    I have not made this blog for a year but there are always healthier ways to improve yourself without getting in trouble with the law.

    I get that money is always an issue but having guidance with different types of personalities can help you gain perspectives on how to make money while impacting the society at large.

    We all need this switch in order to make things easier and better in something we like to do.

    Something that mental health should improve with these factors

  • Being productive

    In our society, whether it is good or not. We humans are like machines as we should maintain ourselves in order to look young and fit. It is similar to a machine that requires new equipment just like people need to walk outside.

    With machines, new parts are needed whether humans need to move in order to stay slim.

  • Right and wrong

    There really isn’t an answer for any of them. We people like to take advantage of something. It is mostly what we should do in order to stay out of trouble.

    With right and wrong, if you are providing value to the community and society, you would find peace within yourself.

    When we first start a business, we shouldn’t focus on the perfect but trial and error.

    With the society moving fast with the technology we have in our fingertips, we should focus more on the branding other than being perfect.

    Being a non perfectionist allows us to take risks and expand our community of like minded supporters.

    In each part of the descriptions is a way of thinking of new discoveries about the title.

    With good and bad frequencies, sometimes when we listen to a sound from people’s tones can affect how our mental health is affected. Even what we consume online, can affect our own frequencies, to the society and the wider communities.

    It is similar to semen retention  as in person how the response or communication, the other party can feel the emotions based on their gut feelings.

    The higher the pitch the better the sensations

    This happens when you listen to hardstyle, hardcore or frenchcore to boost your mood.

    In the society geared towards money such as fiat. We tend to praise it like a king. Of course it does buy us essentials but it is more satisfying if you change your mindset a bit.

    Act like your money when you buy something is supporting another person to live another day.

    Even by starting from ground zero when you had a good career for about a few years transitioning into another field because you have a few skillset to work with.

    Mostly it is doing something that you are passionate about like the mental health area (which I am interested in).

    In challenging mental health and the medications that come with it, it is supposed to harden you up so you can face any difficult challenges in life.

  • Positive vs negative

    I guess you can say when we have bi-polar as a label, it would be similar to a ying and yang.

    It is similar to two-faced but we are human after all. It would mostly be our fight and flight response. Either way, we should sometimes be careful what we say or if any interactions create value to another party.

  • No pain no gain

    We all need to experience hardships so we can appreciate what we have. In the west where since it is a developed country, there will always be a problem to be solved whether you are in a developing or developed country.

    Having hardships such as putting your body into stress mode like cold showers can go further ahead than your peers since your body and mind can endure stress.
