    It is time to report this but somehow the food and what we drink can no doubt affect mental health depending on how the food or drink is served.

    Even when it is served we do sometimes feel uneasy depending on how the food and drink is delivered through the machine or handmade.

    I guess with all we consume, there has to be a balance for everything, but we are not perfect one way or another. When things are artificial there may be unstableness within our human body acting as a way to detox or heal the body back to normal dopamine.

    Well… If you have done it many times, you yourself will feel more motivated to do something. With artificial dopamine hits which aren’t healthy in the long run, but would be sometimes if you think that way is to reward yourself after a hard days work.

    I guess we have not found the situation because most do not understand how it helps.

    At least I guess it should be used as a last resort but I guess all it does is keeps the society or community more stable for being a menace.

    If anything moves, then there is a chance you will be looked after. This would be similar to how love can be unconditional even though you are not related to the person like a stranger.

    Common decency

    It would be wise to sometimes to becareful to say things. But I guess if you can improve on things then you can do whatever you like.

    With the blog (common decency), it would be wise to be careful what you say unless you can improve things within the organisation.

  • Turning unconscious to conscious

    I do believe there are some things we may do unconsciously that may be bad because we all live in a bubble 💭 so we can strive as we get older.

    Conscious or not… We should strive to have better mental health which is doing our jobs or living via our principles which tends to be universal at times.

  • Not being perfect

    What makes you nervous?

    I mean sometimes, I do have a feeling of saying something wrong or doing a wrong action which gives me a jumpscare for some reason.

    It is similar to the law of attraction, just showing the goals or the next approach which we can fear the unknown like all humans.

    To stay comfortable of the unknown, we should do at least one activity a day to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
