    It would be wise to usually have manners but if you do not self-reflect on what you have done, damage would have been done and it is hard to turn back on what you have done. But mostly a lot of people from different races and personalities would have similar decency.

  • Boredem

    In a way whenever we are institutionalised, we always need to be doing something. Even in the community or society we would need to do something or else we get left behind.

    That is what I am afraid of, if I relax for a little bit, I feel like I will be left behind in old age and get dementia.

    I see many people saying there should be a balance but I think working is more important than staying stagnant.

  • Solving a crisis

    Fear has a way of getting to us. When we feel fear we cannot make good decisions because of the life you are saving.

    Sometimes you may win or lose when you solve a crisis either getting money or getting social credit.

    What I think is that social credit is more important but there is a downside to it because ego may takeover.

  • Social of life

    Social means communicating but there are a lot of types to communicate. Even when we do not speak the same language and understand them, somehow our bodies do.

    I am not too sure if it is spiritual or maybe through science we come from the same planet called earth but we humans just have adapted more. It is more about working together with other lifeforms to contribute to the lively within our community.

    Of course in some places it would not be habitable but one place is habitable we people can make other lifeforms swarm through our community creating a nature like vibe within our modern society.

  • Use of leverage

    In our mental health I guess money is usually a factor into our well being. It is good to get educated about money not finance but money itself. Finance is mostly theory but does not teach you how to multiply your money.

    There are many ways to leverage your money, it could be a form of house, stocks, cryptocurrency or any other illiquid items like Pokemon cards or silver, etc.

    Being able to use leverage and having backup options to always have work makes you unstoppable because you will always have something to do instead of being at home scrolling through your phone. But leverage is being able to take risks at first because in a way, everything is a risk.

  • State of our world and absorbing information

    We live in a fast faced environment where a lot of people are cramped into one area. We have apartments, units and houses in one specific area. I guess people find opportunities in one area, for survival mostly and something to do. If we have nothing to do then our minds will dream of something crazy which would affect our mental health. Having a purpose in your work fills the void.

    I am still trying to find my place in the world which I am slowly absorbing so I don’t overwork my brain.

    What is best for me is to sit outside on the bench in the sun or outside in general to just observe people or the local community to see what is happening offline.

    Online is different because there is just an overload of information and you don’t know which to take. But what I suggest is to be selective about it. Take all the information you read and summarise what you have read and put it into your own meaning. It is what I usually do.

  • Introduction of my Mental Health Wellness

    Hi, this is my first blog

    I want to talk about mental health. I have been in the system for over 5 years and have gathered some knowledge which I would like to share with you guys. I have been diagnosed as having psychosis. Over the years I have had to research about my symptom and what causes it, maybe its manipulation or maybe it is karma! who knows?

    I have searched through the internet thinking to myself I NEED answers for this label. I think the word is the modern way of saying something is wrong with me, maybe infact it is a spiritual human instinct thing so that is why I’m going to talk about this to get more perspectives, not for myself but others as well. Since I do think it is how we are feeling as well. But anyways MONEY talks anyways, nothing we can do about that.

    Anyways I will be sharing my knowledge here and if you wish to follow me in this journey, we can make the world a healthier mental state!
