  • Spreading information about my work

What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?

It is not a big change or little change but I would like to pass on my legacy in the years to come because everyone that is living has to contribute to society in one way or another. It is how we keep the wheels turning in our society and move forward.

We all don’t want to go backwards but to look forward to what the future holds in many generations to come. We humans are susceptible to improvement instead of going backwards so our souls light up.

  • Odd jobs

Describe one habit that brings you joy.

I like doing odd jobs around my community whether it is for eating or getting paid while I do something I like. I guess it is establishing my presence around the community to influence the community what is possible and what is not.

I mean I make mistakes too but we should strive to be a good example for the next generations to come.

It is also about making money doing something you like as well while contributing to the environment as well.

  • Experiments

    What are you curious about?

Whatever I do somehow I am curious about everything that happens. Somehow when I do things something happens, not sure what but it makes people say the truth.

I mean I do like the community and society but there are always improvements to be made. Sometimes, the things I say could get me in trouble but words are just words because I did not action any rules that could land me in deep trouble.

So I am always curious about the experiments I do. I call it a social experiment.

  • Fair and not fair

How would you describe yourself to someone?

So I try to follow my principles everywhere I go even on social media. When someone is down then I will try and get them back up and they can live their lives.

I believe it is mostly about putting each other up instead of putting them down because it is more productive that way.

But one word that would describe me is that I try to be an honest person because no one in this world or society is perfect.

If one is not honest then mental health will be affected thus damaging the mental health system.

In this world or society there will always be winners or losers but I guess it is how we make it together because everyone has a principal they stand by.

  • Taste of food

    What’s your go-to comfort food?

So my parents own a restaurant but sometimes I like to eat after it is cooked, to observe the state of emotions.

It is hard to tell but when you cook to someone it shows the level of hospitality they have to people. If it tastes good then they have their own way of being hospitable. I would say this would depend on a variety of factors such as environment, experience and their emotions. I think this goes for old school Cantonese style foods but other foods can be right.

My favourite food are burgers, it is nice and simple. As for patties how they are cooked, they can be yummy or not as yummy depending on the timing of cookery.

  • Live everyday like it is your last day

If you could host a dinner and anyone you invite was sure to come, who would you invite?

I think I should get this off my chest. I am always a person who lived like there were no worries. I think if you live without the drama and stress but living by your principles, cannot say what but I would say that if you live by it, you will have a purpose in life. Of course there will always be bad and good in the world but it is how we portray the world itself.

We as an individual have a role to play in life. This can come in forms of doing a job for someone or helping out, as long as you are getting compensated for your efforts. I am not perfect but there is always a fine line between good and bad, it is if we can be the best version of ourselves.

  • Doing what I can

How do you express your gratitude?

If I can do my part in making the community or society a better place emotionally and physically by talking or recycling then the others may follow. Of course it would be better if everyone was incentivised but probably in the beginning will be at a loss.

But do things that make you feel good, like what you are contributing to the community. This can come in the range of talking (giving knowledge) or paying for goods and services and recycling and reusing when you can.

I cannot rest until, everything and everyone is turning around intangible or tangible things but how I see it is like money because money flows in a range of goods and services just like when money flows to you when you offer goods and services. I do not do it all for me but for others well being as well which we should give back to society.

  • Recycling…

When we have second hand goods we want to buy, if they are still usable, we can brush it up like paint it or sand it then it will be near new. Also it looks new! It is easier to say than done because I do not do that yet but maybe in due time I may try this.

I collect cables used for copper and just resell them to scrap yards but right now I am just keeping them so in due time they will go up in value. I may even store them in a storage unit for fun while supporting the business as well. I also collect bottles and cans, so after I drink them, I put them in a bag to take them to a recycling facility when I have a lot.

There are a lot of ways to recycle over in Sydney, some are cheaper than others or some you could make money out of but when we recycle we tend to make the environment more friendly as in not using a lot of resources that are not used on earth.

When we recycle we also make another life for these items for us to consume.

Recycling can also give us good mental well being as it makes us think we are contributing to the eco-friendliness of our society and also to give us a purpose to lean on.

  • Perfectionism mindset

When I do things I do my best to make it as perfect as possible but not perfect at the same time. If you have a perfectionist mindset you will not always be satisfied with the results therefore your mental health will be affected. It is because you are putting all your energy into a task and not leaving it for other tasks in the job or not having much energy after you finish work which could be hard to be motivated.

What I do is to make it, just good enough the task even though there may be mistakes but it still gets the job done. If you are putting your energy into work then the work you do will slowly drain you, leaving you soulless. When you are soulless and just cruising then depression may kick in because it is the same day in and day out hoping for a change. You may use more energy in the beginning but when you get the hang of things your energy shouldn’t be used too much as you have gotten used to it.

It is better to use the energy you have left to do other tasks like another project or another money making method. Our energies are limited to what we can do in a day.

  • Going outside your comfort zone

I feel like whenever I put myself in dangerous situations, the smaller things in life do not phase me. Maybe whether it is a money situation or places where it is unstable. I’m not sure…

I think it tends to be your personality, if you have an unthreatening self like a giving  soul which is based on the body language you give off then you will be spared. But I guess you could be taken advantage of, so what I think is mostly base your intentions internally instead of externally where people can read your intentions. It is hard but it can be learnt. As well as that you must have a principal you go by so you will minimise the external factors that happen around you so to save yourself some stress and time.

This could include following the rules or doing something that is morally right.

But going outside your comfort zone like taking a cold shower or just experiencing the good and bad makes you a more rounded person in society and you have more stories/knowledge to tell to pass on the message, even if one person is inspired.
