  • Keeping up with mental health

    I believe humans are meant to work, not like just sitting around doing something. If you do nothing just sitting around watching tv or clicking buttons on a computer screen depression or anxiety will creep up, maybe it might make you feel like you need medications. NO! You should not need to have medications.

    Being outside of the house or the apartment can give you clarity and allows you to reset your mind with all these distractions from modern life, especially the internet.

    What would be a good idea is to use the internet or your phone as a tool. A tool to hold money or make money and also to provide value to people on the internet. What I mean by providing value is offering  a product or solution to people and selling it like digital products or reselling using platforms such as eBay. Even that you could just use your creativity to spread knowledge on the internet so that your work will not be for nothing.

    Providing value to our fellow people

    The book I have provided above will illustrate “if you can solve a problem to others” then your value within marketplace will go up in value.

    I’m saying, humans are always meant to be improving and growing which ironically keeps us young for some reason. If we are growing and improving, our minds stay nimble and sharp even at an older age.

    Can we solve a problem?

    I will talk more about this in the later stage…

  • Medications like anti- depressants or anti- psychotics

    I have an experience taking them, either it could be a placebo or real. Either way I think it is both.

    I have/had to research about them since I have been on them but I found no answers because it is too broad, so many information. But I wanted to share my experiences on it.

    I don’t really want to start from the negatives but I guess different bodies react differently.

    We in modern society have been brainwashed that we need modern solutions to cure our emotions but this is human experience after all. I think pharmaceutical companies want to make money from our emotions in order to suppress us or change our behaviour of our brains either way it’s not a good look.

    We need another alternative instead of having artificial drugs into our bodies. So what I think is we need to adjust our lifestyle, experiment on what is good for our senses because these medications hi-jacks it and make it even worse and don’t offer a solution.

    It all starts with you to find a solution whether it is energy drinks, vaping or healthy food/habits to bring it back to its natural state. I’m not saying energy drinks and vaping is a good habit but if it helps you like it helps you thinking clearly then go for it…

    I do those habits, I know they are not good for you, but they help give me clarity in our I do things while on these drugs. These pharmaceutical drugs are not helpful if you want to look after yourself in terms of money, health and wealth.

    I guess everyone has their own opinions, I could be wrong.

    I have done a lot of experiments to myself for being on these and what food/drinks I need to keep my focus sharp.

  • Money has an effect on our mental health

    I want to get started on this…

    I did Accounting at university, it did teach me how numbers work but it didn’t tell me how to make money.

    So I looked from investing to selling and reselling to working.

    But I realised, the best money making strategy is to do something you love and what you can provide to people as in being of a service to people.

    I realised being a service of people is a good way to relieve stress from the financial burden. This is whether you are working for someone like ohh I’m helping with their mission or I’m helping them make money so the world is a better place. Well hopefully they use the money for good and just not hoarding it. I do hoard money but I tend to buy stuff that will go up in value overtime like maybe copper (Will talk about this later).

    Anyways for my mental health, I like to think of other people when it comes to work, see what they done but only if the work is meaningful to you. I guess everyone has a way to have happiness.

    Since cryptocurrency, I have been trying to keep up with the Tech and what the people in different projects are trying to achieve. They mostly serve one purpose! To provide financial stability to supporters. Everything is a risk if you think about it but there comes a time where you should think where the world is heading to.

    I’m not saying I don’t like money, everyone does. Its just you make a bit and others around you will be happy to take up your offer whether it is learning new skills or putting money somewhere to support the system.

    I like to think my money is supporting the cause of the missions project. Just keep it simple, I will take your word.

    But there are a lot of scammers out there just trying to take your money without you realising it too.

    For mental health I realise it is good to spend what you need or have and just invest it in the future if you are not a risk taker. Of course when you are young you can take the most risk but even if you have responsibilities you can still take risks although the older you get the harder it is to learn new industries. Otherwise it is better if you have a good mental state to learn even though you are still working long hours to sustain yourself.

    I use platforms such as Raiz. You can research it, because it is simple enough to invest in your spare change for your everyday spending while you work a stable income.

    I will talk about these in later blogs. Of course I want to try to make some money here but this is to provide knowledge between business and mental health together.

    Money can make you go crazy but do little at a time if you want to make the big bucks.

    Everything is gambling in life anyways… Because there is no specific path you should go into in life

    It’s best you start early to do something you love instead of dreaming about it. A lot of money shouldn’t be the deciding factor of your life because I try to live minimally on everyday items. Maybe its a hobby of mine 🤔 to collect art and collectibles but I think at the receiving end of the payment that it is giving another person to live their own life/passions one step at a time.

  • Describing our mental state

    Colours of what we wear and pick is a state of our mental well being mostly… But it doesn’t mean that it means forever! It just fluctuates

    Makers in the design industry should design colours ready to be made, Good for our well-being. I mean I do selling and re-selling on the side as well, clothes are included. So I am thinking of good colour choices, whether it is good or bad for market conditions.

    You have to also think about the economy for this, where fashion is going. Clothes, size and shape while also maintaining a conservative look. Maybe in the future I will post what I sell and resell because I could market it as like a safety thing or you know stylish. Everyone has their own preferences.

    Remember there are about 7 billion humans on earth meaning there are 7 billion worlds on earth. I will talk about this later in the blog.

  • Mentality

    I think for our mental health we must not have things where we want a specific thing. Where we should let it play out naturally and not force things. I remember and still do, if I try to force things in my mind, is that this and this should do, like thinking so hard that it will manifest.

    I do think this is not good for mental health as I will go crazy for thinking about it.

    Opportunities everywhere for the lone

    The best thing to do for me is to have an abundant mindset or view everything as abundance. This means there are always opportunities everywhere in our lives whether it is on the internet or in person. But anyways word for mouth makes the best marketing.

  • Clarity

    I have been meaning to express this. Mental health is a big part of us where it is human nature to express our emotions instead of suppressing them. Emotions help us bond with each other without limits while making us feel good temporarily and permanently.

    I regards to mental health, I think there is a variety of emotions and there is a lot of cogs and gears which is really hard to picture, but subtle.

    Our mental health affects us depending on what we eat mostly. Could be what we wear as well but other external factors such as money can impact our mental health. I am on a mission to give my knowledge and experiences that can help people with a mental health label, or if they have it… Could be depression or other labels. To make sure all readers or everyone to have a good well being
