    In the mental health space, there are always improvements to be made since we have advanced technology at our fingertips.

    With a lot of distractions, somehow our mental health can do in either direction which right now is at its infancy level.

    This modern age made us too comfortable which gives off the lack of purpose in today’s society. Doesn’t matter if we are men or women but we all need stability in one way or another but we should keep on improving ourselves to not stay left behind and just rely on government checks too much.

  • Not forcing things

    If you try and force things in your head, meaning at this certain hour or minute you make this amount, you may not attract the amount you want, thus disappointment.

    Relaxing and letting things come to you, you may make more than you never have dreamed of.

    This is why it is best to keep relaxed so you can reach its full potential.

  • Degen vs mental health

    There is a saying that too much of one thing is not good for you.

    Reason?

    There are always things that pop up like advancement of the way of doing things.

    We all should strive and keep learning within the market so we do not lag behind. If we do get left behind, I guess it would be harder for you because you may have a shorter period of time to learn in this fast paced society.

  • Life force

    This blog is mostly for men.

    I have done a few experiments to try and find out the truth of things.

    No fap, which is no porn, masturbation and sex. There is something powerful about retaining your seed as you somehow feel more in love with what life has to offer.

    Of course the younger you are, the better it is to start as you have time by your side.

    What makes you nervous?

    I mean sometimes, I do have a feeling of saying something wrong or doing a wrong action which gives me a jumpscare for some reason.

    It is similar to the law of attraction, just showing the goals or the next approach which we can fear the unknown like all humans.

    To stay comfortable of the unknown, we should do at least one activity a day to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

    With the way our society is going, I do think we all have a bright future ahead as young people are learning the ways not to hurt other people.

    With the uncertainty at the moment, we should keep fighting until we can change the system a bit.

  • Comeback vs mental health

    I guess when people/friends put you down probably because they either want the best for you or stay trapped in the cage.

    Well… It does seem sweeter when you kind of beat them in their own game sometimes.

    But these shouldn’t have to be vengeful but more about encouraging.

  • Communication through emotions

    I do think when you hear a specific word it may affect you but I guess there is more than that.

    Words, emotions and frequencies of wording.

    Talking with purpose…

    Of course you talk with purpose but in a way you cannot predict what people will say but read between the lines of wording and emotions.

  • Complexity vs mental health

    The mental health of the brain is complicated.

    Complications about mental health is a snowball effect when we eat chemicals which cut through specific circuits in our brains.

    I am not saying medications are good for you but they leave a pathway to active specific regions of the brain. 🧠

    Evening vaping helps to activate specific parts of the brain similar to drinking alcohol in a group setting.
