productive

In our society, whether it is good or not. We humans are like machines as we should maintain ourselves in order to look young and fit. It is similar to a machine that requires new equipment just like people need to walk outside.

With machines, new parts are needed whether humans need to move in order to stay slim.

  • Conscious mindset

It does not matter if you have unconscious or conscious mindset. It is the matter of controlling how we action something.

What I mean is by controlling our impulses. Whether conscious or unconscious, we should control how we move in order to get to the next destination.

We can control what we consume
  • Healing frequencies part 4

    Healing frequencies part 3

In each part of the descriptions is a way of thinking of new discoveries about the title.

With good and bad frequencies, sometimes when we listen to a sound from people’s tones can affect how our mental health is affected. Even what we consume online, can affect our own frequencies, to the society and the wider communities.

It is similar to semen retention  as in person how the response or communication, the other party can feel the emotions based on their gut feelings.

The higher the pitch the better the sensations

This happens when you listen to hardstyle, hardcore or frenchcore to boost your mood.

  • Food for thought part 53

In the society geared towards money such as fiat. We tend to praise it like a king. Of course it does buy us essentials but it is more satisfying if you change your mindset a bit.

Act like your money when you buy something is supporting another person to live another day.

  • Life is a risk

We should make the most of what life provides us. For example trying out everything we can so eventually we can use those experiences as a passion for our future selves. There will always be a blind spot where society has not found but based on your personal experiences.

To do so it is best to start as early as possible, so we can protect our future selves too.

  • Positive vs negative

I guess you can say when we have bi-polar as a label, it would be similar to a ying and yang.

It is similar to two-faced but we are human after all. It would mostly be our fight and flight response. Either way, we should sometimes be careful what we say or if any interactions create value to another party.

  • Adding value to the community

Of course if we want to make money, we have to do it by adding value to the community or society.

It could be being attractive or either solving a problem within our community which people would pass on their energy (money). But mostly solving another person’s problem will be long term as your skillset increases.

  • Programming

What I mean is consuming dopamine content within the fingertips.

With the attention economy where you have more chances to earn money when you gather enough attention. Of course there is good attention and bad ones. Being a bad one can wipe all the earnings you have been building that turns into dust. But I guess with what society dictates, it would be similar to how the masses of society think.
