  • Learning about the natural way

    What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

    I guess in a way, it is not our fault for doing something good which eventually becomes destructive. But there is always a way to eat naturally even though sometimes your taste buds are numb.

    So eventually, most natural foods should be eaten whether natural or not, eventually the chemicals will be out of your system in time. This is the problem I am trying to solve which is related to mental health.

    Mental health should be about nature as in which right now in our modern society, technology should be used as a tool for learning not socialising. This is similar to reading a book but in digital form whether it is social media or not.

  • Staying educated

    What things give you energy?

    Yes, I like learning from books to real life scenarios. But most of all, it is best to stay in school or try and learn even if you get a low grade because you never know which information will come in handy when you are older and with responsibilities.

    I, for one have a few responsibilities but I try to keep it as minimally as possible even when it piles up.

  • Boring

    What would your life be like without music?

    We all need music in our life in a way to stimulate our minds. It helps us think sometimes for our next steps or either to relax us from a hard day’s work.

    It is essential for our mental health as well as a way to not feel lonely but I would say music are like activities we do.

    Of course there is always a price to pay when we do activities.

  • Mens mental health

    I feel that men’s mental health is that they should not feel depressed but I guess everyone is different. Some may have high testosterone or some may not or maybe some men will be sharper or some are not. But nevertheless men should have a purpose in life regardless of if it is legal or illegal but as long as you can eat, sleep and house.

    Usually our needs are universal such as food and water because we need them to survive. But when we want to push further than that, we should contribute to society in order to get the luxuries we want.

    In a way we all have a role to play in society regardless of what you are doing as long as it helps you stay out of trouble and eventually start a family which you should still not lose yourself in the process because women do not want to see you decline but at least growth or some consistency.

  • Experimenting cook

    Write about your most epic baking or cooking fail.

    I remember when I was a kid. I was trying to cook some eggs but I ended up in black charcoal.

    Overtime I have learnt but it took a couple of tries until I was able to get it right.

    I feel that when I am cooking I use different ingredients and sauces that are unusual but are nutritious by feeling and also taste nice I am able to save a little bit of money and more nutritional value goes into my body. But anyways I mostly get take-out because I am lazy to do some grocery shopping.

    Having a nutritional dish can help mental health at times and reduce the stigma of whatever mental health is in the books like smelling or not looking clean. It would depend on what consumable ingredients are inside.

  • Nutritional food at a bargain price

    What are your favorite types of foods?

    I like every food mostly, that is consumable. But somehow our foods are not natural in a way where it is not supposed to be consumed by humans or any life forms.

    Maybe that is why we believe in ghosts but maybe it is that we cannot see. But we should be consuming foods that are good for us to live our longevity.

    In a way everyone in our society has a role to play regardless of age and race to make the world a better place.

    Are you holding a grudge? About?

    When you hold a grudge you tend to get stressed about it. But I guess everyone does in a way but eventually it is going to erupt and ruin the momentum for everyone and that is not good for mental health.

    Usually it is best to be careful what you say because the words you say could snowball into other areas of your life.

  • Making people laugh

    What brings a tear of joy to your eye?

    I guess laughter cures depression in a way. But when everyone is stressed or angry, they need a laugh to laugh all the stress away for their own mental health’s sake.

    How are you feeling right now?

    Somehow I like helping people I guess at the expense of myself but I do put myself first usually. There is a quote as help yourself before you can help other people.

    We all need to look after each other in a way with food and water which should be cheap because it is a luxury. With money it is a plus because it shows that you solved other peoples problems therefore you can spend it on whatever you want.

    Mental health is a big issue in a way when we do not have the right nutrients in our body which makes us do silly things if left untreated. This is not about going to the hospital but about looking after yourself because people cannot diagnose you but yourself.

  • Enjoy life

    What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

    I mean life is stressful in a way but we shouldn’t let it get to us because of something. For our mental health sake we should all improve ourselves but do not take anything serious.

    If we take anything too serious then our mental health will decline because we have the pent up energy inside to take it upon each other and that will snowball to other participants.
