  • Smoking and mental health

I am not sure if the reason why people smoke maybe is probably it passes the time for the person and it also makes you feel better. I like to get to the bottom of this because I may have experienced this and somehow I do not feel the stress as much.

Now when you smoke you feel better and not as stressful. It is a feeling I do feel like maybe it is spiritual or psychological about being left behind in life. I think your body determines how ahead or behind you are in life. It is hard to measure but anti-psychotics slow you down mentality which makes you want to smoke and vape which I have started ever since I started taking them. When you get slowed down mentally you tend to want to vape and smoke. With the population medium about being left or ahead in life, or those behind in life tend to smoke even if you are in debt or not.

But I will probably talk about this progress in other scripts and blogs.

  • Making exaggerations

I may not be the best person to exaggerate but when I see over the internet people exaggerate about their experiences, it feels like a dopamine rush coming through me. Maybe it is telling me to improve myself but sometimes I feel like the information given is a trap based on real life experiences. Sometimes when I speak it could come off as exaggerating but I guess it is mostly coming from belief. But I guess we need belief in order to create a life we want.

I am not saying it will not work, but making something bigger than it already is can be a bit dangerous and could send you somewhere you would not expect.

  • Putting a price on guilt

I mean having guilt is a mental health issue as well because depression can come. If you constantly lie and try to take advantage, guilt can sometimes come. Not too sure if it is a spiritual thing but I know for sure everyone has a moral inside themselves.

Humans are meant to protect and nurture which is in our DNA. It is similar to having a child and giving them the best life they have instead of them suffering. It is similar to helping strangers in our society but not as much as our child. I do not have children but I guess this would be similar as we age and become a bit more soft.

Self infliction can have psychological effects
  • Illusion of money

I guess it starts by buying food or a home to stay at. Rent or buy, but similar. But when someone purchases something, it feels like there is an invisible force that they own the product.

Start by doing deliveries for a while and you will get the logistics a bit. When you do deliveries it is a bit like the other end purchases the item and the supplier makes the item but the delivery man acts as a middleman.

When you are on the road, and picking up the product, you can feel an illusion of the buyer owning the item. That is why on delivery applications or boxes say handle with care.

This sounds like a spiritual thing but it is an illusion force.

  • Feeling left behind socially and mental health

I guess we are all walking into a rat race one way or another. The mindset is similar to keeping up with the Jones but this mindset is dangerous because you could end up in debt and who knows… Downhill from there. Of course we all like nice stuff but we should get them if necessary or give us an investment in return. The return could be social happiness or financial happiness or just usefulness.

But even when we are running the rat race we should put a little focus on thinking independently so we can have a less stressful life and not ad anxious to keep up with your neighbour or friends. But it does get exhausting if you are constantly just buying things for the sake of impressing someone. But if you want to impress someone show off your prized art or collection that you bought as a personal prize.

If you buy things just for personal use or investment then anxiousness to keep up socially will not be as much. We as humans are all competitive one way or another but I guess there are healthier ways around it, finding something that suits your personality.

Think like a tortoise because you do not get exhausted and they live a long life
  • Primal behaviour

Everyone has different personalities, ranging from good or bad according to people or law itself. I mean we do need a system that is law to give people jobs or something to do. If we as humans have nothing to do, then we will cease to exist and die without dying at the same time. Of course the society will collapse. But as long as you can look after each other and others around, the society will be in great shape, well if you put it that way.

I mean contributing to society to me means kind of taking everything as recycling and reusing, giving a second or third life to a product. Why?

It reduces wastage and saves the environment and man power that the material is made. In a way this is a modern way of throwing garbage away whereas in the olden times a lot of waste was being dumped to the environment contributing to the toxicity of the environment. Of course when it came to food, recycling was important back in our ancestral times.

  • Grey spot regarding mental health

I am not saying I don’t believe in mental health. Of course some may be used as an excuse to take advantage of something but mental health should be about keeping your peace without having other emotional factors or environmental factors affecting it.

Of course there are some factors that may affect your dizziness or fatigue, even I get them sometimes. It may be your body is telling you not to push yourself and stay in your own lane like your own lane as the environmental factors. Of course no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, some bigger than the other according to law.

But sometimes things are just a choice to make whether it is risky or not. So best to pick your battles.

  • Anxiety and money

We all need money to live in this modern world. In fact it has been around for centuries.

But I think what causes anxiety mostly is about paying the bills. What happens when we do not pay our bills and it ends up piling. If we do not pay our bills and we have responsibilities such as children in the house or we have someone living in the household that depends on us to get things done. We would feel the urge of anxiety internally because we do not know when our next paycheck will come. Then there is the fear of the unknown because there is more than one mouth to feed too.

Sometimes the decisions we make do affect us, whether it is getting into debt or overspending so we do not have a cushion to give us time to reciprocate.

  • Anti-psychotics and mental health

I mean some of them may be beneficial to you but I would say all of these are just bait or trying to scam you out of your money. Anti psychotics like illegal drugs are pretty similar but legal and illegal it means the government can have a piece of the pie as well which makes it legal.

Sometimes I do feel angry because of what kind of fees are involved to taper off but, maybe it is something I did in the past or I said something that put me in a bad spot. Of course I do need support, and am glad to have some but I guess there are some things you should stay out of so you do not dig yourself a grave that you cannot get out of.

With mental health, it all depends on yourself instead of asking for help. Of course if you do go for help, they’ll help you but it comes with a cost so it is best to try some self therapy most of the time, as I said “So you do not dig yourself a grave you cannot get out of”.

  • Taking a chance to improve

Of course when we have done our service such as working a job for someone. We would want something that we are passionate about because it makes our life brighter and more fun. We all have a fear of taking the unknown because we do not know if we can pay the bills or if we overthink that something will go wrong.

If we keep focusing on one thing, consistently we usually eventually meet to the end goal. Of course meeting the end goal never ends but we should improve how we can make it more efficient and pay more rewards.

Decisions are like rolling the dice, never know you win big or not
