  • Horoscopes and psychosis

I guess having psychosis is a superhuman power after all maybe.

Learning about horoscopes probably gives people a sense of spirituality purpose. Horoscopes have a meaning to them of each month you are born into. It might even give people a sense of identity if they are into it. Follow the horoscopes or not, if you do not follow the horoscopes, some may or may not be accurate but it most likely gives everyone that reads it a sense of their character and learn about themselves.

  • Oxygen and mental health

    Greens for everyone, oxygen

I guess when we cannot breathe our mental health is affected. By mental health I mean feeling a bit depressed and also not to be able to think as clearly.

Somehow when I go by the sea, I feel the breeze flowing through my nose, the ocean breeze. It is like a natural habitat breeze. I feel like it is important to go outside to get a breath of fresh air at times instead of breathing the air at a house or indoors. I mean some indoor places are good, only if it is big with a lot of space.

Of course the sunlight that comes with the fresh air outdoors will definitely make your mental health better by minimising depression.

If at home it is probably a good idea to put some plants as plants breathe out oxygen making the house more oxidised while we as humans breathe out cardon dioxide, if we want to stay indoors for a period of time.

  • Sleeping at random hours 💤

What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

I am building something, but I guess we all have dreams.

My dream is to give people jobs and some extra source of income in my passing, if I can. So usually I would sleep at random hours. It could be 11pm or it could be 5am. Usually I sleep throughout the day in just about 2-3 hours of sleep.

I mean it is just something to do because I like to go outside and do something at least. Money is the reward of course… The motivator to build my dream.

Sleep working… Kind of but while thinking
  • Settle and not settle at the same time

    Do you trust your instincts?

Of course to increase our income we must do other ventures in order to make money. In an instinct stand point, sometimes there will be some people that may take advantage of you. But you should not let that get to you and live with abundance.

When we settle too much we tend to live in fear in this fast paced world mainly because of money and we need money to survive in this modern world. Of course you can live off-grid without paying money but it is a lot of work trying to hunt and gather instead of doing a role to make money when other people can get the resources for you.

As for instincts, sometimes I do rely on instinct but when I do use it, it may or may not backfire and can use that as a learning lesson.

  • Winter months

What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

Winter months do not look like this in Sydney central

I prefer winter months because you can walk around in clothes that do not make you sweat. In winter having showers is a killer but when you dry yourself up it becomes comfortable.

In the cold you can cuddle yourself up in warm blankets making yourself comfortable instead of the hot summer sweat which makes your room stuffy.

In a way coldness builds resilience because your body builds more tolerance to stress meaning cold. This may be good for mental health because the more stress you put in your body, the better you handle life’s stresses that come your way.

  • Thinking about how to make things better

    Working keeps the depression away

Usually it is good to think because it helps prevent dementia. But when we think we should use it to take action which will be unknown because there is no roadmap.

I guess we all have fears of the unknown but you never know if it pays off or not.

We all strive to be our own boss because it is similar to an illusion of freedom. In a way when we are our own boss, you work for customers instead of an internal boss, so it will be external.

  • Pokemon cards

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found (and kept)?

I like to buy them in packets and opening them because you never know what is going to be inside. It is the unknown that makes me excited. In a way it is good for mental health as it keeps the happiness going.

But some cards in the packets can be worth something so you also get your money back in a way or even more.

I like to collect them for the artwork and the type of Pokemon because I used to watch Pokemon back in my days and this fulfils the nostalgia.

But who knows… I may sell them or just keep some until my death just for the funtimes in cards.

  • Being useful to society

No doubt when you think you are useful, then you will think you are useful.

There are always jobs and things to do in our community while getting incentives. The incentives are what motivates us most of the time. Incentives can be a form of money or something that satisfies our cravings even when we give something in return. It does not have to be a form of money but money is what gives us a reason to live most of the time.

Being useful can come in being a blue collar or white collar worker because everyone has a role to play in society. It is not like we can multitask only if the business is small enough for you to handle.

Of course if you want to expand and make more rewards then you will need to sacrifice a bit in order to get the bigger reward. The reward can be money or legacy in which can be passed down in generations to come.

  • Use of leverage

In our mental health I guess money is usually a factor into our well being. It is good to get educated about money not finance but money itself. Finance is mostly theory but does not teach you how to multiply your money.

There are many ways to leverage your money, it could be a form of house, stocks, cryptocurrency or any other illiquid items like Pokemon cards or silver, etc.

Being able to use leverage and having backup options to always have work makes you unstoppable because you will always have something to do instead of being at home scrolling through your phone. But leverage is being able to take risks at first because in a way, everything is a risk.

  • Knowledge based improvement

What podcasts are you listening to?

I mean there are a lot of improvement based podcasts. But any podcasts that provide value to myself, get a listen to. Even when I listen to them ads popup so, I sometimes just let the ad sit in the background so the podcaster can make some extra buck.

As for the podcast I listen to is mostly about finance but a mix of economy, self improvement like details of how to find purpose in this world and keeping up with the modern society podcast based.

Listening to podcasts helps me portray the society in a different light and helps me get my head out of the sand and think more rationally in a business sense. It also helps to listen to some environment green theme podcasts as it helps to understand the broader view of society of what I am trying to achieve in mental health.

With not as much resources doesn’t include money but mostly manpower for my purpose, because my business model is a bit complicated. It is mostly making everyone work together. While I do have some form of manpower, it would be nice to have something behind me in what I want to achieve but maybe I could leave that until my future me.
