I find that when I am in a relationship with my goals or purpose. It gives me a healthy spike of dopamine.
Don’t get me wrong… I have some healthy habits like vaping or energy drinks and even some porn, I am a guy with needs sometimes.
But my purpose mostly is to educate everyone about mental wellbeing because it is important. It kind of lowers suicide or anxiety, gives people hope that someone is not alone.
But nonetheless, find what your calling is in life. Could start with little things as whatever action you take can compound overtime, just like putting money into an index fund or an investment. Could go up or could go down, just like finding your calling is an emotional rollercoaster because there is no path to what you want to do.
Maybe it is my psychosis or something. But when we think this way, it is like everyone is out to get you through their scare tactics. This is through items that have similar tones or items banging outside, I am not sure.
But you should use this as a strength instead of using it as a weakness. This is what I have struggled with.
I now use this as a way of people keeping me safe and all the impurities are gone away through peoples signals.
I guess this is towards mindset. So if anyone has ever faced this, think more positively about the surroundings because it does get a bit complicated.
I have had experiences with being comfortable. Comfort means stability in my opinion. So I think being too stable affects our way of life because life gets too mundane if we have a straight line to life.
If we are too comfortable, we tend to gain weight or feel emotionless to the environment around us. For the past 5 years, being out of the mundane lifestyle as in a stable lifestyle makes me feel whole as an individual. Life is not an easy journey but when we feel uncomfortable, we do things that make us feel alive and somehow we don’t gain as much weight.
When we feel uncomfortable, we tend to think more in terms of life. Just like our bodies use up excess energy to make you keep going in life. So I kind of live minimally in terms of food but I do but some things that I enjoy. I enjoy collecting items that go up in value overtime and I collect them just for the nostalgia as well.
I think we tend to eat more if we are too stable, thus gaining weight or having a puffy appearance in looks. Our human minds always like to find something we are excited about or like going to different places so we can feel alive.
We all plan one way or another. Whether it is for our goals or spiritually. But what I sometimes tend to do is plan a goal and not do it because I dream about it without taking action.
Maybe I am not the only one…
But if we keep thinking about it, it might manifest. I guess we need to think about small steps first before we think about the bigger picture or else our mental health is affected.
We all want this to go as planned, but there is no roadmap into how the plan will go. Life is pretty unpredictable but I guess we have to adapt to what we have and try to work with it and see where it goes.
When you work for money, money is like giving you life points because it gives you maintenance for yourself such as food and all the other accessories you buy for yourself.
So someone hands you money, it is like someone is exchanging their energy and giving it to you.
But how do you acquire energy?
To provide value to the other energy. Which the energy you acquire can be used for other energies. This is like money (energy) making the world go round. But I guess energy is to give your own time to make even more energy.
When we think of what we can make the person in front of us feel good or if the other person makes us feel good. We tend to get a healthy dopamine spike and that will make our world/mind a little better. If it happens the other way well… You know…
Maybe it is tough love or maybe it is negative but we should not let it affect us and try to make your world a better place by doing actions that will help the community or the world.
Notice how I said “your”. It is because we all have our own struggles, we cannot make the world a better place if your world is not a better place.
Maybe the first step is to try to create a healthier relationship with yourself and the rest will fall through. You cannot convince someone else, whether it is your parents or strangers. You must have respect for yourself in whatever you are doing.
For our well-being, we should focus on how to be of a service to people whether it is being an employee or being self employed. Everybody wants something out of it, one way or another but if we dig deep we can open our minds to another layer of being a service.
I think it is making the persons involved to make them feel good in that moment in whatever you are doing.
For me, I like to help out and I get something in return whether it is money, service or products in return. As long as the return I am getting keeps me going, that is all it matters…
As a person who likes to think that money makes the world go round.
We also need people to fulfil a person’s dream. AI or robots cannot compete with humans because we always find a solution to do work. Yes! AI can takeover some work but they need maintenance to some degree like humans need maintenance such as food and water to thrive.
But maybe AI and humans can work together in most cases.
So if you are considering ending your life. Don’t! Because every life being has a role to play in our society, you just have to find it.
We live in a fast faced environment where a lot of people are cramped into one area. We have apartments, units and houses in one specific area. I guess people find opportunities in one area, for survival mostly and something to do. If we have nothing to do then our minds will dream of something crazy which would affect our mental health. Having a purpose in your work fills the void.
I am still trying to find my place in the world which I am slowly absorbing so I don’t overwork my brain.
What is best for me is to sit outside on the bench in the sun or outside in general to just observe people or the local community to see what is happening offline.

Online is different because there is just an overload of information and you don’t know which to take. But what I suggest is to be selective about it. Take all the information you read and summarise what you have read and put it into your own meaning. It is what I usually do.
I have been doing this for the last decade, I know I am not perfect but life has been a series of ups and downs.
Whatever I write and give, I hope to have inspired or motivate while keeping a mental health balance within everyone.
I have been reading books about finance, and other self improvement books. They do help in a way but most of all is if you make your own opinions out of the books you read/absorb and then putting what you do into something you love.
This goes for whether you are buying a product locally or online. This is a way of saying you are supporting their business while supporting them to live another day. I like to think about whatever I do, if I am talking or doing something via my actions, help out a fellow person to live their lives. It is also good for mental health if you are paying for someone but you think… “I am giving back to the community by helping the person fulfil their dream”. It could start off as simple as buying a coffee in a local shop paying $5. This also helps out the area to be thriving as businesses pay local taxes as well. These taxes that the businesses give, gives an opportunity of the receiver to make the area more vibrant and gives more opportunities to people living in the area, also to make the area more lively as people from other places come to the local area for opportunities to give their own area more opportunities.
It kind of works like a multi level marketing thing. But I guess it is a positive thing.
Everyone has their own experiences. In terms of mental health, us humans have a purpose to help one another because we all have emotions.
