  • My brand

If you had to change your name, what would your new name be?

Most people ask if they want to call me Vic when my name is Victor. I don’t mind it as I am used to it.

But I made a nickname when I was a teenager which was called Watapple and my friends used to call me that. I used to have it as my gamer tag in almost every game I played.

Watapple stands for having fun while trying to make something of yourself without the stress involved. This could be for mental health as well because it is about pushing boundaries while having fun as well. I do get nervous at times but that only happens when I need to learn quickly on the job.

If I am just learning at my own pace, I just do it as I go. So basically learn as I go.

  • Memories affect how you act

Somehow my childhood was a bit more like socialising, recognising patterns, meeting different types of people, somehow it made me a better person but I came with a cost. Not talking as much because I was always observing and probably my curiosity got the best of me.

So I had to learn in the later stages to talk to people a bit better through some therapy. Therapy helps but only with the right person to talk about the world and your feelings about the community helps for some reason.

But I guess if you have been in a life of violence or maybe positively then your actions may be perceived as that.

If you have been working in a service for your whole life then it will probably be ingrained with you.

But I guess your memories have an effect on the actions you take.

  • Using our time

We spend of of our time trying to make money. What if… We use our time to make money and be of a service to someone to make them feel good. Somehow when you are in an industry when someone gives you a tip for a good service. Maybe we gave them good service emotionally.

Our minds are important in order to feel good about ourselves at the moment. Whether we action ourselves or maybe it is our energy, our presence that gives off the vibe.

Talking to people just like caring… Is not expensive or.. it is you cannot buy with it because it is intangible. But there are a lot of coaches and online gurus that probably forged themselves into making a person emotionally well and financially by giving them pointers we cannot express in words.

But anyways a lot of things in our society involve giving and receiving even in relationships.

  • Thinking fast

I have been In a fast paced environment ever since I was 8 years old, helping out my parents at the restaurant. It taught me hardwork can get me anywhere but now with the internet, it is mostly about using your mind to make even more money.

But maybe… Being in such an environment made me who I am, been at the hospital and always pacing around doing odd jobs. That is where I got into vaping about 3 years ago because I needed to slow down and reflect for myself. Even though the anti psychotics is making me think faster for some reason so vaping is the solution. I know it is not good but it helps at times.

So I think that my mind always needs that constant stimulation and fast paced to keep me entertained. It is like an aredaline for my mind.

Of course this is not good for mental health if I keep up like that but maybe I am used to it by now and probably no turning back.

  • Personalities of people with mental health

I mean everybody is different. I do think people who get labelled with doctors diagnosis like bipolar or depression for example do not like being labelled as such because it ruins the perspective of themselves.

Even when I was labelled as having psychosis I thought I was a crazy person because of the words embedded on me.

I think the medical practice should treat everyone as people with feelings without giving them the labels. It is a bit complicated but what I have found is treating everyone as if they were your friends. I know you have to be professional at times but vulnerability is important so people will let their guard down free to express their feelings without any problems.

In this society we are caught up with everyone just trying to look after themselves without the vulnerability, it just makes us even more depressed as if we are robots without complex feelings.

  • Don’t think about money too much

We all need money in society to look after ourselves to buy food or to fund our hobbies. But when we think about money this or money that, our mental state tends to get affected. Maybe this is due to the overworking of our minds…

But of course it is easy to say money doesn’t buy happiness but in some way it does because you have firepower to do something you want.

Even if you do not earn a lot of money like the national wage, there is always something to make your money work for you. One thing I do is I allocate some money into a stable investment which will grow overtime. I use an app called Raiz.

So when you are off working and needing some money, there are always opportunities to experiment and gain some knowledge in order to make the money work for you thus more wealth for you guys.

When it comes to a support role you have to be passionate about the job or else it will eat you up if you are constantly thinking about the wage you get instead of living in the moment to support the other party which is handed to you for the role.

  • Words can manifest

Whether you say anything negative or positive about yourself and to the world. The words you use towards yourself can actually happen to yourself.

So if you say that I am a failure to yourself, then the universe will think that you are a failure. It will happen if you constantly think about yourself unless you don’t.

Even if you think things will not get better, do some actions that will help you achieve your goals, and there are some free services that will help you achieve your goals, not only you… But the goals you are surrounding yourself in.

The universe has a thing for everyone that uses their words that put themselves down.

  • Finding connections in books

List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?

When I was done in the dumps, when my mind was not in the right place years ago through overworking.

I took some books in the mental hospital to pass some time. One of the books I read was Think Rich Grow Rich.

The book talks about how we should think emotionally or do an action into how we should live a healthier life through our lifestyle. It also taught me I need to solve a problem in return which would be satisfying to the soul as well.

One problem to be solved after many admissions is our mental health system in Australia and maybe across the world needs more work because mental health is at its infantry. Well unconsciously… I am sure it happened a while ago but we are just talking about it now.

I also read Life’s greatest question by Tom Rath and Rich Dad Poor Dad which also helped me financially and emotionally.

I do think any books you read have an impact on your mental health whether positively or negatively depending on what you absorb.

  • Overworking/productivity…

Sometimes it is good to overwork because that means you get more money. But there is a downside to it. We all need rest since it helps us recharge for next time we finish the task again.

We shouldn’t be doing the same task over and over again because thats what will get us left behind in society. If we do the same task over and over again we stop learning new things and our brains will not function properly in learning new things.

We should always be adapting, learning and experimenting because that is how we advance as a new species. Now that we have the internet and artificial intelligence, we have more productivity in growing our brand or making money more efficiently, if we go on our own instead of working for a paycheck. The sky is the limit when you grow your brand or business, it could snowball into other small businesses doing a similar thing to you to make it better and take your income away (If that is your thing to make the community a better place).

But at times like this we should try and not overwork ourselves to absorb as much information as possible and do it in small increments to avoid a mental health history.

  • Overcoming financial pressure

What fears have you overcome and how?

In my earlier years I have always been fascinated about money and how to make it but by bit. It is not much but making something online was really satisfying in the early years of the internet.

I was trying to get people to click on my link and I made money from it. Ever since as I grew older I have been having this financial pressure to have this amount or that amount by the age I am at.

This is probably due to the social conditioning of the internet.

Right now I still face some issues but it is another kind of issue now. We all have a fear whether it is financial or have nothing to be a part of.

But I have overcame it by researching or practicing daily at how things work in the stock market or crypto market. Now… I changed my strategy as in I am going to buy something for the longer maul. Before that I used to invest in something in the short term which affected my mental health sending me to the mental hospital.

I think I was pushing myself too much to the point of insanity. Right now, I am slowly going day by day to consume some useful information instead of absorbing too much information which I may forget.
