  • Putting a price on guilt

I mean having guilt is a mental health issue as well because depression can come. If you constantly lie and try to take advantage, guilt can sometimes come. Not too sure if it is a spiritual thing but I know for sure everyone has a moral inside themselves.

Humans are meant to protect and nurture which is in our DNA. It is similar to having a child and giving them the best life they have instead of them suffering. It is similar to helping strangers in our society but not as much as our child. I do not have children but I guess this would be similar as we age and become a bit more soft.

  • Illusion of money

I guess it starts by buying food or a home to stay at. Rent or buy, but similar. But when someone purchases something, it feels like there is an invisible force that they own the product.

Start by doing deliveries for a while and you will get the logistics a bit. When you do deliveries it is a bit like the other end purchases the item and the supplier makes the item but the delivery man acts as a middleman.

When you are on the road, and picking up the product, you can feel an illusion of the buyer owning the item. That is why on delivery applications or boxes say handle with care.

This sounds like a spiritual thing but it is an illusion force.

  • Collaboration

Old school or new school, we still have the same concept whether it is making money or just socialising. Collaborating is about giving something out which we may get in return, of course this can come in a form of money or advice or even socialising.

We have unlimited resources to socialising rather than money but if we treat money as a form of socialising then we would get the cash flow. When we have money coming in, it makes us happy in the moment just like talking or socialising with people.

This would simulate our mental health a bit as it provides a good source of dopamine and some cash so you could eat, drink and housing.

  • Community building

It can come from all walks of life like as co-workers or just strangers. I guess if it is more like doing activities together, building each other up with knowledge and ideas on how to take your own problems. Your problems could include asking someone what to gift to their family or friends. It also can be talking about a specific culture and gaining knowledge from it as the parties involved all win with knowledge.

When we share knowledge we share tools with each other to navigate this tricky world.

  • Primal behaviour

Everyone has different personalities, ranging from good or bad according to people or law itself. I mean we do need a system that is law to give people jobs or something to do. If we as humans have nothing to do, then we will cease to exist and die without dying at the same time. Of course the society will collapse. But as long as you can look after each other and others around, the society will be in great shape, well if you put it that way.

I mean contributing to society to me means kind of taking everything as recycling and reusing, giving a second or third life to a product. Why?

It reduces wastage and saves the environment and man power that the material is made. In a way this is a modern way of throwing garbage away whereas in the olden times a lot of waste was being dumped to the environment contributing to the toxicity of the environment. Of course when it came to food, recycling was important back in our ancestral times.

  • Grey spot regarding mental health

I am not saying I don’t believe in mental health. Of course some may be used as an excuse to take advantage of something but mental health should be about keeping your peace without having other emotional factors or environmental factors affecting it.

Of course there are some factors that may affect your dizziness or fatigue, even I get them sometimes. It may be your body is telling you not to push yourself and stay in your own lane like your own lane as the environmental factors. Of course no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, some bigger than the other according to law.

But sometimes things are just a choice to make whether it is risky or not. So best to pick your battles.

  • Developing relationships

Of course everyone does not want to feel lonely. There can be a fine line between making money and not making money when developing relationships. There are friendships, coworkers and/or acquaintances.

When a relationship is developed which can be anything, a connection can arise which can make you more coordinated with each other and make more riches for everyone involved in the situation. I am not sure if it is spiritually but when everyone is working together to fulfil a problem on hand, then the situation will make those involved more riches.

Developing relationships does not have to be a business transaction but mostly based on the feeling of connection to another person on an emotional level. It could be the individuals are on the same page emotionally and spiritually but not the same personality. It is hard to describe but I am basing this on patterns I see with my own two eyes.

Connecting each other with different personalities, almost like coordinated effort to solve a problem on hand
  • Anxiety and money

We all need money to live in this modern world. In fact it has been around for centuries.

But I think what causes anxiety mostly is about paying the bills. What happens when we do not pay our bills and it ends up piling. If we do not pay our bills and we have responsibilities such as children in the house or we have someone living in the household that depends on us to get things done. We would feel the urge of anxiety internally because we do not know when our next paycheck will come. Then there is the fear of the unknown because there is more than one mouth to feed too.

Sometimes the decisions we make do affect us, whether it is getting into debt or overspending so we do not have a cushion to give us time to reciprocate.

  • Anti-psychotics and mental health

I mean some of them may be beneficial to you but I would say all of these are just bait or trying to scam you out of your money. Anti psychotics like illegal drugs are pretty similar but legal and illegal it means the government can have a piece of the pie as well which makes it legal.

Sometimes I do feel angry because of what kind of fees are involved to taper off but, maybe it is something I did in the past or I said something that put me in a bad spot. Of course I do need support, and am glad to have some but I guess there are some things you should stay out of so you do not dig yourself a grave that you cannot get out of.

With mental health, it all depends on yourself instead of asking for help. Of course if you do go for help, they’ll help you but it comes with a cost so it is best to try some self therapy most of the time, as I said “So you do not dig yourself a grave you cannot get out of”.

  • Participation

I guess when you are part of something it would make you fulfilled. With anything… We all move on to the next big thing whether it is making money or trying to disrupt the market.

Even when you are not making money, with participation you get learning experience or just experience in general to talk about it when something comes up for you to talk about.

At school, we see awards for participation in something but maybe it is not meaningless but a learning experience for both the giver and receiver. The giver as in someone giving the award to the student or participant. The giver gets something out of it like data of the participant and the receiver gets a learning experience or fun experience out of it is how I see it.
