  • Winter months

What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

Winter months do not look like this in Sydney central

I prefer winter months because you can walk around in clothes that do not make you sweat. In winter having showers is a killer but when you dry yourself up it becomes comfortable.

In the cold you can cuddle yourself up in warm blankets making yourself comfortable instead of the hot summer sweat which makes your room stuffy.

In a way coldness builds resilience because your body builds more tolerance to stress meaning cold. This may be good for mental health because the more stress you put in your body, the better you handle life’s stresses that come your way.

  • Thinking about how to make things better

    Working keeps the depression away

Usually it is good to think because it helps prevent dementia. But when we think we should use it to take action which will be unknown because there is no roadmap.

I guess we all have fears of the unknown but you never know if it pays off or not.

We all strive to be our own boss because it is similar to an illusion of freedom. In a way when we are our own boss, you work for customers instead of an internal boss, so it will be external.

  • Use of leverage

In our mental health I guess money is usually a factor into our well being. It is good to get educated about money not finance but money itself. Finance is mostly theory but does not teach you how to multiply your money.

There are many ways to leverage your money, it could be a form of house, stocks, cryptocurrency or any other illiquid items like Pokemon cards or silver, etc.

Being able to use leverage and having backup options to always have work makes you unstoppable because you will always have something to do instead of being at home scrolling through your phone. But leverage is being able to take risks at first because in a way, everything is a risk.

  • Illusion of energy

Types of energies, which is an illusion

When we have a calming energy as in like a calming vibe. This includes body language, or voice tone.

It tends to make people comfortable with you. In a way it is stoic, just as remaining calm at pressure. Life can be stressful as people’s energy can tend to be chaotic at times and even worse when there is news about a market crash which makes everyone fear for their lives psychologically.

We should use all the tools we can even if we break the rules ie. Not following social norms. But as long as it does not harm or bother other people it should be fine. If you pay for a space or product then it is all yours.

  • Being locked in

I know I have repeated this but just in case some blogs are missed but when you stay in your home for hours and days at a time, you may be lafagic or even depressed. We all need some natural sunlight or a natural environment to feel alive for the sake of our mental health. It is similar to kids playing in the sand and mud because it comes from nature.

I guess when people say when they were kids they used to get down and dirty in the mud and sand and say those were good times because nature makes life simple at the moment. Sand and mud is just sand and mud.

So when we or anyone that works at home putting a computer beside your bed may not always be the best idea because we are always stimulated by a change of environment like seeing someone walking in the neighbourhood or just having a bigger space. Plus it is more breathable instead of being closed up in your room being stuffy. Not the stuffy as in breathing but stuffy as in mental space.

When we have a bigger environment to work with, we can think more clearly and bigger because it is similar to a smaller environment, small thinking and a big environment, a larger thinking. The bigger the space of an environment, the better for the thinking.

This is all in my opinion.

  • Sickness and mental health

I guess I have experienced this myself, I don’t think I am the only one but we all have different experiences when it comes to having a sickness and mental health. When we are sick it is similar to us doing nothing over a period of time where we overthink things and maybe start to hallucinate while our eyes are shut.

Even if we have similar sickness our hallucinations may be different to everyone, sometimes positive or negative. If it is negative then our mental health may be affected since we may lock into that thought process. We all should be talking about these things because the human mind can create millions or billion worlds for us in our minds because we all do not think alike.

Our minds can come up with different scenarios even when not taking drugs
  • Having cravings

Cravings are a part of mental health. If we are not getting our satisfaction from food or whatever, we will feel depressed because it is depriving our wants. We do not need it but in society, we have a lot of wants as people and as people we should be supporting business or people whenever we can without breaking the bank.

If we are constantly locked up and treated like animals we would all be depressed and will probably do something we would have any thought of when our minds were healthier.

  • Solitude

    Do you need time?

I guess we all need time to think things through alone. But we all should have some fun from time to time like socialising. But I guess when we socialise in our adult years like in our 30s, all we can talk about is work most of the time and what we are doing with our lives. This is probably to show the other person, what we are doing for the society instead of being a couch potato.

When we are young like in our early or late teens we can be a bit reckless because time moves slowly at that time. While as we age time seems to fly faster as we age. Also the society tends to be more lenient on people under the age of 25 which then increases in difficulty after the age of 25.

Not sure what the factors are but probably to show society that there is always a price to pay living on this earth.

Also, everyone should be living with a purpose to avoid burnout and crashing out so we can aim for our goals, not what society tells us to do. Of course what we see on social media gives us a purpose in what we want in our lives in our earlier years but after fulfilling that goal, we tend to get sick of it because it may feel empty and soulless like partying or girls like that.

But all that gives us a base of our achievement because we have money and knowledge so most will use that to change their direction to make the society a better place for future generations. It could be spreading the word about something positive or trying to solve a problem which society needs.

We evolve from our experiences and want a new experience or adjusting lifestyle.
  • Adventurous

What will your life be like in three years?

Three years is a long time for human years. It may seem slow but once you reach the three year mark, you would say time flies really fast. Within the three years I hopefully will make more blog posts and work with more businesses to complete a goal.

A goal to help people and also you recycle the society as naturally as possible. Sometimes I tend to rush things but I am still trying to slow down for the sake of my mental health to avoid burnout or crashing which I did years ago.

  • Walking in an environment

You know how people design and make their own business. They probably do it for their own personal environment which strengthens their own brand or their own world come to life.

So as a customer or someone who walks in the business or store, we can feel the personality of the environment  which can make us positive or negative depending on our personality (Will talk about this more later in my blogs).

But, yes… The person who created their own world into a business is bringing it to life in the physical world.

From mind inside to the built physical environment outside
