  • When you have something to fight for…

When you have a purpose to do something it feels like you are not afraid of doing things that are out of the ordinary. It is similar to when you have anxiety, that anxiety stops you from doing something because you do not have a reason to fight for the cause. But when you have a reason to do something, that is to help out the society, you will not feel like an anxiety within you like social pressure. For example collecting bottles have a stigma attached to it, like homeless people collect them. But when you have a reason for yourself like collecting cans and bottles is helping the environment stay clean and also helps them from going into landfills to be used as recycling, you will not feel that pressure.

Maybe when you are first starting that is out of the ordinary… But when you find a reason within you… You will have an excuse for yourself.

This goes for other areas of life and the actions you take.

    For a reason!
  • Don’t put your eggs in one basket

    What it stands for:
Different types of projects and sources to do

This comes in terms of income, if you put too much of your time in one thing, it may or not work out. It is best to have another source whether you make money or not.

In the past I kept focusing on the stock market (Penny stocks) all day in business hours when it opened. So what I would do is refresh the page every 10 seconds to see if it goes up or not. It drove me crazy, because I kept focusing on the price of the stock. It made me inpatient as I had nothing better to do as I was sitting in the office in my full time job just to get that little hit of dopamine. Eventually it did drive me to the mental hospital which my first time experience was not a good one. Best to avoid going there as a patient.

Right now, I am more focused on finding different types of work in different places while writing blogs in my travel journey from there to here or something. I do have other things going on… I will probably share more in later blogs when I have my mind straighter.

  • Respecting your work

I think when you do things properly and it goes the way it is planned, it would feel a sense of accomplishment. Whether you are cleaning a dirty house then you tidy up the place and the place is more spotless. It may not go as planned but it is cleaner and you will probably do minor adjustments to the place.

When it looks like you want it to, the personality of the place would change and your mind would feel at home or at ease.

Even when you are cleaning someone else’s place, you are helping them free up their mental space because when there is too much clutter their mind races and they do not know what to do. That is when you come in to tidy up the place and when the place is clean, the other party “Thanks” you for completing their inaction to their place. Also this helps them with their mental health as their minds will not be running around in circles for their inaction. It is understandable that they feel not actionable to tidy up the place.

Respecting peoples place will create less drama therefore less stress to all parties involved.

I feel like the word “Respect” means listening to another person’s tasks or feelings.

  • Trying to find work

Opportunities are everywhere if you are willing to offer your help. It is best to do it at any price as long as you make something in addition to your travel journey fee it is good enough while trying to build something.

So when you are stuck and not knowing what to do. Maybe you should shallow your pride and do a low offer in something to try to build your reputation up.

I am referring to people that want to be in the self employed space.

But hey… If you are lucky, higher offers than what the customer or employer is offering them that is a plus!

So what I am trying to do is get people to be their own boss, where I pay them in a job while I get a tiny commission. It is like work when they want and when they feel like it because we do get bored when we have nothing to do anyways.

    Turning inaction to action
  • Emotionally belongings

What personal belongings do you hold most dear?

I own something that is non tangible, that is a personality I have. It cannot be owned by another person but it is filled with purpose.

I have a purpose to make the world a better place where everything and everyone around me thrives. I do have personal collections like Pokemon cards or precious metals, but what holds dearly to me is my personality.

My personality never gives up on me when I am down and I do hold on to it.

If my personality makes another person feel safe emotionally or my presence then I will feel fulfilled with a bit of a healthy dopamine spike.

I do have some unhealthy habits but I do need to work on them but it is the drive and determination that keeps me going to make the community or society a better place than what it was the day before. Everyone has that role to play because it is all in the mind and how you think.

Feel the love everywhere and be curious about peoples stories
  • Life is an adventure

No matter how you are suffering don’t give up. It is easier to say than it is but what you are going through is a process to make you stronger or become successful later in the future. There is no path to what is successful but living in the present helped to slow things down in the mind without thinking too much about the future.

I find it best just walking around the neighbourhood, just observing the environment how I could solve a problem which people need.  When you solve a problem, money will come to you whether you do the work.

I have been in the psychiatric ward for a few times and it made me think of life in a different perspective because the environment you are in is a dog eats dog when you are the patient usually. You may encounter bullies there, who like to bully innocent people who try to mentally break you sending you into a worse state. Or? Maybe they are just not right in the mind.

For those that have empathy or compassion, we could change their way of thinking (If we can) to contribute to society instead of taking advantage of benefits. I am not saying people who get benefits are lazy, they truly need them but some people like to take advantage instead of doing something meaningful.

  • The truth of life…

I have been thinking maybe there are no truths? I guess it is people doing things that are unacceptable to society?

But the truth in life I believe is what you believe in. Like belief in Jesus or helping people. Humans are meant to eat, sleep, and work. But when we have those things covered, we should find a way to help another individual or business to at least support them by buying their products. It is better than them throwing it into waste. It is money down the drain.

What I find is everything that is made, I think non – inanimate objects have a soul because it is created by human activity, it is created with a passion or dream, so these products should be treated with respect even though it is thrown out and reused again as clean as a whistle for the next use.

But anything you use has a shelf life meaning it probably has a soul within the date for consumption.

    A Soul

Share a story about someone who had a positive impact on your life.

I have been watching this YouTuber for over a decade but just started watching him more recently on his podcasts.

His name is “Tai Lopez”. He talks about money and maintaining spirituality. When I watch him, his impact on me has an impact on my well being in terms of how to make money and to always have a mentor by yourself so you can grow financially, emotionally and spiritually.

  • Trust the process

Whether you are going through a mental breakdown or have mental health issues, note that it is a process to make you stronger emotionally. We cannot prevent it but hard times create good times.

All we can do is figure out a way to make our mental health positively impacting us while on the other side, influencing the people struggling with these issues to get them back up on track. These issues cannot be fixed by remedies but mostly for your self preservation. Even doing the little things like trying to pay for something or trying to help someone emotionally, really helps because it is like you are contributing to something or maybe you are a part of something you didn’t realise.

Slow and steady with your mental health

  • Everyone to be mentally stable and healthy

What is the legacy you want to leave behind?

I want to write this because, I have been thinking about this for a while.

For everyone to be healthy emotionally and physically, we must work together in charity organisations by donating to them. Yes! Some good be scammed. So I currently donate to WaterAid monthly, which I get a newsletter every month  in my email. By donating to their mission I feel good about myself when they are trying to make water safe to use in other parts of the country. We humans have an innate need to help one another, it is how we fulfil our purpose mostly.

So what I want to leave a mark is “Watapple” stands for helping people for fun in general, but there could be other perspectives about.

The more people that are healthy the more innovation we get!
