    I guess some people put their tattoo on the outside to represent something. So that they are on the same page, with different types of tattoos some may have the same tattoos with the same logos which probably means their personalities are on the same page.

  • Reading between the words

    This is an emotional thing that we cannot describe but sometimes it may mean the opposite of what they say, especially women.

    It is always necessary to be educated and expand your knowledge through reading, podcasts and observation. Self reflection is also important as it gives you more leverage and makes your life easier when you get older as the brain matures.

  • Mental health can be fun

    In a way the society at large treats people with mental health labels as not capable.

    In my experience they are capable but not in society standards when on the outside.

    Natural sunlight and socialising with a purpose in an institution can be fun

  • Environmental factors

    There are different types of personalities with different environments. It could be out in the wild (suburbs) or in an institution.

    Either way one will take either path, depending on the choices they make and eventually adapting to it.

    Some may be a professional at an institution environment or some may be good at looking after themselves in the suburbs.

    Internal factors for mental health

    In this blog mental health is more about the anxiety induced factor which tends to be spiritual in a way.

    Below here is a mix of different personalities working together to achieve a goal just like food.

  • Contribution tranquility

    There has to always be a contribution to get something in return. Getting something in return could be tangible or intangible.

    But contributing, doing something you are passionate about can bring you peace because it is what you were born to do. There is a less probability of you being born since there are so many sperms fighting their way to their destination which is similar to adults fighting in competition to who has the most money and social credit.

  • Solving a crisis

    Fear has a way of getting to us. When we feel fear we cannot make good decisions because of the life you are saving.

    Sometimes you may win or lose when you solve a crisis either getting money or getting social credit.

    What I think is that social credit is more important but there is a downside to it because ego may takeover.

  • Human dimensions

    I guess in society we lock people up based on their label like autism or either bi-polar. It is making money in a way but sometimes it can be immoral.

    Since there are about 7 billion dimensions, some of the population are put into a label which is a placebo in order not to improve yourself or make you lose faith in yourself because of the label.

  • Nutrition vs. mental health

    I mean we all need essential nutrients to stay mentally healthy. These days in our modern society has a lot of chemicals which are not for human consumption but are legal in a way.

    In a blog I talk about essential ingredients needed to make each personality healthy.

    Detoxing

    When we have good nutrients in our body specifically for someone, mental health will be excellent.

  • Win win situation

    I guess it is hard to always have a win win situation as sometimes you may lose.

    Of course the product you need and you are paying someone for their services plus a tip does work wonders.

    When a win win situation occurs, the other entities mental health will be good as both parties are happy with the product they get within the environment they are in as you are using their professional services.

    I guess we all have our own opinions on things but when you trial and error, sometimes it makes sense if it is trialed correctly.

    Things may be true, but maybe some people have psychic powers in terms of mental health like bi polar or depression.
