  • Nutritional food at a bargain price

    What are your favorite types of foods?

    I like every food mostly, that is consumable. But somehow our foods are not natural in a way where it is not supposed to be consumed by humans or any life forms.

    Maybe that is why we believe in ghosts but maybe it is that we cannot see. But we should be consuming foods that are good for us to live our longevity.

    In a way everyone in our society has a role to play regardless of age and race to make the world a better place.

  • Decentralisation

    Do you see yourself as a leader?

    I guess we do need a leader to lead the tribe at times but there should be many leaders leading their own way.

    In a way when leaders work with other leaders to achieve a goal then we would create a better society for us. There are a lot of different healthier ways to be a leader which transforms into prosperity for everyone.

    I think there should be leaders in people not just the higher ladders in my opinion but to create a joint and stable society if that was implemented.

  • Having fun

    Are you holding a grudge? About?

    When you hold a grudge you tend to get stressed about it. But I guess everyone does in a way but eventually it is going to erupt and ruin the momentum for everyone and that is not good for mental health.

    Usually it is best to be careful what you say because the words you say could snowball into other areas of your life.

    Why do you blog?

    My brand is mostly mens mental health because if men are happy then women will follow. But us men have to improve ourselves first before we can make women happy.

    Mostly because women are nuturers and men are hunters.

    I think in our modern society things have been exaggerated with a lot of misinformation about our DNA or our thinking is probably why a lot of things are in a mess.

    I mean in our modern information age I think there are ways to become like our caveman days but in a different way. Hard to say but I guess it is about experimenting with your actions.

  • Enjoy life

    What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

    I mean life is stressful in a way but we shouldn’t let it get to us because of something. For our mental health sake we should all improve ourselves but do not take anything serious.

    If we take anything too serious then our mental health will decline because we have the pent up energy inside to take it upon each other and that will snowball to other participants.

  • Living everyday like my birthday

    What’s your favorite time of day?

    I guess there is no limit in how you do your work or rest but I guess if you are striving or moving towards something then so be it. Just let your work take control, usually it is best to think for yourself because everyones bodies are different with different personalities. Like I said in my previous blogs that there are 7 billion different bodies in the universe with different perspectives, it is mostly about experimenting.

    Even for mental health sake, it is best to experiment all different kinds of things because you do not expect the same work with different results most of the time

  • Cooking education

    What’s your favorite recipe?

    I guess we all have to learn, I guess never stop learning by reading books or educational podcasts. If anyone wants entertainment then it is free or just a pay for someone else’s work.

    But I mean it is best to expose yourself to a variety of things which then you can put together to create something to solve a problem to make more money in the meantime which people will pay if you solve their problems.

  • Air quality

    I think I have realised, the air we breathe has an impact on our mental health. This is because if you are not getting enough quality air then your brain tends to slow down.

    Quality air makes you alert and ready to rumble so you do not put violence on anyone else. It is understandable, everyone makes mistakes because the other party is not understanding. But I guess it is how we make of it and keep turning money while looking after ourselves as well.

    When our nose is not getting enough quality air then our bodies tend to go on survival mode which violence will come after because we cannot have our say in what matters in our society.

  • Putting belongings in a place

    I think I may or you guys experienced this but sometimes when you put something down in the place where you put it at, it just goes missing for some reason. Maybe it is the spirits talking or just someone just thieving it.

    Not too sure but I haven’t really done anything wrong for this to happen but one thing is for sure is that it affects our mental health. It is like saying we put the item there but somehow it’s gone missing, it is similar to gaslighting in a way but with CCTV everywhere, the person taking it will be caught eventually.

    But I guess we cannot control it so we might as well let nature take its course.

  • Playing with the system for the sake of mental health

    I believe we should follow the rules of the system and that is how our mental health is intact. If we believe all these theories eventually people are going to drive you crazy because it is best not to know other peoples business too much unless it is honest work like serving food or doing construction.

    In our society we need constructions to be built in order to maintain a steady society and treat everyone as kings and queens in society. I mean everyone is different with different personalities but it is how we make these personalities shine.
