  • Holidays

I guess you can combine both work and holidays together at times.

But sometimes it is good to have something different so that you would not get bored like a zombie just sleep walking into the abyss. It is more about what you can do for the community that will give you purpose.

In the blog below is if you solve a problem in society whether it is already made or not, but a person can only do so much.

Which my problem solving is in mental health:

    Solving problems about mental health

There are many ways to solve a problem like being an office worker or either working at McDonald’s because you are solving the business problem of being an employee.

  • Stress vs muscle mass

I do feel like people who have been through a lot of stress. It somehow builds muscles by itself.

Maybe it is your body telling you that you are on the right path. I do have a theory when people have been institutionalised their muscle grows naturally when you are under a lot of mental stress. It could be a way of your body protecting you from predators.

  • Actively working to achieve our goals

What activities do you lose yourself in?

It does not have to be just one person doing the job but multiplying together to complete the tasks.

For me I like to guide people in a way where you help another while we help each other to achieve a goal. We all have a role to play in society.

  • Search for a purpose

In life, we should all find a meaning to do things. To contribute to society and make the world or community a better place than the next.

  • Solving a crisis

Fear has a way of getting to us. When we feel fear we cannot make good decisions because of the life you are saving.

Sometimes you may win or lose when you solve a crisis either getting money or getting social credit.

What I think is that social credit is more important but there is a downside to it because ego may takeover.

  • Spiritual connections

I guess we all as humans, we all have a spirit, a lifeform inside us. That is why we are living.

Although we are in the physical form, there may be spirits everywhere we go but our human eyes cannot see it.

Of course if we do something stupid spirits will hook onto us like a blanket until we perish.

  • Sharing as a business

We all know that sharing is caring but usually we all have to look after ourselves. But anything you do is a choice whether you break the rules or not with the law.

If you get social credit within the community it is often sometimes hard to stop the social creditor. But business in the Chinese way is mostly about making friends within the community and the society at large, looking after one another and giving them just enough.

  • Having last resorts

Sometimes it is best to work with others who are in the frontline for things like out of the box rules.

It is to provide and help people around us even if you win or lose. This case is more about the humanitarian cause not about being self absorbed. Plus if you help someone you can get social credit for yourself to another person who may have connections in the hierarchy.

  • Human dimensions

I guess in society we lock people up based on their label like autism or either bi-polar. It is making money in a way but sometimes it can be immoral.

Since there are about 7 billion dimensions, some of the population are put into a label which is a placebo in order not to improve yourself or make you lose faith in yourself because of the label.

Every opinion is different and different worlds

Below is a blog about the human placebo of population

    Underestimated population on earth?

  • Electroshock therapy and mental health

I guess when electroshock therapy (ECT) is used and combined with the medications creates a placebo effect that you will never understand. I do think some anti depressants and anti psychotics have a healing agent and some would make you worse.

But I guess it is to teach the individual or consumer that life is hard. Of course ECT should be banned as the medications make up for the lack of losing some brain cells temporarily to make the consumer learn their lesson.
