  • Finding the truth about mental health

    What is your mission?

    Emotions

My mission is mostly finding the mission of what causes mental health in society. It has probably been happening since the dawn of time anyways. But maybe since scripts of pages in ancient times have been mostly scrapped, I want to contribute my thoughts about mental health in my blogs.

With mental health disorders in our society, I do not think it is so much about the issue but how our society exaggerates fear onto us especially the news. With our modern technology, mental health problems have gone worse due to the story portrayed in the video and recording. But I guess, it is meant to be that attention sells so that the producer can have more views/attention for more profit/impact.

  • Lifelong Learning: How Continuous Education Maintains Cognitive Health

Lifelong learning represents one of the most powerful approaches for maintaining cognitive vitality and protecting against age related mental decline. The process of acquiring new knowledge and skills throughout life creates ongoing neural stimulation that promotes brain plasticity, builds cognitive reserve, and maintains mental flexibility. Understanding the neuroscience of learning is important for anyone seeking […]

Lifelong Learning: How Continuous Education Maintains Cognitive Health

I like this blog, as the writer seeks the relationship between brain function and mental health at the same time.

  • Reputation and money

Reputation would be similar to branding. If you are creating your own brand it is tied to yourself as well so it may affect how much you earn in money as well as getting a job. I think of it as social credit or credit rating in digital terms.

With word for mouth like the news or in writing or even just words also affect your brand positively or negatively.

How you portray yourself online and offline can affect your cash flow because peoples opinions can change overtime. But some opinions are universal in a way because most people have experienced it.

  • Dress and dancing

In my previous blog, of how the structure of colours can influence our decision making… Dress and dancing also influences how dopamine hits. This also gives a sense of happiness or sense of belonging if we look in the mirror because it matches our personality.

Influences of the internet have this gift of influencing people to gift to them based on how they are dressed and their movements giving a healthy dose of happy pills. I don’t mean drugs but an emotional undetectable brainwave which they are called influencers or celebrities in a way.

Colours in a dress is also important and how the dress is designed will have a more impact of done in a certain way which punters have a talent for to influence decision makers. I would say it is similar to giving the influencer a rating out of 10 but they get some form of compensation instead.

  • Everyone spending

Come up with a crazy business idea.

A crazy business idea of my dream is getting everyone to spend money. It does sound crazy because it does not mean spending responsibility.

This does not mean any of the above but as long as you can eat, sleep and house yourself, it should be fine. We need everyone to live comfortably so that we can spend on things that we enjoy. The more spending the better it is for our economy and people as everyone gets a piece of the pie  (money) so they can expand their own personal or business expenses.

Of course this does not mean I make all the money but it is a community or humane thing to do so the society can enjoy what this world has to offer.

  • Words can impact a person

I guess how you use your words can affect the person emotionally or logically depending on the words you use. I am noticing some words may be logically but it may not mean it as is… But maybe it is used as a weapon to either break or not break the person.

However we cannot control what the person uses in their words but we could slowly unuse the terrible words used in our society. But with technology, the words in the system may be forever but we should be able to unuse the words in our daily routine so that the future generations will not use it and the words will slowly fade out.

Words can trigger a fire (emotions) in someones head
  • Different methods

    What could you do differently?

I guess I cannot turn back time but right now that I have more experience in the field would save me a lot of headaches in the past but I will take it as a learning lesson. Of course in all areas of life we have to make mistakes in order to grow both financially and emotionally.

Right now in the future we would wish we would have done something differently but sometimes we tend to get greedy if things are going well for us. With experience we can lower the greediness and proceed with precision.

  • Present and future

Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

I do think about the future and what is to come. Watching podcasts or YouTube videos sometimes gives me anxiety which some podcasts have fear based creators which can make me unmotivated to do things because of doom and gloom. I try to keep constantly moving in real life so that I can observe the reality between the virtual and physical world.

I tend to tell myself that we will be fine because we people always find something to do whether it is a new job or new markets that emerge telling us that we need different skills or on top of that skills that build on top of each other which the present beings have to learn.

The newer generations will be using a different skillset which is out with the old and in with the new.

So that is why regarding mental health we should be constantly learning and adapting to new skillset or else we end up stagnant at old age because there are no guarantees of a lot of pension in the future. The future is unpredictable.

  • Dopamine and mental health

We as humans should be constantly moving or else we stay tired and motivation starts to fade. If we keep moving we tend to build momentum. But of course there are times to rest but constantly moving like being repetitive to a job or work can build up overtime to greatness.

Sometimes things may not go as planned but we people can adjust and find other ways to do a specific action. Doing something and achieving a goal one by one gives a healthy amount of dopamine instead of having artificial dopamine like watching porn or doing drugs.

We cannot stay away from them but we should use those as a tool to strive for greatness even though they are bad for you.

  • Adding value to mental health

Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?

I guess doing business is a part of everyday life, just like socialising or greeting someone with kindness or respect. We should strive to do what is necessary to make the world a better place with social credits in place. With these social credits in place, we can learn from each other and grow at the same time.

Of course time is valuable to most of us, but we should learn how to leverage our time to make it even better with AI and robots coming into play in this era. We should not fear the AI or robots taking over but embrace it to make our lives easier and flexible for us.

I, for one is still learning the mechanics of AI tools which can make my life easier and those around me.
