  • Neuroplasticity

We should start as young as possible to learn a skill. It can be a generalist or specialist role.

But what we should achieve with our skillset while we are young is to try and maximise the skills we have in order to fit in, in a money obsessed society.

  • Community engagement

We now have online where we can engage with someone online. We can use a arrange of applications to create a nice safe environment in the chat.

It also comes with a plus because it is similar to donating to a church.

With engagement, this is like hooking the person up with an emotional hook creating a safe place for those that are involved.

  • Art of war

In this age of technology and social media. Being at war does not mean it is physical but mentally and emotional war.

I guess, wherever you are to protect yourself it is mostly self inflicted at times due to what we consume when we are on our phones. This is why it is essential to be careful what you consume for example the news or social media.

  • Consistency part 2

If you like what you are contributing eventually the value you provide to the society will make riches.

    Consistency

With consistency is like starting a business, where there will be in with the out and in with the new market.

  • Knowledge is power

We all have to start from somewhere. But as young as possible we should strive for greatness. When we are young we have more energy to absorb things.

But me, however with the medications I can feel the weight of the motivation to do something.

But I guess when we are older we are more mature when we approach things.

  • Energy as soldiers

Being a freelancer taught me that to help someone is to help 1000 people. I am writing my blogs in mental health to encourage us boys and girls to go out and try different things to get more out of physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Since COVID 19, the society has cracked about people following another person, which can snowball positively or negatively. Just like the toilet paper wars during COVID 19 in Australia.

  • Discipline

In order to improve, we need to go into a series of uncomfortableness. For example we should do repetition of cold showers everyday because cold showers never get easier. Although you do get used to the cold but will be uncomfortable.

We should all learn to be comfortable with uncomfortable.

  • Food for thought part 50

As we are always preparing for the future. Working or doing something for the present, holds hands for the future.

Even if the future is not planned but there will always be unpredictability on hand.

All we can do is work on our skillset so we can prepare for the future.

  • Environmental unconsciousness

When we walk or look at the environment, sometimes our bodies may tell us something.

There have been a lot of claims about trusting your gut, which may be right or wrong. Trusting your gut, can sometimes be useful or not.

But when we go into an environment we may adapt to the environment to suit the taste. This can also be to take advantage of the environment if you are feeling bold enough.

  • Food for thought part 49

In this society it is easy to believe what is on the internet.

No matter how we were taught to use the internet, our experiences can shape how we believe certain things on the internet.

This causes us to spread rumours and fake news on the internet. I am saying I am not perfect in that department but we sometimes have to be careful of what to believe in or else our mental health will deteriorate.
