  • Getting a hobby

When life gives you apples, like a job that kills our soul sometimes we have to push through especially when we are young. When we are young like in our 20s, we are getting to know the community around us in real life so that is why we should get a hobby that does not break the bank.

We do not have as many responsibilities but we should get something that we like and looks good and it appreciates in value overtime. Maybe we should not be as money hungry but to learn what is around us as to make it easier for us as we age.

Right now at 31, I am feeling the amount of energy I have and I do not feel as invincible like I was in my 20s.

  • Doing something that excites you

When you are thinking about life, it is mostly about eating and sleeping. We should think about other things. So when we work we should think about, how we can be in a role of society like preventing domestic violence or supporting mental health. Of course we cannot prevent it but make it healthier for all parties.

In the world, there will always be problems. If you are doing jobs like deliveries or retail that have a bad name at this present, where its bad name comes from career path. We should donate a bit of it to support water or some charity organisation you like.

Even if the career path is bad, of course we are more motivated by the money when it comes to career paths but I guess we should put them into appreciating assets to balance the career path a little bit. It doesn’t have to be a fixed career path but something to work with while gaining some experience for yourself in your downtime.

  • Generic product environment

What I mean by this is when we eat food or drink where we get it from somehow tastes different to another location even if the drink is generic or made the same way. I feel like how it is transported or made with a machine, every transport or machine is different in which some particles are combined together to create a different taste.

Even the motion of the machine changes the taste slightly. You may not notice but somehow it has a different taste.

Like coke for example how it is transported or stored and the environment, somehow acquires a different taste if you notice it.

Will talk about this more in my later blogs.

Each transport can affect the taste even if the product is sealed
  • Social media or news

I mean what you see on social media or the news where there is a lot happening whether it is scams or thieving.

You shouldn’t let them bring you down and think negatively. For our sake of mental health as long as you have a place to stay, can eat and drink it is all good as long as you do what is working for you. I mean you will still have to adapt and improve because there are always new markets forming thus making your position obsolete in time.

In our society we should strive to learn and build new things while adding an extra tool into our business or in our personal life to make things easier or to simply not make our position obsolete.

Then there is family because you will need to look after your elders just in case their position gets compromised and you as the younger person can look after them at their old age with the tools you have learnt over the years.

I mean it is similar to giving back to your elders for looking after you financially or emotionally because they gave you a life they could not have.

This is why you should do everything in your power to learn as much as your body slowly while you do not know what age you can live. This also reduces the burden to your fellow offspring if you have some tools to look after yourself in an old age if you take advantage of what you have in the present moment.

  • Create wealth for fun

We see a lot of people fear selling or fear buying products off a retail shelf all because they want to make money or fear of missing out. I guess it is understandable but sometimes it destroys us because the world or society is still going to continue on without the human destruction which I think is mostly psychological fear.

If we do have some money to throw around when we are of older age then I guess it is a way to support businesses which they are profiting off your fear. But we do need to look after ourselves too, through allocating an amount to an investment.

In that process we should have fun in the process such as having a hobby like collecting things that give you a sense of purpose or just something to look at after a hard day’s work.

When we are young like in our 20s or 30s we should allocate some money into investments while still having fun in the moment because there is no point of going frugal until older age because the world changes everyday whether you like it or not, well… Not as subtle with the age of the internet.

  • Hungar

I guess when we reward ourselves everything tastes better or feels satisfying. But we should work for it too so that we do not get too complacent.

But I guess if you have worked for it for your whole life you shouldn’t expect the outcome but show your gratitude. This comes to the mental health part as we should not expect too many things from one person but from a variety of people.

If we expect too much from one person then the one person could ruin your reputation which could snowball into another person which would be best to minimise.

But I feel it is just best to live your life to the fullest without any fear which can be possible to do.

  • Fads

What I mean by Fads are the unpredictability of products or hype. Just like Fads, it is similar to being your own boss because when you are your own boss, there are unpredictable customers or cash flow.

This makes life interesting in a way as you do not know when money is coming or you meet different customers at different times.

This can come in when you are opening products when you do not know if a high value is inside or not because you do not know if there is a rare thing inside. This may be a temporary boost to depression to happiness at a cheaper cost.

Like opening packs, never know if there is a rare inside to make you wealthier!

  • Scent and words of every product

    What makes a good neighbor?

I mean if we wear or give knowledge and advice, sometimes it registers unconsciously in our minds.

It is hard to describe but if someone has touched or made a product, it is like a brand whether it is good or bad but most of all it is made by passion or at least just doing your job.

I mean even if you are doing your job, somehow maybe spiritually unconscious goes into the products you touch making us feel like the product is valuable in some way or form.

Touching is a way we transfer energy
  • Money is a tool

Of course that goes with a lot of things as a way to make things easier.

Money is used in a way to improve our quality of life for basic needs. Of course there are things that are extras like collectibles or art itself. But basic needs like food, water and right now, electricity because we are in the technology society which we need technology to make our lives easier if we are given the tools so we can work and contribute to society with the use of our phones.

Everything itself is a tool not a vice in order to increase community engagement in our society. For our mental health, community engagement is needed in all aspects of life in order to prevent depression or anxiety.

    Different types of communities
  • Learning how to attempt

What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

When there is something new to learn, there will always be mistakes whether it is maximum, minimum or fail results.

I mean you will still live in and move on even if you make mistakes, just if it does not cost you a fortune.

But trying out new things is always good for the well being as it promotes brain activity to prevent dementia.

If by trying out new things that do not harm yourself physically then it is still a good learning experience.
