  • Having different projects…

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

I am not sure when it is time to unwind when I am feeling well. When I am feeling unwell, I take it easy… We all should.

But when I am passionate about something like making money or being a service of people, it just gives me more energy to do something.

When you have nothing to be a service of… You just get bored because you have nothing to do. That is why there always has to be a boss somewhere so they can tell you what to do or want you to require something.

To make my unplug happen, it is just unpredictable because I tend to push myself. My fear is being left behind most of the time.

  • Finding purpose in what I do

    What jobs have you had?

I have been working since I was in my 20s, from a full time job to odd jobs now. I find meaning in when I am getting compensated for my time while working towards a common goal. It does not need to be luxurious but something that has an impact on society.

If my work helps another individual to their goal, then I am satisfied but then I have to think about the cost of travel and some other utilities. Everyone has to look after themselves after all.

But then sometimes it may not be enough because we are wanting something more than just the specific work. If you tell the boss or employer you want to leave then, don’t feel guilty because you have already fulfilled your role in the position you were in. I try not to feel guilty but it is what it is.

No amount of money is enough to satisfy in whatever work you do, so you would have to make your own work, starting with a project then you will end up creating more jobs in the future thus making the community more abundant in work.

  • Leading the way…

I have found everyone can lead the way in one way or another. The older you get the more you can use your mind to influence people as you have more knowledge about the world.

If you do become an influence, I feel it is best to show your side of giving to another person so that all the other people will follow in your footsteps 👣.

However, I like to try and spread my knowledge to everyone and raise awareness about the community in solving the mental health crisis. Also our mental health is impacted mostly financially as some people are finding it hard to land a stable income for themselves.

I am committed to everyone having a commission based job while I take a little cut so everyone can stand on their two feet and to make work or service enjoyable for each parties.

The funds I get are also to support businesses that are sustainable to the development of society for making mental health a better place like donating money to a clean water charity, to an investment where everyone prospers financially, supports other sustainable recycling development businesses and working/supporting with small businesses while also getting my brand out there. This will be a long road but I think we will make it.

    We gonna make it
  • Building a foundation

I tend to rush things usually which can affect my mental health because I am trying to force stuff which I haven’t done. The best thing I learnt was to take little actions at a time so I would not overthink things.

This could also make you tired and unmotivated to do things.

If you are struggling or need someone to talk to. There are always free services around, you just need to look deeper within. Since we have the internet, it is more accessible than ever before. But what you do is to try and avoid the hospital for mental issues or else it would make things worse. Because mental health is a new thing we are trying to combat, in the 1960 to 1980s mental health was not a big thing so it was harder to tell. Now everything is coming up and more and more people are talking or spreading awareness about mental health issues.

When you slowly build a foundation for yourself you limit your mental health problems. I am not saying it will prevent but minimise the problem.

But I guess it mostly comes from information overload at one time. Our minds have not adapted to the fast paced society we have now.

  • Think like a warrior

What do warriors do? They serve people.

Even if you have mental health issues, you are a warrior, because you have or are trying to conquer the hardest of them all, “The Mind”. I think we are all at war with our minds because there is so much information out there on the internet and you can easily get overwhelmed.

About that! Warriors serve people like giving knowledge or sharing knowledge to enrich other people’s lives. Or… They could be doing service work like cleaning or restaurant duties… in a way everyone is a warrior in their own sense of mind.

What I like to do is make some type of money but sense of fulfillment at the same time. My line of project would like to be on the mental health side of things. So it is basically combining mental health and service business at the same time.

Strive to be your best to serve
  • Always learning…

    What are you good at?

Whether I am reading a book or blog and doing a job I am always learning a new skill whether consciously and unconsciously. When I absorb something I get better and better at it. I do like experimenting, when I see a new way to do a task easier, I tend to play around with the platform until I can get the task to do what I want.

We should always strive to learn even in retirement age because if we stop growing and learning that is where we grow old quicker.

I do wish I was good at everything but it is not easy to juggle everything at once to be good at everything quicker. One thing I know I am good at is more on the business – sales part, but on my own terms.

I feel like when you are your own boss you have more power to do things your own way, making whatever you do unique. Even when you are your own boss you do feel a little unmotivated because you do not have someone on the other end to push you or help you grow.

What I do is roam around to different jobs, just meeting new faces and talking to them so I can get a few ideas out of it.

Always stay young and curious! 😉

  • When you have something to fight for…

When you have a purpose to do something it feels like you are not afraid of doing things that are out of the ordinary. It is similar to when you have anxiety, that anxiety stops you from doing something because you do not have a reason to fight for the cause. But when you have a reason to do something, that is to help out the society, you will not feel like an anxiety within you like social pressure. For example collecting bottles have a stigma attached to it, like homeless people collect them. But when you have a reason for yourself like collecting cans and bottles is helping the environment stay clean and also helps them from going into landfills to be used as recycling, you will not feel that pressure.

Maybe when you are first starting that is out of the ordinary… But when you find a reason within you… You will have an excuse for yourself.

This goes for other areas of life and the actions you take.

    For a reason!
  • Respecting your work

I think when you do things properly and it goes the way it is planned, it would feel a sense of accomplishment. Whether you are cleaning a dirty house then you tidy up the place and the place is more spotless. It may not go as planned but it is cleaner and you will probably do minor adjustments to the place.

When it looks like you want it to, the personality of the place would change and your mind would feel at home or at ease.

Even when you are cleaning someone else’s place, you are helping them free up their mental space because when there is too much clutter their mind races and they do not know what to do. That is when you come in to tidy up the place and when the place is clean, the other party “Thanks” you for completing their inaction to their place. Also this helps them with their mental health as their minds will not be running around in circles for their inaction. It is understandable that they feel not actionable to tidy up the place.

Respecting peoples place will create less drama therefore less stress to all parties involved.

I feel like the word “Respect” means listening to another person’s tasks or feelings.

  • We cannot have everything

What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

We can all attain something, that is our mission, values and purpose. But that journey is endless. Our society is always changing so once we finish a project, then we move on to another project and so on.

But as for physical items, we cannot obtain everything because that would break our bank and also too much storage.

I think having it all is more about being fulfilled emotionally so maybe that is where psycho therapy comes in. If the therapy is implemented more, the mental health crisis would be more balanced instead of being overloaded in our society.

So my mission is more about a cleaner environment, servicing people for a better mental health for others.

  • Less dirty, Better mental health

I think since the early stages, our material has been harmful to our environment thus causing our mental health to affect us.

When we have a dirty environment our mental state is affected. That is why it is better to clean ourselves and do our part to keep the environment or community more clean. If people leave their rubbish on the floor, it is our part to try and make the material more eco-friendly.

How can we do this? Easier to say then done. I have found something which I will share in the future, some recyclables that are made from eco-friendly materials and will probably give some away for free in the local community first. Then I will move on to shipping them worldwide, that is if someone is willing to pay for postage.

I think this is calculated but I think this will reduce our issues in society about mental health and all the other diseases in society when we have a cleaner environment. Even our homes could be filled with contaminates from the outside so I want to reduce the harmful bacteria in our environment, starting from my local community.
