  • High on learning

Tell us about the last thing you got excited about.

I guess in a way that knowledge is power because I always ask questions when needed then if someone wants to know something about me then I will say it. I guess it is about passing information around in order to create a better society.

However, I do look forward to the future as I am always learning and pushing boundaries to see what the future entails.

  • Learning about energy

On what subject(s) are you an authority?

Energy I mean by living beings or money in general. Every human being has a specific energy or frequency which either are struggling with or in peace with themselves.

Mostly what I think when someone is struggling, their frequencies are all over the place. It takes a special person to make their energy a bit more positive so that their moods are better. When they are positive their whole worldview changes as everyone starts to treat them differently, maybe based on their tone or words but their thinking is also changed.

I am no means an expert on this stuff but I am always learning and adapting my way of thinking and twerking my words to make people feel better.

  • Finding purpose in what I do

    What jobs have you had?

I have been working since I was in my 20s, from a full time job to odd jobs now. I find meaning in when I am getting compensated for my time while working towards a common goal. It does not need to be luxurious but something that has an impact on society.

If my work helps another individual to their goal, then I am satisfied but then I have to think about the cost of travel and some other utilities. Everyone has to look after themselves after all.

But then sometimes it may not be enough because we are wanting something more than just the specific work. If you tell the boss or employer you want to leave then, don’t feel guilty because you have already fulfilled your role in the position you were in. I try not to feel guilty but it is what it is.

No amount of money is enough to satisfy in whatever work you do, so you would have to make your own work, starting with a project then you will end up creating more jobs in the future thus making the community more abundant in work.

  • Leading the way…

I have found everyone can lead the way in one way or another. The older you get the more you can use your mind to influence people as you have more knowledge about the world.

If you do become an influence, I feel it is best to show your side of giving to another person so that all the other people will follow in your footsteps 👣.

However, I like to try and spread my knowledge to everyone and raise awareness about the community in solving the mental health crisis. Also our mental health is impacted mostly financially as some people are finding it hard to land a stable income for themselves.

I am committed to everyone having a commission based job while I take a little cut so everyone can stand on their two feet and to make work or service enjoyable for each parties.

The funds I get are also to support businesses that are sustainable to the development of society for making mental health a better place like donating money to a clean water charity, to an investment where everyone prospers financially, supports other sustainable recycling development businesses and working/supporting with small businesses while also getting my brand out there. This will be a long road but I think we will make it.

    We gonna make it
  • Building a foundation

I tend to rush things usually which can affect my mental health because I am trying to force stuff which I haven’t done. The best thing I learnt was to take little actions at a time so I would not overthink things.

This could also make you tired and unmotivated to do things.

If you are struggling or need someone to talk to. There are always free services around, you just need to look deeper within. Since we have the internet, it is more accessible than ever before. But what you do is to try and avoid the hospital for mental issues or else it would make things worse. Because mental health is a new thing we are trying to combat, in the 1960 to 1980s mental health was not a big thing so it was harder to tell. Now everything is coming up and more and more people are talking or spreading awareness about mental health issues.

When you slowly build a foundation for yourself you limit your mental health problems. I am not saying it will prevent but minimise the problem.

But I guess it mostly comes from information overload at one time. Our minds have not adapted to the fast paced society we have now.

  • When you have something to fight for…

When you have a purpose to do something it feels like you are not afraid of doing things that are out of the ordinary. It is similar to when you have anxiety, that anxiety stops you from doing something because you do not have a reason to fight for the cause. But when you have a reason to do something, that is to help out the society, you will not feel like an anxiety within you like social pressure. For example collecting bottles have a stigma attached to it, like homeless people collect them. But when you have a reason for yourself like collecting cans and bottles is helping the environment stay clean and also helps them from going into landfills to be used as recycling, you will not feel that pressure.

Maybe when you are first starting that is out of the ordinary… But when you find a reason within you… You will have an excuse for yourself.

This goes for other areas of life and the actions you take.

    For a reason!
  • The truth of life…

I have been thinking maybe there are no truths? I guess it is people doing things that are unacceptable to society?

But the truth in life I believe is what you believe in. Like belief in Jesus or helping people. Humans are meant to eat, sleep, and work. But when we have those things covered, we should find a way to help another individual or business to at least support them by buying their products. It is better than them throwing it into waste. It is money down the drain.

What I find is everything that is made, I think non – inanimate objects have a soul because it is created by human activity, it is created with a passion or dream, so these products should be treated with respect even though it is thrown out and reused again as clean as a whistle for the next use.

But anything you use has a shelf life meaning it probably has a soul within the date for consumption.

    A Soul
  • Different environment, different emotions

When I go to different places, it is a vibe I get. Sometimes it is more relaxing and sometimes it is not. Maybe when we are in congested areas we feel it is more stressful, while the opposite is more relaxed and chill.

If we hang around a more stressful area, we tend to get more stressed or we somehow get this migraine in our head. While we see greens when we go to the environment our mind stays peaceful.

I think our human mind finds nature like trees or grass peaceful and relaxing for us. If we are in the city where there is a lack of trees our minds tend to race.

Even with how the environment is portrayed our emotions react to the environment around us.

I think we humans are naturally adaptive whether it goes positively or negatively.

The world that we live in that is natural is always best
  • Psyko therapy

I am not sure, about this but I think it is how to act with your body language or your energy while helping another person emotionally.

Yes… It does feel good when you unexpectedly help the vulnerable out with their emotional issues such as depression and anxiety. I do think, people with those issues need a different perspective on life based on their personality.

It is not easy to achieve, but without the use of medications and all those artificial chemicals, it may be possible to change the person’s state of mind to reset so they can relax.

This can be achieved through your use of words/tones or the music you put out and being vulnerable emotionally.

In this fast paced society, it is hard to be vulnerable because everyone is just trying to survive but I think there is more to that in mental health.

We do see people that have mental health issues that have problems we cannot solve but what if… Pretty hard to explain. I may talk about this topic in my later blogs.

    Achieved through sound
  • Unmotivated…

When I start to feel unmotivated, I try to find opportunities to do something like finding a one day gig. The gig I found is the application called “Airtasker”. The application allows you to post and find odd jobs like helping people around the house or odd deliveries.

The purpose of this is to serve the person wanting the job done in exchange for currency, so I could further expand my project or look after myself.

Being unmotivated can factor like the food you eat or the environment around you. It does get tough if you are actually unmotivated but you shouldn’t let that stop you.

Me? I am on medication at the moment and it makes me feel weak and unmotivated but I try to not let it stop me. I mean everything has a price. I counter that by vaping. It is not a good habit but I find it helps me keep grounded in getting someone else’s job done.

Unmotivated could be a mental illness thing but I think! It is the type of medication you are on.

There is always stuff to do even if you feel there is nothing to do, it is just taking the first step then the rest will compound itself.

    No finish line.
