  • Scarcity

    I wonder about this…

If we have a scarcity of financially or emotionally it tends to affect our mental health in a way thus us getting help from it then just getting a label from it to make it even worse…

When we have a financial scarcity, we tend to overwork ourselves by doing something long hours or just dreaming to the point of us doing something we regret. When it comes to emotionally I think it’s the environment around us because not everyone dreams of big money but one thing is for sure that if you seek help for it, then it might become worse as medications or advice we get from professionals could be like a hit or miss. But I think the best thing to do is talk about it through blogs (online) to see if anyone else is going through the same thing.

Advice/giving out knowledge is priceless is all I am saying. Lending a hand doesn’t hurt anyone, but I guess it kind of stops profit.

  • Mental health illness labels is how we interpret things

I have been of this lately…

What if our mental illness or label that we get is the way we think that are outside the society norms of what we think is normal.

Maybe… In games or mediaeval times there have been wizards, and all types of fantasy characters. What if… Those types of characters have been turned into mental illness labels.

I guess it’s like a spiritual thing or what we are sent to earth to.

To give like personalities to life on earth. I think it’s our right to be like this because it gives us purpose in life instead of suppressing it.

  • Mental illness is sensitive to emotions

I want to write this because it has been on my mind for a while.

When you hear mental illness it means bad. But what if there they were sensitive to emotions, that is why they get violent because no one wants to hear them out.

Maybe its principles they have that they live by?

Sure living by your principles gives you a purpose to make the world a better place.

I will give an electronic music to listen to and see what you guys think.

  • Keep it simple

I found that living in a fast paced environment can really affect our mental health.

I think it is because we are afraid of being left behind the things we want to do. (I have done this) Yes! I think life is not easy because you will have to put in the work after getting out of school to observe the real world so you would get the hang of doing things that would benefit society.

I on the other hand, I am trying to bring mental health awareness out, for education or knowledge purposes. I am still learning.

I think for mental health some people do things that are not acceptable by society unconsciously or maybe hopefully not consciously.

But in saying this, to have a better mental health is to find something you are passionate about. For me I like servicing people just like “how can I be of a service”. Most people I talk to about their mental health seem to be geared into the service area. So maybe my conclusion would be “People are happier when they are serving people”.
