  • Psyko therapy

    I am not sure, about this but I think it is how to act with your body language or your energy while helping another person emotionally.

    Yes… It does feel good when you unexpectedly help the vulnerable out with their emotional issues such as depression and anxiety. I do think, people with those issues need a different perspective on life based on their personality.

    It is not easy to achieve, but without the use of medications and all those artificial chemicals, it may be possible to change the person’s state of mind to reset so they can relax.

    This can be achieved through your use of words/tones or the music you put out and being vulnerable emotionally.

    In this fast paced society, it is hard to be vulnerable because everyone is just trying to survive but I think there is more to that in mental health.

    We do see people that have mental health issues that have problems we cannot solve but what if… Pretty hard to explain. I may talk about this topic in my later blogs.

  • Unmotivated…

    When I start to feel unmotivated, I try to find opportunities to do something like finding a one day gig. The gig I found is the application called “Airtasker”. The application allows you to post and find odd jobs like helping people around the house or odd deliveries.

    The purpose of this is to serve the person wanting the job done in exchange for currency, so I could further expand my project or look after myself.

    Being unmotivated can factor like the food you eat or the environment around you. It does get tough if you are actually unmotivated but you shouldn’t let that stop you.

    Me? I am on medication at the moment and it makes me feel weak and unmotivated but I try to not let it stop me. I mean everything has a price. I counter that by vaping. It is not a good habit but I find it helps me keep grounded in getting someone else’s job done.

    Unmotivated could be a mental illness thing but I think! It is the type of medication you are on.

    There is always stuff to do even if you feel there is nothing to do, it is just taking the first step then the rest will compound itself.

  • What you do can impact you

    I have been thinking… If we do like stuff like watching porn or having intercourse with different people, it is like different souls or perspectives imprint on you. Also, your appearance could be affected because how you look is a definition of your lifestyle.

    It is what I am trying to avoid, but with the internet and social media influences. It is often difficult, but it is possible. I do usually  wish I was wrong so I can think of another strategy to influence my goals.

    So what I am trying to say is be careful of these artificial brain hits, because your way of thinking could be affected.

    This also affects mental health because once the high hit goes away you may want another high which society could label it even worse once you ask for help with it, depending on your issue.

    Be careful who you are influenced by.
  • Impact on people

    What gives you direction in life?

    I strive to become the best version of myself everyday, even the little things.

    Everything I do, I hope it has an impact on society whether it is financially or emotionally.

    What I want to do on this platform or everywhere is to give a little perspective for everyone to feed off to. Then when everyone reads what I write or do is everyone to give their own opinions on their story. It could be just a little sentence on the forum and that gives everyone ideas about their own story which they did not think about. This is about innovation on how to make a world or community a better place emotionally because there is no price on knowledge and perspectives, just like you doing research on a topic.

    But if it comes to business or investments then some price has to be paid in a form of currency or goods.

  • Made for work

    We all need to do something one way or another. It is what keeps the society moving. But I guess if you are playing computer games or watching tv, you are still contributing by your presence.

    We still need to go out and see the world and meet people, it is how our mental well being is more on the positive side.

    But my goal is to turn money over to people or businesses so it impacts the community/people around the business. But everyone can do that, so I am doing my part. It is great seeing how the local community or business from afar change for the greater good whether it is just buying a cheap item or donating something.

    So if you ever feel suicidal, you have a role to play in our society. It doesn’t have to be really impactful but just the little things count because we need people to make the world turn in which in turn to look after another fellow soul.

  • Relationship with yourself

    I find that when I am in a relationship with my goals or purpose. It gives me a healthy spike of dopamine.

    Don’t get me wrong… I have some healthy habits like vaping or energy drinks and even some porn, I am a guy with needs sometimes.

    But my purpose mostly is to educate everyone about mental wellbeing because it is important. It kind of lowers suicide or anxiety, gives people hope that someone is not alone.

    But nonetheless, find what your calling is in life. Could start with little things as whatever action you take can compound overtime, just like putting money into an index fund or an investment. Could go up or could go down, just like finding your calling is an emotional rollercoaster because there is no path to what you want to do.

  • Gangstalking… Mental health?

    Maybe it is my psychosis or something. But when we think this way, it is like everyone is out to get you through their scare tactics. This is through items that have similar tones or items banging outside, I am not sure.

    But you should use this as a strength instead of using it as a weakness. This is what I have struggled with.

    I now use this as a way of people keeping me safe and all the impurities are gone away through peoples signals.

    I guess this is towards mindset. So if anyone has ever faced this, think more positively about the surroundings because it does get a bit complicated.

  • Being to comfortable

    I have had experiences with being comfortable. Comfort means stability in my opinion. So I think being too stable affects our way of life because life gets too mundane if we have a straight line to life.

    If we are too comfortable, we tend to gain weight or feel emotionless to the environment around us. For the past 5 years, being out of the mundane lifestyle as in a stable lifestyle makes me feel whole as an individual. Life is not an easy journey but when we feel uncomfortable, we do things that make us feel alive and somehow we don’t gain as much weight.

    When we feel uncomfortable, we tend to think more in terms of life. Just like our bodies use up excess energy to make you keep going in life. So I kind of live minimally in terms of food but I do but some things that I enjoy. I enjoy collecting items that go up in value overtime and I collect them just for the nostalgia as well.

    I think we tend to eat more if we are too stable, thus gaining weight or having a puffy appearance in looks. Our human minds always like to find something we are excited about or like going to different places so we can feel alive.

    But this is my opinion.

  • Planning…

    We all plan one way or another. Whether it is for our goals or spiritually. But what I sometimes tend to do is plan a goal and not do it because I dream about it without taking action.

    Maybe I am not the only one…

    But if we keep thinking about it, it might manifest. I guess we need to think about small steps first before we think about the bigger picture or else our mental health is affected.

    We all want this to go as planned, but there is no roadmap into how the plan will go. Life is pretty unpredictable but I guess we have to adapt to what we have and try to work with it and see where it goes.

  • Money is like energy

    When you work for money, money is like giving you life points because it gives you maintenance for yourself such as food and all the other accessories you buy for yourself.

    So someone hands you money, it is like someone is exchanging their energy and giving it to you.

    But how do you acquire energy?

    To provide value to the other energy. Which the energy you acquire can be used for other energies. This is like money (energy) making the world go round. But I guess energy is to give your own time to make even more energy.
