  • Life is an adventure

No matter how you are suffering don’t give up. It is easier to say than it is but what you are going through is a process to make you stronger or become successful later in the future. There is no path to what is successful but living in the present helped to slow things down in the mind without thinking too much about the future.

I find it best just walking around the neighbourhood, just observing the environment how I could solve a problem which people need.  When you solve a problem, money will come to you whether you do the work.

I have been in the psychiatric ward for a few times and it made me think of life in a different perspective because the environment you are in is a dog eats dog when you are the patient usually. You may encounter bullies there, who like to bully innocent people who try to mentally break you sending you into a worse state. Or? Maybe they are just not right in the mind.

For those that have empathy or compassion, we could change their way of thinking (If we can) to contribute to society instead of taking advantage of benefits. I am not saying people who get benefits are lazy, they truly need them but some people like to take advantage instead of doing something meaningful.

  • Copper

    Do you have any collections?

I am trying to build a copper collection like pure copper or copper wires. I am betting on better mental health the more innovation out into the world.

More and more people into the world, means more headaches but if we encourage people to better their mental health, then people will be encouraged to start their own thing. Their own thing would probably be technology as in society now, is a more technological based society. Thus, the use of more copper or other precious metals.

  • The truth of life…

I have been thinking maybe there are no truths? I guess it is people doing things that are unacceptable to society?

But the truth in life I believe is what you believe in. Like belief in Jesus or helping people. Humans are meant to eat, sleep, and work. But when we have those things covered, we should find a way to help another individual or business to at least support them by buying their products. It is better than them throwing it into waste. It is money down the drain.

What I find is everything that is made, I think non – inanimate objects have a soul because it is created by human activity, it is created with a passion or dream, so these products should be treated with respect even though it is thrown out and reused again as clean as a whistle for the next use.

But anything you use has a shelf life meaning it probably has a soul within the date for consumption.

    A Soul
  • Trust the process

Whether you are going through a mental breakdown or have mental health issues, note that it is a process to make you stronger emotionally. We cannot prevent it but hard times create good times.

All we can do is figure out a way to make our mental health positively impacting us while on the other side, influencing the people struggling with these issues to get them back up on track. These issues cannot be fixed by remedies but mostly for your self preservation. Even doing the little things like trying to pay for something or trying to help someone emotionally, really helps because it is like you are contributing to something or maybe you are a part of something you didn’t realise.

Slow and steady with your mental health

  • Finding opportunities…

In society we think we cannot find work or something to do but one valuable skill is to be an all rounder.

This includes being a cleaner, kitchen hand or working in the office. There are endless opportunities if you are willing to learn. Personality cannot be trained but skills can be trained.

If you have a lot of experiences into industries, you will find endless opportunities if you put yourself out there. Maybe after you leave school it is harder, but once you get the skills up and running, it will be easier to find opportunities out into the community.

I find it is best not to leave your eggs in one basket. We humans are always made to improve and are looking for something to do. If we do nothing during the day our minds think of nonsense which in turn affects our mental health.

My project is trying to bring people struggling with mental health over into working service based jobs as there is a big stigma attached to them while also helping with their investments based on their risk. It doesn’t matter if the money is not a lot per hour but you will be getting valuable skills into the future.

That is why when you are young it is best to invest in yourself, while making mistakes in the process when important personal responsibilities are limited.

Careful how you plan out your responsibilities

  • Fear is our enemy

We should not fear what comes out of peoples mouths/words if it does not affect your life.

I guess if we fear our mental health will be hi jacked and it will end in an endless cycle of depression or anxiety. We should fear that we are not taking action to make the world a better place. The actions we take should be finding a job or some money method so we contribute to our surroundings making the other person feel like they are looked after.

If we fear what the higher ups are saying, we tend to inaction our minds, which tends to make us overthink and who knows… Destruction??

We do need to be cautious at times, because everyone needs to look after ourselves, but we should try to encourage everyone around us to be happy and to be in their normal thinking state.

But probably everyone has their own perspectives on things.

    Feel the love
  • Doing something worthy of your time

In the past I have been focusing on making money by trying to give my time. But I noticed, I was not happy with what I was doing because it felt repetitive. It had no purpose and meaning in what I was doing. It was going in the same place day in and day out.

What I like to do is go to different places while making some money, it is not a lot like previously but it feels like what I am doing has some meaning.

I also felt like my mental health was declining so I kind of had to do what I wanted to do.

I guess, try to figure out a way to make money work for me. I think I am going on the right path at the moment but everything in life is a gamble anyways. Working between odd jobs where I get the freedom to be my own boss is meaningful to me.

What I am trying to do is get my brand out there, just fulfilling my childhood dreams because you never lose it until you lose it even if you struggle at first, but the path will be worth it.

  • Being cold is discipline

How do you feel about cold weather?

I prefer cold weather because you can make yourself warm with clothes. However, I sometimes take cold showers in the cold due to trying to get more resilient in being comfortable with being uncomfortable. But I realised it makes me get a cold easily.

If in contrast to the hot weather, we all get hot and sweaty not all of us have air conditioning as maybe our community doesn’t have enough electricity to go around.

Otherwise I prefer cold weather as it is training us to be comfortable to be uncomfortable as it kind of relates to mental health.

If we go through a lot, we become hard and in contrast we become soft, like a soy boy or something.

  • Accidents? Or Saving us?

Have you ever broken a bone?

I have fractured my one wrist before from riding a scooter downhill.

It was not a good experience after that because I was unable to do something I wanted in the next few months.

What if maybe… When we fracture or break our bones is the universe of saying, we are going too far with our stunts before it gets worse.

Or… It could be our bones are fragile.

Anyways… It could be our unconscious selves saving us before we get hit or even worse lose a life. This does relate back to mental health as maybe our bodies react this way unconsciously.

    It is a complex subject.

    Still a bigger lump

  • Mental health/illness cannot be cured

I have been thinking… Maybe it is when people with mental illness cannot be cured themselves but it is part of their personality.

Not everyone is bothered to complete a specific task. We can only encourage them to do a task. Maybe that is why there are support workers, to help them with what they are lacking.

When they don’t shower or clean themselves, we can only encourage them. When they are on medications it does make it worse because they have side effects.

Mostly all we can do is try to support them and slowly they will do their own self care. We also need to use our own input in a softer way as everyone is sensitive how we talk to them in a tone matter.

    Careful how we say things
