  • Anti-psychotics and mental health

I mean some of them may be beneficial to you but I would say all of these are just bait or trying to scam you out of your money. Anti psychotics like illegal drugs are pretty similar but legal and illegal it means the government can have a piece of the pie as well which makes it legal.

Sometimes I do feel angry because of what kind of fees are involved to taper off but, maybe it is something I did in the past or I said something that put me in a bad spot. Of course I do need support, and am glad to have some but I guess there are some things you should stay out of so you do not dig yourself a grave that you cannot get out of.

With mental health, it all depends on yourself instead of asking for help. Of course if you do go for help, they’ll help you but it comes with a cost so it is best to try some self therapy most of the time, as I said “So you do not dig yourself a grave you cannot get out of”.

  • Taking a chance to improve

Of course when we have done our service such as working a job for someone. We would want something that we are passionate about because it makes our life brighter and more fun. We all have a fear of taking the unknown because we do not know if we can pay the bills or if we overthink that something will go wrong.

If we keep focusing on one thing, consistently we usually eventually meet to the end goal. Of course meeting the end goal never ends but we should improve how we can make it more efficient and pay more rewards.

Decisions are like rolling the dice, never know you win big or not
  • Developing your skills part 2

With the internet there are a lot of tools to make money. Now that we have online and offline, it is easier to make more money than in the past, or maybe there are more options to make money both indoors at your own home or outdoors. I guess it is similar to working from home with a salary job but when you are your own boss, there are more options.

Just like white or blue collared, stocks and cryptocurrency there are many ways to generate income.

I have mentioned this but money is the biggest source of mental health problems in our modern society but it is not the most important. The best way to start looking is to start as early as possible, not even waiting for the right opportunity because there is no right opportunity.

Working on one tool at a time
  • Developing your skills

I mean it is crucial to learn new skills and look into new tools at the age we live in. If we stay stagnant from doing one job without thinking or taking risks, we risk being left behind in society or the community with lesser opportunities.

Of course with skills, it comes with money as well which we need to live, eat and have a nice sleep. Well… I am not saying I am independent but I still live with parents but I do a lot of observing and shadow work on the side. I do not see a need to move out because there is always room at home.

Of course having your own place is good but I do not need much in order to live a thriving life.

  • Cleanliness and anxiety

I am writing this because I have something on my mind with experience.

Whenever I touch some body’s hand it sometimes feels sticky, and I just wonder what causes it. Some people told me and the internet studies would say it is anxiety but I guess it is understandable. A few years ago when I had anxiety and not doing well, I always felt sweaty even on a cold day, so I am trying to figure out the logistics. Also it could be when you have a high fever and are trying to wear as much clothes as you can but I see sweaty palms with short sleeves t-shirt and shorts.

Sometimes it makes me feel dirty when I touch it but maybe it is how the person takes care of themselves with their diet which is the main factor in my opinion.

But anyways, you cannot prevent it but more like a trial and error to maybe stop the sweaty palms which is all in the mind or overthinking.

  • Social opinions

I mean there is manipulation, gaslighting and all sorts of social bad actions or awareness. One thing for sure, we do not know if they are doing any of the above sometimes.

When we do experience these things, we usually just state our opinions to probably make drama or either it is actually true.

All words are just words but combined with the tone of the word, we cannot make any conclusions unless we see it straight in their shoes. Who knows?? Maybe their intentions may be good or may be bad but we should know that everyone is looking after themselves and their team.

  • Environment and mental health

I guess if we work or we spend most of our time in an area with external factors.

This could be a warehouse because of its loud noise in the background like forklifts or the dusty air. If we spend our time there a lot, depending on our personality or character and upbringing, we could develop mental health issues caused by these factors. I am not saying it will happen but it is possible that it will happen. Everything comes at a risk anyways which depending on your risk tolerance it could be low and eventually building up.

But if you stay in the environment for a long time, you could adapt to the environment but it is only a handful that will bear it.

  • Manipulation and mental health

I guess when someone starts something that is unnecessary or to get something out of you for free, pressure can build up within the body such as blood pressure.

Who knows depending on your personality, you may be able to control the pressure to see clearly which sometimes people may do something they may not realise. This may or may not send you into the hospital which you may or may not be innocent caused by the emotional damages from someone else.

Best bet would be to pressure yourself such as taking a cold shower which can put pressure on your body that can help you navigate life’s stresses or pressure.

  • Turtle – slow and steady

    What are your favorite animals?

I like turtles as they are slow movers and also live a long life. Turtles remind me, that if you stress less and move slowly, you tend to live longer and look the same.

There are some downsides of moving slowly as you may get left behind if you put that in human terms.

I feel like if you move slowly and stress less, humans may have a long life as well.

  • Oxygen and mental health

    Greens for everyone, oxygen

I guess when we cannot breathe our mental health is affected. By mental health I mean feeling a bit depressed and also not to be able to think as clearly.

Somehow when I go by the sea, I feel the breeze flowing through my nose, the ocean breeze. It is like a natural habitat breeze. I feel like it is important to go outside to get a breath of fresh air at times instead of breathing the air at a house or indoors. I mean some indoor places are good, only if it is big with a lot of space.

Of course the sunlight that comes with the fresh air outdoors will definitely make your mental health better by minimising depression.

If at home it is probably a good idea to put some plants as plants breathe out oxygen making the house more oxidised while we as humans breathe out cardon dioxide, if we want to stay indoors for a period of time.
